SLOW AND IMPERIOUS!

On December 14, 2010  an American border agent Brian Terry was killed by guns allowed to walk across the border by the ATF's sting operation known as "Fast and Furious" that started in 2009.  Pursuant to a  lawsuit filed by Congress, the court finally burped out a ruling in January 2016, that required the administration to release a portion of documents requested by the oversight committee. 

Now three months after that court ruling and almost 5 years after the scandal first broke, the Department of Justice is releasing some, (not all) of that portion of documents required by the court ruling and demanded by the House and Senate.

 

Obama used Executive Privilege to shield Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice officers, allowing them to withhold documents for years regarding the gun-running scheme. Congress then sued for the documents claiming that Obama could not use Executive Privilege in order to deny the Terry family or the American people, the right to know the extent of the government's involvement in this deadly so called anti-crime caper.

After a long laborious court battle the square cement wheels of justice, have finally rolled the cart of corruption forward, where it is spilling a little more of its oozing load of backhanded culpability onto the public street. Congress is just now weeding through voluminous notes and e-mails looking for evidence. Meanwhile, most Americans believe justice for the Terry family and countless others, deadly affected by our government's Machiavellian arrogance, will never be served to those that deserve punishment.   

"Justice delayed is justice denied" is a quote by William Gladstone a 19th century British politician, but its razor edged truth has not dulled with time. This Administration has used delay, deflection and subversion as its modus operandi from the very first days in office and will shamelessly have all its henchmen and women safely far away, from viewing vertical iron bars and wearing orange jumpsuits, when it finally folds its occupy the White House tents, for good, next year.

It is one thing to have a deliberate and due process system that protects the rights of citizens from being falsely or unjustly imprisoned, but if our justice system is so slow and imperious to the need for a swift end to the withholding or the destruction of evidence, by our government, then there isn't justice, but rather elitist absolution.

The Obama administration has been turning its back to Congress knowing the chamber is just a room full of rubber cleavers. He is unconcerned that his iniquitous activities would earn them a stab of ethical retribution or legal accountability.

Why have our representatives done nothing to government violators of our laws, while the average citizen experiences swift and heartless legal enforcement? Given the corruption of Holder's justice system they should have passed an independent counsel bill, to sharpen the cleaver blade. 

There is a difference between government scandals that involve innocent citizens being killed or financially ruined, versus government waste. Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS targeting, need swift justice not years of stalling. Retribution needs to be swift and harsh to send a strong deterrent message to those people in government who are involved with callous acts against the citizenry. Otherwise animosity between the government and the people ferments a cynical loathing by both, and then government power becomes routinely abusive. 

Waco, Ruby Ridge and now the recent FBI shooting of Lavoy Finicum involved in the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge center in Oregon, make all Americans wonder, "Do citizens matter"? Whether you think the ranchers should have been protesting and trespassing on federal lands, or not, was killing a man necessary? When did vandalism and trespassing rise to a death sentence in America? Why didn't the FBI let this man go turn himself in, to the county sheriff? 

Not all government corruption is equal, just as not all crime, involves sirens and paddy wagons. For instance, police are not called when there is a beating by a sadist married to a masochist. Police are not called when parents are robbed by their drug addicted child. Police are also not called when criminal gangs are warring with criminal gangs.

However, if the sadists lays hands on a unwilling victim, or that addicted child robs the neighbors, or those gangs shoot and kill innocent bystanders on the street, then police are called and the community clamors for justice and accountability.

 "Fast and Furious" did spill out onto the street. It is, the sadist government,  the addict government and the gang government spilling out of their haven and harming innocent citizens in three ways. 

First, we citizens have a masochistic tendency to call for laws on every folly in life, unwittingly causing more pain to a wider group of people. The government sadists love it, because they protect their own, but for the rest of us, more laws, only results in less freedom. Most Americans believe that our justice system has ceased to be blind, and there are sadly those who live, above the law. Today, it seems that only  unconnected citizens suffer consequences under the federal code.

