THE INSURRECTION OF THE LEFT’S DEEP STATE

Well for all those that dismissed the anger and outrage by those calling socialists Democrats anti-American and dangerous to our Constitutional Republic, after the raid on an ex-president’s home, what do you say now?

What do you say when amid the multiple serious criminal scandals committed by Democrats have gone unpunished and completely swept under the rug by FBI and DOJ (Obama spying, Hillary pay for play, Biden and Hunter pay for play, FISA court used to smear political opponents) Attorney General Garland raids an ex-President’s home looking for a crime.

The media is telling us that Trump took classified information to his house called Mar-A-Lago and even suggested he stole nuclear codes for some nefarious purposes. It is laughable, if not for the fact that it proves beyond any doubt that our DOJ and FBI work as private attack dogs for the Democrat Party. A party that just passed an onerous piece of legislation that hires 87,000 new IRS Armed agents to seek and destroy capitalism among the Middle Class.

First thing people should know is that Trump did not personally pack up his presidential papers, the GSA did that.

Second, all president’s take White House papers, notes and personal items from the Oval Office to place in their library projects to display for historical record.

Third, the complaint by the archivist that some of the material taken from the White House belonged to them was being worked out in negotiation with the agents at DOJ and FBI with Trump’s lawyers and there was no argument by Trump that he would gladly hand over any material that was in question. 

Fourth, if people are dumb enough to believe that nuclear codes are not changed from one administration to another, or that Trump of all people would be selling, leaking or giving away those secrets to an enemy state is beyond asinine. The current President is the one compromised by China, (Biden) not Trump and it was Trump’s administration that took a hard line against all our enemies in the world, especially China.

Well folks that’s Trump’s entire presidential record. Democrats are combing through Trump’s desk looking for anything they can use to smear him if he runs again, just like the Russian dossier spying.

Not only was this a “RAID” (yes Democrats it is called a RAID) unnecessary and heavy handed; the warrant itself is so broad it defies credibility. If the DOJ and FBI believe a crime was committed then they must have proof of when it was committed. To say that sometime in the four year that Trump was president he did something criminal and now we are going to search paperwork to find the wrongdoing is on its face an investigation looking for a crime. That is not how our legal system works.

You suspect a crime, have some proof of that crime and then you search for more evidence. The DOJ is refusing to make the affidavit that precipitated the warrant public. Oh that’s not new either, isn’t that what they did when refusing to reveal the affidavit that gave them a FISA warrant that was chock full of lies and misrepresentations to the court?

So the Democrats know that they are losing in the polls and will soon not be in a position of omnipotent power and therefore are trying to intimidate Americans and Trump into being afraid of the “Deep State” they leave behind in the swamp we call Washington. Their Jan6th insurrection joke committee flopped. Their Russian collusion flopped. Their impeachments flopped. Now their raid against a former president is still trying to undermine the American people’s candidate that will try and expose and clean up a very corrupt and dysfunctional beltway.

 At this point their hubris has extended beyond a shred of decency and has already backfired even before it fully plays out, because Americans know that the DOJ and FBI’s actions are political, unconstitutional and shamelessly inequitable.

When Attorney General Merrick Garland has the cheek to suggest that no one is above the law, he apparently neglected to read the exceptions from the long list of Democrats that are above the law. Obama, Clinton, Biden, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, and McCabe and the list goes on and on of Democrats that abused their authority, lied to Congress and the American people, and were involved in the real insurrection of our Constitution and due process as well as enriched themselves at pay to play schemes that we have yet to know what seditious damage was done to the country. 

No, the American people are no longer weary of being accused of conspiracy theorizing when it comes to whether our government is corrupt, weaponized against the people and so depraved it seeks to destroy our economic and social fabric down to its foundational roots.

It is official; the Democrat Party is a Marxists, globalist in-surrecting party that is trying from the top down to transform America, with its Obama’s UN-American Party.

