INFORMATION POLICE FROM OBAMA’S BIDEN PRESIDENCY

 

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” (First Amendment)

Obviously that isn’t stopping the Woke Biden puppeteer presidency by the progressive Marxists from creating a “Disinformation Czar”, and completely violating the First of many Amendments to the Constitution that bars government from having any authority whatsoever, over the people.

Americans might be wondering, have we heard it all, yet? Democrats have owned the television and print media for generations. They have used that dominance to slant stories, push leftists narratives, smear conservatives and completely bury stories that expose the wrongdoing of their party leaders. Then when tech companies developed social media companies they have used their heavy handed leftist’s censorship to ban and suspend users based on political views while claiming it was to protect against misinformation or violent content. All done with the protection against lawsuits awarded them by Congress.

It is not just that media has been corrupted into the bullhorn for Democrat party talking points, it has metastasized from slanting left to completely stamping out the right of free speech to all those that disagree with their inane ideology. There is very little objective reporting on any subject today in media that is not attacked by the left’s dominance in the media monopoly we once called a free press.

People in America have no choice but to live in the technological paperless world of internet communication, be it e-mail, phone texting, or cell phone calls. The fact that these transmissions fly into public airspace, clouds and servers before they arrive at their person to person destinations, should not allow our government or law enforcement to label these communications as public. NSA is storing cell phone calls on Americans and uses the Patriot Act to incidentally capture private information to justify their warrantless spy activity.

 In the case of social media that would be an exception, perhaps, because one should be aware that you are agreeing that these postings are public, as it would be similar to standing in the town square and shouting out your opinion to the general public.

However, writing paper letters, using landline phones or carrier pigeons should not be needed to secure one’s Fourth and Fifth Amendment to privacy and protection from government or law enforcement infringement on privacy.  

Intercepting terrorist’s plans should not run afoul of our Constitution. Spying should not be allowed on American citizens that have zero connections with terrorism, regardless of the NSA claiming it is incidental. In a time when Democrats have politicized everything from crime to school curriculum there is no confidence in any government agencies that hold omnipotent power to act apolitical and remain faithful to the Constitution.

The fact that 50 retired bureaucrats signed a letter claiming that the Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation, rather than a true story that came out prior to the 2020 election of Joe Biden is evidence that political bias has permeated all halls of government and there is no such thing as objective government agencies working within the laws of this country.

Rightfully, Americans no longer have faith in our governments DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, and DHS because we have seen two tiered justice (Jan6th treatment 2020 riot treatment), duplicitous lies (Russian Collusion), bold face lies (Hunter Biden laptop) spying and lying to Congress (James Clapper “not wittingly.”), Now we are suppose to trust the DHS to weed out good information from bad, when their own Bureaucrat Mayorkas claims our border is secure?    

All along the way socialists Democrats have breached our Constitution when it serves their Machiavellian desire for power, while at the same using cases to the courts and lauding the Constitution when it wins their arguments. American socialists are destroying our country’s democratic republic and defrauding all Americans of honest government by hyper-politics and elitist control.

It is way past the time for Americans to wise up, and rise up to defeat the politicians and “Deep State” hijacking of our representative government.

Socialists don’t own our jurisprudence. Party elitists don’t own our information. Progressives don’t own our moral culture. Democrats don’t own our children. American Marxists don’t own the truth. The Constitution can be interpreted easily by the public without the need for judges, lawyers or experts.

The proposed “Disinformation Board” is more than an overreach, it is blatantly unconstitutional. We must resist as a free and patriotic people and root out these Marxist from our local, state and federal positions of power.

THE DON’T GROOM LAW

 

We need to take back the narrative. We the American people must do two things: one is to not believe the Democrat slogans and investigate the claims further, and two, we need to stick to our Judeo-Christian and religious sense of right and wrong regardless of the bullying and venom spewed from the left.

The Florida law HB1557 isn’t about political beliefs over sexual identity, orientation or preference, it is about allowing children aged 4 to 8 or 9 to be innocent, happily naïve and taught by parents about the birds and the bees or the birds and the birds, not teachers or third party classroom visitors.

I think most parents find this anti-grooming law not only appropriate and mind-easing, some are shocked it even has to be spelled out to educators, what is not within their purview to teach young persuadable children.

The indoctrination of America’s public school children has been problematic for decades, but heretofore it was only political, now the left has crossed the line into a realm of sexual messaging that defies sanity let only morality. Teaching the nonsense that there are more than two sexes (even the intersex have ambiguity between two sexes not more) is not only confusing to small children it is insane to most adults.