Second, as government is addicted to money and power, we as citizens continue to enable our addicted Congress persons by re-electing them back into office rather than tossing them out. Too many inept and constitutionally ignorant House and Senate representatives hold on to power because we refuse to demand accountability. How can we not, expect that our rights will be altered, ignored or legislated away, when we refuse to stand up to Washington corruption?

Three, government departments are like gangs. When they engage in turf wars with each other we have incidences like 911 or the Boston Marathon bombing, in which all of us, trusting citizens are victims, thought of only as collateral damage by the bureaucracy. There are people dead and missing limbs, because the DHS and the FBI, acted politically correct rather than err on the side of American safety. (The Tsarnaev family should never have been granted asylum by DHS, and the FBI should have deported Tamerlan Tsarnaev.)

Worse, when government agencies join forces in a collective gang to harass citizens, it becomes a conspiratorial cabal as rotten and thuggish as any section of a major city where street gangs set the rules.

When citizens like Catherine Engelbrecht, start a civic minded group called True the Vote, in order to ensure that elections are not filled with fraud, instead of our government celebrating her participation in helping to keep elections clean, they ganged up to shut her down. The IRS, BATF, OSHA, EPA and FBI all investigated Engelbrecht family and their business because they don't like conservative groups exposing government and Party corruption. Countless other Americans have been harassed and financially hurt (Gibson Guitar) by bureaucrats empowered by a lazy Congress. 

Our government has spied on us, lied to us, used unwarranted investigation to intimidate us, forced lawful gun dealers to sell to drug dealers across the border and when these scandals result in the ultimate price of death, we as citizen expect more. Much, much, more than a grandstanding hearing by pompous politicians promising to make law changes to ensure abuses don't repeat. We want all those at the ATF and Justice Department, IRS, Veterans Administration, FBI who abused their power and caused citizen's irreparable harm to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Doesn't law enforce clamor for swift and strong justice in order to deter future crimes? Where is citizen justice for a corrupt government?

Unless citizens demand smaller more accountable government, from both political parties, then tyranny will slowly but imperiously shadow every citizen's doorway, and government edicts will be fast and furiously tyrannical, while guilty government officials remain free to be above the law. Is this the government, that so many brave Americans have died to preserve?  How perverse are American values today, that we are willing to allow government to get away with murder?    

TRANSPARENT-ME?

Once again Hillary Clinton separates herself as the elite privileged non-arrest-o-crat of America. Obama only thinks he is a king, but Hillary is the embodiment of a bloody Mary I with a Queen Antoinette chaser.

 In fact, Marie Antoinette might have a case for plagiarizing (at least in the spirit of the line) "What difference does it make?" as being the new version of "Let them it cake".

Now we know that during the Benghazi hearing Hillary knew all her e-mails were private and therefore safe from Congressional oversight. She also knew and she had already deleted any and all damaging e-mails regarding Ambassador Stevens and why he was left there without protection. 

It therefore makes sense to finish her rhetorical question "What difference does it make?" where she might have said under her breath or in her mind, "because you will never have any smoking gun evidence against me, I planned ahead, and my fingerprints have been deleted."   

Her Nixonian explanations for concealing all her government e-mails on a private server are in a word; grimy. But this is a woman who has lived on the seamy side of the legal tracks for years and gives even the term shyster, a black eye.

It stunts the imagination how successful she has been violating, obfuscating and skirting the law for decades. She started her political walk of shameful behavior back in 1974 when she fraudulently argued in a brief submitted to the General counsel to the House Judiciary Committee, that Nixon had no right to counsel. Even though it was a matter of public record that Supreme Court Justice Douglas, had set the precedent 4 years earlier, in 1970, when the attempt to impeach him proved unsuccessful. 