Either the Marxist’s left wins or We the People win.

Well, God, common sense and love of freedom and Constitution is on our side and I say that is more than ample ammunition against corrupt evil power lust. Let the Deep State try and knock the freedom off our shoulders. We dare you!

HYPOCRISY OF LEFT’S INDIVIDUALISM VERSUS COLLECTIVISM

The Social Justice Warriors are preaching or should I say dictating to all of us about the rights of the transgender people but in doing so they directly contradict the whole concept of collectivism as opposed to individualism.

 It is one thing to live say as a nudist in the confines of your home and not subject others to your naked freedom, indeed that is your individual right. You are not hurting anyone and society doesn’t know or care what you do because you are not prancing in the public square, requiring people to admire or be disgusted by your all exposed undress. However if you step into the public square bare bottom and shop and carry on as you would with clothes on, you will be arrested and charged with indecency.

Some might ask why, because they believe that the human body is beautiful and society should just get over their prudish old moral values and get rid of public indecency laws. They would argue that it is a form of religious persecution for society to dictate that one has to wear clothes in order to participate in the freedom to negotiate the public square in a way that comports with the individual’s freedom to exercise their beliefs. Clothes to them are confining and a mere custom of compliance by an old school moralist society that overrides the rights of the individual’s sacrosanct belief in natural fashion.

 Even though there are clubs and gathering spots it isn’t good enough the world need to change their view of nudity. So they lobby their left wing politicians and protest corporations that require attire and demand that their rights be made mainstream while they castigated anyone who calls nudity indecent a “nude-phobic”.

In order to suck up to these rabble rousing nudists and their claim of having huge numbers of supporters, the politicians pander (it is what they do well) and the corporation’s cave in mistakenly believing it will make the protest disappear.

Next we have teachers teaching nude in our children’s classrooms along with store clerks, waiters, postal drivers, package delivery personnel, dentists, doctors and your neighbors walking their dogs while the people who dress and hide their private parts, now hide in their homes trying to avoid their eyes and their children’s eyes from the sight of the indecent nudity all around them. 

 Couldn’t happen?

Well explain today’s world of transgender people reading stories about transgender transitioning to our children in school? Explain transgender people getting our government to pay for sex reassignment operations while in prison? Explain why a major family entertainment center (Disney) is now catering to transgender issues?

Explain why the rights of the small minority of those with gender dysphoria are allowed to trample on the rights of the majority of people that are happy with their feminine and masculine identity and see it as a natural birthright? Explain why men dressed as women are allowed to go into the woman’s public restrooms? Explain why men can compete in women’s sports?

Explain why saying the wrong pronoun in school to refer to a transgender student, now comes with the risk of being suspended and if continued eventually expelled? Explain why young children are given hormone suppressive drugs when they have not even reached puberty by so-called well-meaning parents catering to their child’s misguided thoughts (or perhaps indoctrinated thoughts) that they want to become the opposite sex and we don’t call that child abuse?

Explain why the individual predilection of a few now dictates the preference of the public masses? 

Democrats can’t have it both ways. They can’t say we are a Democracy, if we are ruled by a small, really small minority. They can’t say we need socialism which is social contract of agreement when only a small minority of Americans wants socialism. They can’t call individual rights collective rights because more than half the country is not “woke” and does not agree with their ideology. 

Liberals love to decry the “separation of Church and State” in the establishment clause of the first amendment as they have bash Christianity for decades. Yet isn’t their “woke-ism a form of religion? Are they not preaching their cult-like ideological beliefs like climate change and Critical Race Theory with the aid of the government?

Isn’t that the few or the minority dictating to the many?

When the majority of Americans become subject to the whims of a few, isn’t that an Autocracy? Are we not living under that autocracy currently when our media and woke corporations and politicians force feed us woke ideology trying to force us to raise our children to believe there are more than two sexes? 