The notion that born sex is fungible and that in light of the advances of plastic surgery one can deny their genetic birth and change into another sex and gender is to deny nature and live in an alternate reality. Indeed, if that is what one wishes to do as an adult, then you have the freedom and right to change and define oneself anyway you wish, but teaching young children that it is natural to deny one’s genetics, is physically, emotionally, psychologically unhealthy. It is absurd to confuse children and put them in doubt of their identity, let alone damaging especially in the puberty years of raging insecurity.

Parents teach their children to be wary of adults talking, touching or invading their personal space to keep them safe from sexual predation. Therefore to have schools reading books on sexuality, by transgender visitors, or having teachers use objectionable materials in classroom discussions from Kindergarten to fourth grade is a small but necessary axe to the left’s sexualizing of young children that HB1557 of Florida no longer allows.

However, I think Americans need to push Congress to go much further in prohibiting the indoctrination, sexualization and grooming of all children, even those over grade four and into High School.

The reason is that unlike sex education in school done in the past, today’s sex education is radically deferent as it sanitizes deviancy and glorifies sexual aberrational behavior.

Parents should be charge of children’s moral and emotional health and once the child is an adult, then that adult can make up their own mind as to what they believe in and practice in life.

Sex Indoctrinating and grooming by the left in our schools is a form of child abuse and should not be tolerated by any parent. Indeed, all indoctrination of school children beyond the teaching of core subjects is long overdue to be weeded out of our public education system. Textbooks need to be reviewed more closely for bias and inaccuracies, along with curriculum that slants a bias left or right in the political spectrum. Where there are political or ideological differences children should be taught either both sides with equal weight or not discussed at all.

 Teachers should be barred from giving their political view, their personal view or in discussing their personal lives with students. Bullying is not just happening in our schools among students, many stories across the country have seen teachers bullying students over their political views, (like MAGA hats and T-shirts) causing teachers to berate students.

Covid lockdowns did a perverse service to parents of America in the dark about public education’s complete takeover by the radical left and opened their eyes to the poor quality and dysfunction of America’s public school system run by the Teacher’s union.

It isn’t about the kids, to the NEA. It isn’t about high standards to the NEA. It isn’t about children’s scholastic readiness to be successful in the future to the NEA it is about grooming a greater army of liberal votes.

 No to the NEA, it all about teacher’s rights. It is all about union power. It’s all about the teacher’s freedom to mask, indoctrinate, bully, sexualize, groom and preach their liberal worldview into the innocent, naïve and captive minds sitting in the classroom.

There are many great and respectful teachers all across America. Some don’t want to indoctrinate their students, some who don’t agree with the curriculum they are forced to teach and might also support the Florida anti-grooming bill. Yet, because they are part of the Teacher’s union, they are trapped between a hard place and a cold stone wall of liberal power, from the Department of Education to the Democrats that pander to the NEA.

The pandemic caused more homeschooling, a greater awareness by concerned parents and the time is ripe to wrestle our children’s future from the clutches of liberal indoctrinators that have held our prodigy in underachievement for far too long.

Morally, intellectually and culturally we need to save our American children from the insanity that is the socialist dystopian left, from sending our Judeo-Christian values underground and lost forever.

DISNEY HAS JUST BITTEN THAT HANDS THAT FEEDS THEM AND HAS LOST ITS FAMILY APPEAL.

 

Too many corporations are siding with leftist woke politics trying to bully the majority of people in a state to accept the Marxist anti-American and anti-Judeo-Christian culture in our society. This oligarchy bullying and big moneyed interference in our cultural politics is a step too far and a voice that has no right to speak. That is until our Supreme Court wrongly allowed corporations individual citizen status through a number of court cases dated from 1809 (Bank of the United States v Deveaux) to 2014 (Burwell v Hobby Lobby).

So if one thinks about it, one multimillionaire or billionaire (corporation) can speak in a louder voice than all other citizens in a state and lobby with more money and influence than the majority of people in that state. That indeed is the oligarchy danger the court’s created in assigning individual rights to collective money making machine.

Corporations and other businesses were neutral for many generations over political issues for a very self serving rationale, that being profits. A business wants to cast the largest net of customer sales in order to be both successful and grow its success. Wading into the political abyss and risk alienating even a small segment of their consumer sales was considered bad business. Indeed most corporations in the past have given an equal amount of campaign donations to both political parties to prove their neutrality.