   “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer,” Zeifman said. “She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

So says Jerry Zeifman the chief Counsel during Watergate that fired Hillary off the committee and further accused Hillary of removing the public files on the Douglas case prior to writing her deceitful legal brief.

Oh and for those that might not realize what a small world circle of corrupt Democrat politicians exists to allow this kind of woman to even be hired for the Watergate committee? Well, there is a Kennedy connection. Hillary's former law professor Burke Marshall was the lawyer for Ted Kennedy during his Chappaquiddick (neck brace bunk) escape from prosecution for drunk driving manslaughter, that killed Mary Jo Kopechne. 

It was this same lawyer, Marshall that  petitioned Zeifman to have Hillary put on the committee. Snakes know other snakes and rats know other rats.

Her support within her own party is shaky amid the cavalcade of escapades from this monstrous matron of misleading deeds and swindling slipperiness. Her current e-mail scandal, haunts even her most ardent supporters who can't ignore Whitewater, cattle futures and travel-gate amid her legacy of lies.

Yet this pompous POTUS want-a-be can no longer can hide behind her man (Bill Clinton) and bake the crookies (not a typo) of her past, pretending that she is just a victim of that infamous and "vast right-wing conspiracy" she scapegoats so unabashedly.

This woman fond of wearing pants and wearing THE pants in her political family has been the slick Willie long before Monica Lewinsky was born. She has been the mastermind of the behind the scenes manipulation of the Clinton image, that the duplicitous media paints as a rose. However we all know this mirage is a bilked crop (Rose Law Firm) of myth and half-truths that can be seen through a Web Hubbell lens among her many black holes of fraud.

Hillary is the most visibly transparent secretive female political person to ever rise up in our government. She has never been honest or forthright about anything, instead she is a sneaky shady and sinful political schemer. She has vitiated the law, in fact all laws including our constitution, with her legal gymnastics over the years to gain money and power while she hides in the cracks and loopholes of our system. 

Unlike her hubby Bill's ability to deliver believable acting lines in speeches on the campaign trail, Hillary has no bright light magic. Hillary has no charismatic charm. Hillary has no warm and fuzzy "feel your pain" empathetic pretense, she is as personable as a shrill drill sergeant.

If her husband's biggest flaw (besides being a lying Democrat) was his inability to not stop playing hide the sausage, with naive young women, even while President. Then Hillary's character flaw is bigger, and is a more engorged phallic psychosis, in which she has shown her incapacity to be honest, transparent or to follow any rules and laws; ever. 

Hillary wants to be the first female president. Yet, she already holds the distinction of being the first, First Lady ever to be elected into public office, first female Senator for New York, also the first, First Lady to be Secretary of State, oh yes and the first, First Lady to ever be fingerprinted. 

Still if Hillary were to become president, (perish the thought) it would be a first; it would be the first time an American president's campaign was funded by foreign companies, many of which are state controlled by foreign governments seeking our demise.

It would mark the first death knell sound signaling the end of our great Country's prideful history when it claims that any American could grow up and become president.

"Mommy, you mean even a crooked lawyer can be president?" "Yes dear, if there are enough dumb people to not care about truth and justice, in fact, that's why Hillary was elected."

I reiterate to my readers, perish the thought, perish the disgraceful nightmarish thought.

    

YOU JUST CALL OUT MY NAME

The next line should be " I'll "GO" (come) running". That's because Kerry and Obama have blind eyes and deaf ears to the ongoing danger posed by ISIS and Muslim extremism throughout the world. With all deference to James Taylor and his roadie Secretary Kerry, the "Kumbaya" foreign policy is not only not working, it is a joke gone terrible cynical.

Regardless if you think the President's recalcitrance against calling out Muslim radical killers is out of stupidity or duplicity, the reality is that liberals can't stop playing the hippie dippy cards of 60's philosophy.

Winning them over with love or flower power would not work, has not worked and will never work. Yet liberals like John Kerry refuse to burn their tie-dye tee-shirts and grow up to the reality that evil answers only to complete destruction.