No, we once understood in America that your personal rights to act like a fool begins and ends in your own backyard. Once one walks into the public square society has rights as well as you, and yes they have the right to not see your naked boding swinging left to right as you stride. To protect children from seeing men dressed as women and woman dressed as men reading them stories of why that is, when their knowledge of sex is innocently malleable.

Americans in the majority are having their civil right violated.

There is a small woke crowd that wakes up every morning seeking new micro-aggressions to protest about and get people fired from their jobs or disgraced. The SCOTUS has returned some core Constitutional principles back into the legal system with Carson V Makin requiring state of Maine to reimburse those students sent to religious school that they tried to exclude. Kennedy v Bremerton school District in which the court ruled a football coach was allowed to pray after games and that it did not violate the establishment clause.

Shurtleff v Boston is another case of returning to sanity back into free speech, where Boston denied a Christian group from flying a flag with a cross was ruled a violation of the group free speech rights.

Individuals have rights and society has rights and the left has forgotten the idea that when individual rights trample the rights of society than society’s rights kick in. Equally when society denies your rights by invading your private beliefs, acts or customs then your individual rights are protected.

So you have an INDIVIDUAL right to be transgender, but no right to preach your lifestyle to impressionable school children.

 You have a right to believe in climate change but no SOCIAL autocracy right to impose that oil war on the people and destroy the economy of a nation and say it is for our well being in the long run.

 Because many could argue the need to bring back prayer in school and Christian symbols in the public square to restore morality, sanity and decency back to America for the same good of society. The “woke” ideology is a cult, a religion, and a completely organized cultural insurrection designed to destroy our country’s Judeo-Christian values, economic free enterprise and Constitutional foundation.

 In fact it is state sponsored and therefore if we believe the left’s interpretation of the “establishment clause” it should be deemed an unconstitutional act by any state or government agency to promote, support or fund any part of the “woke” cult religion, or equal the playing field by bringing prayer back into schools. We all know this will not happen, but until this growing cancer cult of “woke-ism” is defeated, America will continue to lose its unique identity an turn into a collective mess of insanity until we all end up hiding out in the shadows afraid to speak logically and with common sense.

THE DEEP STATE IS WEAKENING

The SCOTUS has ruled the bureaucrats in the deep state a near fatal blow that has corrupted our Republic and left the citizenry without power for far too long. By ruling against the EPA’s power plan as being too broad and sweeping without Congressional legislation the SCOTUS has ended the Deep State regulators unelected power grab in which they set rules not authorized by Congress.

If federal laws and regulations are to be made to govern the states then those laws must be an act of Congress not an act by bureaucrats. Congress cannot pass statutes whereby unelected regulators make the specific rules/laws governing the law of the land. This sets an important precedent for all government agencies in Washington that have been abusing authority and requires our Congress to be responsible for legislating the details of the laws they enact, thus bringing the power of the vote back to the people if there is objection to the laws.

Congress must start doing their job of legislating and the people will now be able to use their right to vote out a Congress deaf to their wishes. Even though this case involved the EPA, all agencies will be made to abide by the courts ruling by use of lawsuits taken at the state level against onerous regulations in which bureaucrats rather than Congress created.

The court simply required the legislators in Congress not bureaucrats to write the details of laws, something that has been infuriating the public for decades as our Representatives have been shifting both blame and responsibility to unelected officials. Congress has been cowardice and lazy for far too long and the people’s check on the authority of federal regulations has been restored to hold their Senators and representatives accountable per the Constitution.

Moreover it wrestles from the Executive branch the power to use regulatory agencies as their attack dogs to get around not being able to pass their legislative agenda. This was what Obama did with his “phone and pen” declaration in his snub to Congress not passing immigration and unemployment insurance extensions, and the court has just declared that trick unconstitutional. So in large part both the Deep State and the executive branch’s laws by regulatory end around Congress will become winnable lawsuits with the precedent the court has set to stop the federal regulators from imposing unlawful regulations on state rights.