Today however, more and more corporations have been choosing political sides and becoming vocal as to their political choice to support the “woke” Marxist left and their radical agenda. One has to wonder why?

Why would they support a minority position and insult the majority of their customers? Is it because they erroneously think that once the Baby Boomers die off the rest of America is “woke”? We all know that corporations cater to the youth market as a way to stay relevant and trendy, but it seems that they have overestimated the size of that radical woke youth.

Do they not remember that it was the youth at college football games that started the (FJB) rant? Do they really think that all of America’s youth are ANTIFA/BLM supporting radical leftists? Do they think that more youth will be radically liberal in the future? Most importantly, do they think that all young mothers and fathers want their children sexually and culturally indoctrinated in school even if they are liberal Democrats that support gay rights?

It is a stunning miscalculation both in the short run and the long run, because the nuances of political thought is a cornucopia of conflicting ideas. People can support the rights of an issue yet balk once it is force fed to their children. People can tolerate a concept but then quickly balk when the reality hits the street or their neighborhood. It isn’t fickleness but rather an inability to imagine the end product once a concept materializes from theory to practical application. America has had many failed experiments with political majority will in concept, but when translated to legislation it then becomes loathed and repealed.

Moreover, youth revolt of the previous generation’s culture is a timeless dance of change that moves laterally not back and forth. By this I mean, today’s tattoo ridden bodies are not new but popular as youth always tries to assert its difference and independence from the previous generation. It is side to side rather than out with the old in with the new forever. The generation following the hippy love generation was deemed the yuppies, who valued making money over making love. Just as the generation following the radicals are more likely to be more conservative.

That isn’t a progressive movement forward or even a turning backward but more of a zig zag left to right that hasn’t changed the moral or social values of our culture into a Roman coliseum or a Church centered community.

So a zig to the left and a zag to the right are timeless while the center line seems invisible until that generation ages and the center reemerges. Because youth grows up, has children, pays taxes and decides that all their youthful protests were very short sighted and now their views have matured to a much more centered place of reason.

This generation of “woke” youth will find that their first awakening to the loss of popularity to their worldview will be from their own children’s rejection of their values. My parents were hippies, but I am not. My parents were yuppies, but I am not. My parents were Christian strict, but I am not. And yes, my parents were “woke” but I am not. Notice in those statement two realities, the obvious being the child differentiating from their parents view and second that the parents were, not are, hippies and yuppies. The reason for that is that hippies, yuppies and strident Christians have adapted to more centered view because of the children.

Free love and sex of the sixties created a notion at the time that social behavior such as marriage and fidelity would die out and be a thing of the past. To date marriage is still popular and fidelity is still required. The rate of divorce might be larger than in the past but marriage and fidelity is still the center line.

So to Disney and all other “woke” corporations choosing to align themselves with a minority radical fringe of gender confused bullies trying to redefine genetics and nature’s procreation schematic, better start worrying about how to apologize to their customers because that center line will return. It will return quicker than you realize as the high school graduates are not attending college but marching straight into the workplace as old fashioned boys and girls, men and women, who also don’t like the innocence of their children destroyed by radical “woke” nonsense.

Mickey Mouse land was once a place where families could take their children worry free of adult topics and sexual exhibitionism, now it is catering to the small number of radical people that want to wear their daily change of gender and sexual identity for the world to accept, respect and cater to, while the innocence of small children are pushed aside.

If Disney wants to pander to the LGBTQ consumers than fine, but perhaps instead of calling themselves DISNEYLAND and DISNEYWORLD they should change their name to BRAVE NEW DISNEYWORLD, OR 1984 DISNEY DYSTOPIA or FAHRENHEIT 451 LAND. 

IT IS AN ABOMINATION NOT A NATION

 

Our national security is threatened by a Green New Deal policy and a recalcitrant Democrat party that is bringing our nation to its knees to please a small group of radical leftist. The Climate Change crowd is hell-bent on destroying fossil fuel reliance regardless of its impractical, dysfunctional and highly unreliable status in today’s marketplace, let alone its incapacity to meet our energy needs.

Anyone touting the notion that green energy is currently capable of meeting even half our daily energy needs is lying to you or living in a dreamland. Surely there are Democrat Representatives that know this, yet why would they continue to hamper the production of oil, coal, and natural gas, knowing it would cause inflation, poverty and destroy our nation’s readiness to face world adversity?