Two more years can reap havoc on America and Americans given the utter ignorance of these delusional liberals running our foreign policy. The zealot regimes throughout the world are not just growing in confidence that they have the upper hand, their free hands have been busy readying for a showdown while our government continues to capitulate away our strength. 

The liberal cancer of appeasement has metastasized for an inevitable world war III, that seems brewing in the very near horizon. It is what always happens when you let evil off the leash rather than beating it back relentlessly, as is required, to fight its perpetual reanimation. Good versus evil is a struggle never won with total annihilation by either side but rather a battle for making one side more powerful and the other more marginal. However to marginalize evil, you need to confront it with blunt words, backed by blunt force, not idle threats and scoffing rhetoric.

The Obama administration is trying to negotiate with evil (Iran), trying to convince evil to play nice, trying to convince a skeptical public that evil can be trusted to keep a treaty deal. What part of the lessons of life were liberals absent for in regards to the nature of evil and its many deeds? 

Evil lies. Evil deceives. Evil is pure selfishness. Evil smiles while it betrays. Evil is patient. Evil is savage. Evil is opportunistic. Evil is a temptress. Evil is never satiated. Evil is a master of disguise. Evil plays by its own rules. Evil preys on naivety. Evil is predictable, because it can never be trusted, ever.

It is bad enough that our current government lies to its people but it bodes far worse for our future that this current government is lying to themselves, thinking that evil can be coaxed into cage by mutual agreement. Indeed, once you negotiate with evil, then it wins.

Liberals have been making excuses for Muslim extremism, while criticizing our allies especially Israel for being skeptical with any deal making that involves trusting evil zealots. The Democrats recent shunning and classless bashing of Israel's leader Bibi Netanyahu, depicts a President and a Party far afield from the American values that defends liberty both home and abroad. 

President Obama, and Secretaries Kerry and Clinton are responsible for having toppled the Libyan government, that now is overrun by Al Qaida factions, that they claimed in 2012 were decimated.

They lied about Benghazi and have  negotiated with the Taliban, the Haqqani, and the Muslim Brotherhood. 

They supported a Muslim fundamentalist dictatorship in Egypt, Morsi, that was hostile to Israel. They supplied that anti-American government with money and weapons. Thankfully and fortunately Morsi was overthrown by the Egyptian people without the administrations help. 

They stood by and watched as Syria descended into civil war refusing to arm or assists in any way Syrian freedom fighters, that then turned to terrorists for help against their fight with Assad. That turned out to be a most unholy union as it bred the rise of ISIS. 

They pulled out of Iraq, willfully leaving behind a weak power vacuum during a time of terror expansion that resulted in ISIS having the advantage to amass power and territory in its Judeo-Christian genocidal rampage.

Now they are attacking Israel's leader while defending Iran's Mullah government as honest negotiators. Yet, the Democrats and the liberal press wonders why Mayor Giuliani's comments regarding the President's dubious allegiances are resonating with the American people? 

"Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, all you have to do is call" out the actions that show the intent. The actions of this President and his Democrat Party are either dangerously naive or purposefully anti-American or as we are beginning to understand; both. For there are the dreamers who believe in a new unicorn and multicultural love-in with the world, and then there are the seditious puppeteers in the background pulling their strings. 

One thing is for certain, this administration is no friend of America and her traditional American values.       

GOLF BALLS, GOOF BALLS AND MISSING BALLS

The emotional political temperature of the country's voters is heating up fast over the recently exposed disengagement of our President. For a man who campaigned relentlessly to win re-election to sit in the oval office chair of world power, it is curious and infuriating to many that he spends his time oblivious to crisis while sitting in a golf cart.  