For far too long Americans have been frustrated by lobbyists and unelected bureaucrats writing sweeping regulations that have hurt small business, land owners and individuals without recourse to object to these regulatory nightmares. Now, they can at least fire (vote out) their House Representative and Senator for enacting legislation that cripples their business and sue the agencies that put undue limitations on their economic freedoms by Executive fiat not acted on by Congress.

 So Obama’s pen and phone takeover of Congressional responsibility just hit the trash barrel. No longer can your Senator and Representative blame an agency rather than their own support in Congress for a bill they wrote that has negative consequences for their constituency. The agency only has the right to bark, not bite the public now that the court has restored the legislative responsibility back into the hands of lawmakers.

This is a bigger win for citizens that perhaps some realize, because Congress has used government agencies to hide behind their job killing, wage killing, innovation killing, and entrepreneurial killing of our economy for decades by allowing unelected bureaucrats to write laws.

It is time to return to the Constitution and the ability of citizens to vote out of office those representatives that hurt rather than help the country prosper.

Legislators not bureaucrats (deep State) need to legislate. Amen.

THE ANGRY OLD MAN AND HIS MARXISTS ELITES

 

 

Joe the fraud Biden is at it again. Not only is he refusing to admit mistakes in all the policies he has promoted since taking office, he continually barks at all Americans that suffer under his Marxist leadership. He yells and derides the media for not reporting the successes of his administration, even though everywhere one turns they see Biden’s Marxist policy disasters playing out before their eyes.

His guru circle of Marxist’s youth that wants to see an end to carbon based energy is catered to while all Americans suffer with gas soaring prices that led to inflation and stands us on the precipice of recession.

His administration’s advice is to buy an electric car and stop complaining. Even though if one could afford an electric car it would not solve the unmerciful gouging of American wallets caused by inflation, shrink-flation (less product at same cost), empty shelves and high electric costs.  

Crime is at an all time high and city streets are littered with drug users and homeless mentally ill people destroying the quality of life for those living amid their defecating atrociousness. But hey buy an electric car and it all goes away.

The continued influx of illegal aliens running though our borders brings an even greater increase in crime, drug abuse, death from Fentanyl laced drugs, disease and financial strain in all American municipalities. But once again, buy an electric car and it all goes away.

The labor shortage crises has caused many small businesses to fail and those that are hanging on have seen their sales drop by high energy costs, Covid fear, poor service from lack of staff and less consumer spending due to inflation. Again they should buy a fleet of electric cars and it all goes away.

The Baby formula shortage that was created by our own FDA shutting down a major producer of formula shows the depth of incompetency within the Biden White House filled with college indoctrinated left wing zealots that don’t have a clue about economics or supply and demand realities.

 Abbott Labs was shut down rather than re-calling the formula that was in question, moreover, no steps were taken to ensure that other manufacturers could take up the slack during the shutdown, like for instance, allowing overseas makers to supply in the interim. The complete debacle of throwing the baby out with bath water is another Biden administration crisis that never should have happened. Once again, buy an electric car and it all goes away.

Yet angry Joe Biden has the audacity to blame everyone from Putin, the oil companies, Trump and Covid instead of himself. He and his gaggle of leftist utopian Climate prophets want their dreams to overtake reality and instead have left Americans an abysmal state of our nation as these Marxist’s elitist steadfastly deny the consequences of their ignorant delusions. Need I say it again, buy an electric car and it all goes away.

Hey Brandon, stop yelling at the public for problems you and your obtuse leftist puppeteers have created. We are not buying the lies and deflections. Not buying the cold callous denials of accountability we all know exists with your administration. We are not buying the distractions of Trump hating committees putting on a prime-time show, when even popcorn is too expensive for most to indulge in, as their basic necessity grocery bill soars higher each week.