Demanding that the citizen’s go green by extortion and coercion is not only an elitist’s dictatorship by a Washington crowd that views the average citizen as rabble to be manipulated and used, it is an unconscionable act of sabotage to our health as free Republic.

The problem is that the Democrats and the environmentalists in that party have been trying to knock the fossil fuel industry domination out of the marketplace for decades, filling their own portfolios with green energy investment stocks and long term plans to create a new green energy dynasty that they would control as the replacement. To most of the elite it is not about pollution, as much as it is about money, power and vainglory.

Moreover the so-called Green movement is a farce, since oil not extracted from our own soil but purchased from Russia, Iran and Venezuela is not cleaner or carbon free but dirtier along with strings attached to its purchase. Instead of using our own deposits and become an exporter, we buy from our enemies and become beholding to their influence? Who is fooling who?

The environmentalists are all over the dial of competing objectives. The environmentalists killed the green energy reliance in the northeast to save fish. That’s right; they have been at war with hydroelectric dams that were already supplying needs to local areas to save fish. Instead of devising a way to allow salmon and another species to surmount the roadblock, they threw the baby out with the river water. Meanwhile they apparently don’t care that birds are being slaughter by wind turbines.

And lithium and cobalt are the key minerals needed to make car batteries for their vaunted so-called carbon free electric vehicles, even though it takes tons of water to process lithium leaving communities near mines thirsty, and the byproducts can damage soil and groundwater, as South America and Tibet are experiencing in China’s mining operations. There is no such thing as an environmentally completely non-consequence producing energy alternative. It is about diverse energy with nominal impact and America is not even close to being able to replace fossil fuels with green monster dreams.

There are other players in this green monster that is devouring our nation’s capital strength that all have different reasons for joining the Climate Change gang of fools on fuels.

There are the America haters that want to see America become just another country in the world without being exceptional. (Obama)

There are those that hold grudges against oil because of tanker spills and oil rig disasters. (Alaska Valdez and Deepwater Horizon)

There are those that think all fossil fuel energy companies are greedy, careless and dispassionate about safety and that green energy is caring and responsible. (Solyndra, Bright Source cost taxpayers millions)

There are those that are just clueless. (AOC and Elizabeth Warren)

Regardless of the reasons why so many liberals in Washington hate oil and love green energy, when does desire overtake reality? When does hate or passion drive policy? When do dreams and wish lists become the voices most heard while the pragmatic needs of the people are ignored?

Yes, Democrats have made everything political and everything political is pandering and pandering leads to impractical policy and dysfunctional governance. 

China and Russia are the beneficiaries of the Democrats political pandering to Green New Deal idiocy that has put this nation on the brink of world War III let alone ruining the health and safety of this nation.

Most American are not against clean alternative energy when it is cheap, available and easily retrofitted into their lives. However, green alternative energy innovation isn’t anywhere near the capability to sustain a country’s economic needs and until it can replace fossil fuels reliability it is still just a small supply gap fill in, like having a generator for your home. You can’t use it to power all your household needs and even in a blackout, it can only give you limited power.

The fact that the Biden Administration continues to cater to the leftist loons that believe forcing oil out and green lighting alternatives will magically produce a utopian world without fossil fuels is an abomination. Pandering for votes as working people struggle to keep gas in their cars and food on the table for their kids is heartless and cold-blooded.

Leaving our nation weak and beholding to our enemies is the true insurrection that Democrats and the Biden Administration are besetting upon our nation and it is an abomination or an Obamanation legacy haunting us again. The question becomes when will Democrat voters understand that these liberal elites and Rino globalists in our nation’s capital are the true danger, and the true enemy to be feared. As average American’s become poorer and the elite bubble grows larger and more ruthless, we suffer because of political expediency.

There is no common sense or practical and fair minded leadership in Congress or amid the media propagandists continuing to promote the myth that America has a strong, reliable and ready to use alternative to fossil fuels. Democrats have lied over and over again about their responsibility for every failure from their idiotic progressive policies, and too many Americans believe their brazen lies.

However, when Democrats continue blaming Russia, blaming oil companies, blaming energy investors to now blaming the American consumer that doesn’t own an electric car, then maybe Americans will realize that Democrats are at war with voters.

Trump rejected globalism and worked successfully to “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) leaving our nation stronger against our enemies and exposed a corrupt Washington and its media.

Biden embraces globalism and is being handled by deep state progressive Democrats to “Make America Diminished” (MAD) leaving our nation weak to our enemies and exposing their complete elitist hostility toward the health, safety and freedoms of the average citizens.