Beyond the President's partisan politicking and fund raising for his progressive Democrat Party his presidency has been a characterized as weak and feckless. While there is agreement on both sides of the aisle about his lack of strong leadership there are two competing pseudo psychological analyses as to why he fails to roll up his sleeves and do the work required of his office. Some saying he is in over his head while others suggest that his inattentiveness is a calculated disregard.

Either way, many Americans are both frustrated and worried that our borders are being neglected at the worst possible time, given the rise of the organized terror group calling itself ISIS. Neither the President nor the officials in his administration have reached out to assure Americans that the government is actively and confidently guarding the homeland against attacks.

Instead the President acted against his own primary foreign policy strategy of not doing "stupid (expletive)" and stupidly told the whole world that America is without a strategy regarding ISIS. Put another way, the President undressed on the world stage and left no doubt that his lackluster actions to date would not loom larger in the future.

The rub against the Obama presidency is that he is unqualified to govern a nation and too professorial in confronting America's serious issues. This president has little stock left of his bully pulpit clout both home and abroad.  Worse than Jimmy Carter's famous "malaise speech" our current Commander in Chief seems more distracted than overwhelmed and more carelessly unconcerned than just indecisive. 

Careful observers of this President will notice that more often times than not, when the president does address the nation his facts do not comport with reality and are, in fact, completely opposite. He continues to talk about a recovering economy while youth still flip burgers with a Bachelor's degree. He claims the border is secure and we know it is a sieve. He has claimed the world is relatively calm yet even those casually aware of world affairs realize the hostilities by enemy states and terror groups continues to grow. 

But what has a lot of Americans hot under the collar is his administration's constant denial of radical Islam and the war they are waging against America and the whole western world. This is not a criminal enterprise to be policed, or a junior varsity gang of thugs to scare out of committing mayhem. Rather it is a growing want-a-be caliphate army of radical religious zealots that will not stop recruiting, growing and killing until their fascists' dreams are put six feet underground. 

How is it that at the same time that a caliphate army is growing, in the lawless lands of ousted or besieged Mid-East countries (Libya, Syria, Iraq) who have beheaded Americans and vow to attack us with greater carnage on our own soil, do we have no control over our borders?

This is the lesson of Benghazi. Not a lesson for the White House. Not a lesson for conservatives that never voted for a liberal community organizer to become Commander in Chief. No this is a lesson for all those who voted for Obama aware that his administration lied about Benghazi being a protest caused by a video. For all those that voted for him inexplicitly believing his foreign policy was strong while he hid behind Candy Crowley's skirt during the debate over his words and actions post Benghazi. 

What difference does it make? Open borders (no security just like they left Ambassador Stevens), distrust in government because it lies and spies on good citizens while refusing to call out Muslim jihadists(Fort Hood workplace violence), arming the enemy with American weapons (Libyan fighters and lack of security force agreement in Iraq), playing golf immediately after ISIS beheads an American journalist (President absent from situation room during Benghazi) and heads to Vegas to campaign while the dead American bodies are still warm. No soldiers left behind was the reason for the Bergdahl swap and release of five GITMO Islamic war criminal terrorists? Well, then why did Obama leave four men to die in Benghazi?  Do you see a pattern; now? 

America has earned the right to be proud of our history, our military, our culture and our values but this administration has told us we "didn't build that" and that we are racists, bigots and Islam-a-phobic. This while we watch a video of Americans being be-headed and view our America's President puttying around on the green pitiless. 

  

Instead of strong leadership, we Americans see golf balls and golf carts from the White House. Instead of sane and secure foreign policy, we see goof ball plans from advisors trying to appease the political optics of a disengaged President. Instead of promoting American fearlessness on the world stage, we see our President exposing his lack of manhood as he refuses to call Muslim killers cowards as they rape and kill women and children. Yes, there is a difference between a president and a poser.

DEFENDING THE INDEFENSIBLE

The Democrat Party, media pundits and liberal activists have circled the wagon around a president that has shown contempt and defiance for America's Constitution and the value of law we inherently hold dear as a nation. 