No, Joe, stop yelling at the American people as though we voted for you. Few would have voted for a crook, a Marxist regime, a socialist dictatorship, a complete buffoon with a bus filled with Marxists clowns pretending to know how to run a country. Indeed, the biggest crime scene is in Washington D.C. where corruption and complete apathetic responses prove that Biden and his party are willing to destroy a nation to maintain control and power.

2022 should show the Democrats what fools they have been, if not then it will prove, what fools we are.  

INFORMATION POLICE FROM OBAMA’S BIDEN PRESIDENCY

 

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” (First Amendment)

Obviously that isn’t stopping the Woke Biden puppeteer presidency by the progressive Marxists from creating a “Disinformation Czar”, and completely violating the First of many Amendments to the Constitution that bars government from having any authority whatsoever, over the people.

Americans might be wondering, have we heard it all, yet? Democrats have owned the television and print media for generations. They have used that dominance to slant stories, push leftists narratives, smear conservatives and completely bury stories that expose the wrongdoing of their party leaders. Then when tech companies developed social media companies they have used their heavy handed leftist’s censorship to ban and suspend users based on political views while claiming it was to protect against misinformation or violent content. All done with the protection against lawsuits awarded them by Congress.

It is not just that media has been corrupted into the bullhorn for Democrat party talking points, it has metastasized from slanting left to completely stamping out the right of free speech to all those that disagree with their inane ideology. There is very little objective reporting on any subject today in media that is not attacked by the left’s dominance in the media monopoly we once called a free press.

People in America have no choice but to live in the technological paperless world of internet communication, be it e-mail, phone texting, or cell phone calls. The fact that these transmissions fly into public airspace, clouds and servers before they arrive at their person to person destinations, should not allow our government or law enforcement to label these communications as public. NSA is storing cell phone calls on Americans and uses the Patriot Act to incidentally capture private information to justify their warrantless spy activity.

 In the case of social media that would be an exception, perhaps, because one should be aware that you are agreeing that these postings are public, as it would be similar to standing in the town square and shouting out your opinion to the general public.

However, writing paper letters, using landline phones or carrier pigeons should not be needed to secure one’s Fourth and Fifth Amendment to privacy and protection from government or law enforcement infringement on privacy.  

Intercepting terrorist’s plans should not run afoul of our Constitution. Spying should not be allowed on American citizens that have zero connections with terrorism, regardless of the NSA claiming it is incidental. In a time when Democrats have politicized everything from crime to school curriculum there is no confidence in any government agencies that hold omnipotent power to act apolitical and remain faithful to the Constitution.

The fact that 50 retired bureaucrats signed a letter claiming that the Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation, rather than a true story that came out prior to the 2020 election of Joe Biden is evidence that political bias has permeated all halls of government and there is no such thing as objective government agencies working within the laws of this country.

Rightfully, Americans no longer have faith in our governments DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, and DHS because we have seen two tiered justice (Jan6th treatment 2020 riot treatment), duplicitous lies (Russian Collusion), bold face lies (Hunter Biden laptop) spying and lying to Congress (James Clapper “not wittingly.”), Now we are suppose to trust the DHS to weed out good information from bad, when their own Bureaucrat Mayorkas claims our border is secure?    

All along the way socialists Democrats have breached our Constitution when it serves their Machiavellian desire for power, while at the same using cases to the courts and lauding the Constitution when it wins their arguments. American socialists are destroying our country’s democratic republic and defrauding all Americans of honest government by hyper-politics and elitist control.

It is way past the time for Americans to wise up, and rise up to defeat the politicians and “Deep State” hijacking of our representative government.

Socialists don’t own our jurisprudence. Party elitists don’t own our information. Progressives don’t own our moral culture. Democrats don’t own our children. American Marxists don’t own the truth. The Constitution can be interpreted easily by the public without the need for judges, lawyers or experts.

The proposed “Disinformation Board” is more than an overreach, it is blatantly unconstitutional. We must resist as a free and patriotic people and root out these Marxist from our local, state and federal positions of power.