Their defensive arguments addressing Obama's many constitutional transgressions run the childish gamut from finger pointing at the previous administration to sticking their fingers in their ears and screaming a mantra of mockery with the intend to marginalize the transgressions.

In their insulated world of Obama deification they label every American that is critical of this President as racists, misogynistic, homophobic, ignorant, bitter, tin-foil crazy and hate-filled. However this name calling kill-the-messenger campaign eventually backfires.

As the old children's retort proclaims "I am rubber you are glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you" the public is becoming weary of the Democrats and their constant pompous palliation. 

Because with the rise of independent voters, what is growing painfully obvious to party politicians is that Americans do think outside of the partisan box, and the Democrat Party is the party that fears the truth. In every scandal their party has hurled distractive insults toward legitimate questions using absurd analogies to congressional fact finding as witch-hunts and circuses. 

When Democrat Party members are asked simple pointed questions that Americans deserve answers to, they shrug them away as either administrative mistakes or obfuscate using the immature game of "He or she did it too." (George Bush) 

America was once an honorable country that took pride is always seeking, finding and exposing the truth even if it hurt our reputation. The lesson of Watergate wasn't that all Republicans were corrupt (as Democrats might want you to believe) but rather that our Constitution and rule of law is only as strong as We the People demand it to be.

Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are the faces of a party that not only  ignores the Constitution (Obamacare) but they and their members have been perpetrating a campaign with a complicit media to hide the truth from the American people. The Democrat Party's representation has dissolved to become an Obama shield party. 

We should be asking the Democrats and those supporting the left why doesn't America have the right to know the truth. Why doesn't America deserve the truth about Benghazi, IRS, Fast and Furious and any and all administration and government scandalous behavior? Why are you supporting deceitful secrecy when you claim to be in favor of transparent government?

Why don't we know who, what and for what purpose was there a gun running sting operation that illegally allowed weapons to be bought by criminals and cross our border without any effort to interdict them? Who has been held accountable for the deaths of law enforcement officials killed by the Fast and Furious guns? 

If there is nothing to hide, then why are people exercising the fifth Amendment?  Who in the White House directed the IRS to target conservative groups? Why is the IRS being allowed to continue to harass conservatives by subjecting Tea Party donors to audits ten times the normal average? Why did Nancy Pelosi appoint Elijah Cummings to sit as vice Chairman on the IRS oversight Committee to so-call investigate wrong-doing, when we now know he and his staff co-conspired with Lois Lerner to harass True the Vote?  

For Democrats to continue to defend the indefensible actions of this administration and provide cover for such dishonorable service leads one to only two conclusions. Either the Democrat Party have no propriety and dignity left or they were involved more closely with these scandals then is yet known. In the case of the IRS targeting we are starting to discover that some members of Congress (Cummings) were playing  the role of judge, jury, and  defense lawyer while cynically caught being one of the defendants.  

Why don't we know why Ambassador Stevens was put in harm's way in Benghazi, without security, by our then Secretary of State? Why don't we know who promoted the bold faced lie about a protest caused by an obscure video? Why didn't we try to save our personnel under attack? Why was there a young green gilled "Dude" in the situation room (National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor) while the President of the United States, the Commander in Chief, has yet to account for his whereabouts during the attack?

 

It seems that the cover-ups  and the closed curtain on the truth is the only thing transparent in our current government run by ideologues committed to transforming America by savaging all vestiges of honor and accountability.

The media has been absent at best and a tall tale teller for the elites in power at worst. However, as much power as the news media has over some Americans who are politically half asleep, truth is a powerful bestirring stimulant.

Americans deserve full discloser, candid testimony from government officials and real consequences for any in our government that acted either illegally or failed to act honorable under their oath of office. When either political Party engages to cover up the facts, lie to the American people or refuse to investigate wrong doing in our government , then they are violating their oath " faithfully discharge the duties of the office," and the public's trust.
