THE PEOPLE VERSUS THE DEEP STATE

So here we are during a big election year and the Democrats and their media lapdogs are spinning another election yarn to take down the conservative front running candidate, although this time, instead of investigation they are using our weaponized DOJ and legal system to do it.

This is clearly a political prosecution, election interference and an abusive use of power especially when the whole world knows that previous violators of similar and worse crimes have yet to face any scrutiny. Those violators were barely pawed by then FBI Director Comey and passed from closer scrutiny by Bill Barr and Merrick Garland. Of course I am referring to Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden both guilty of classified record retention and or destroying documents.

But to our current corrupt DOJ, it doesn’t matter that Biden when he was not President took classified documents for years and hid them in his home attic, summer home garage and Delaware office but instead they wipe away all his wrongdoing by saying he cooperated with authorities. Oh I see, so if you steal property, and hold onto to that stolen property for years, as long as you don’t resist when authority finds it and takes it from you, then you’re in the clear, right?

Wrong they tell me because it isn’t technically a crime to have classified documents, as it is violation of the Record Act not a criminal code. (Except if your last name is Trump) No they explain Trump isn’t being charged with having documents he is being charged with obstruction.

Well, most Americans that are savvy understand that if the Feds want to prosecute you, then they will always find a way to stick in the knives. What exactly is obstruction? It could be a statement you made that investigators claim mislead them, even if it was their misinterpretation of your response rather than your desire to be devious. Or it could be non-compliance until your legal council has had a chance to sort out the issues and advise you how to precede that allows prosecutors to label you as uncooperative and hostile. In a word everyone knows obstruction is one of those catchall terminologies that give broad leeway for the Feds to make weak cases stronger or ensure that some penalty sticks to their politically greased wall.

Yet, this is different. Perhaps we have hated defense lawyers in the past that have successfully won battles with prosecutors when it comes to murderers, rapists and pedophiles getting off on constitutional grounds either because of weak evidence or a violation of defendant’s rights.We all want blood but have to remind ourselves that those defense attorneys are the last line of defense from prosecutorial misconduct, malicious prosecutions and innocent people being railroaded by corrupt powerful elites.

 Now however, our system of justice has turned upside down, because Trump hating prosecutors are blow torching the Constitution and lady justice has taken off the blindfold and attacking equality under the law. They are trying to intimate lawyers who want to represent Trump.

The only party guilty of obstruction is the Biden Democrat party and their power lusting legal warfare that is torching the Bill of Rights. Biden’s Democrats just signaled the people that they are willing to burn our Republic down in order to ensure Trump doesn’t win the presidency. This, my fellow Americans, is called a coup by a delusional, diminished, wanna-be dictator named Joe Biden.  

The Democrat Deep State spied on Trump’s campaign in 2016 to get him to drop out. They investigated his administration for years seeking to have him resign over Hillary’s Russia collusion hoax. They impeached him twice trying to destroy his presidency and then they rigged the 2020 election and installed Biden the fraud as president. After getting away with the election fraud they accused Trump of an insurrection and jail peaceful protesters for trespassing on the Capital grounds when we all knew it was an entrapment by undercover agents and police opening the door and letting people inside the building.

After getting away with the phony insurrection show and the stifling of 2020 election investigations they proceeded to try and keep the House and Senate by using fraud to steal state elections in 2022. Arizona stands out as the most egregious example of voters being defrauded and their votes being silenced in 2022.

So now that none of their sharp long knives has been able to cut Trump or his growing MAGA supporters down to the fringe group they dream it to become, their desperation leads them to charge the ex-president with document violations and use “obstruction” to make it criminal as they maneuver to put him in jail or make him ineligible to run for office.

Should we be shocked or surprised? Yes and no. Yes, because this obvious hypocritical and constitutional nightmare is an attack on our Republic and has destroyed our reputation around the world as a fair and just legal system that is not politically motivated. Yes, because it proves that these criminal elites are willing to destroy our Republic in order to spare them the consequences and the truth about their corruption and deceit that Trump will eventually unveil if he returns to office.

But no, we understand that desperate people are selfish and void of caring what the ramification of their actions are, as long as they are protected and are allowed to continue their devilish and diabolical deeds unhindered by accountability and consequences. And no, we are not surprised that both sides of the aisle are in league together bound by the same fears given their guilty years of underhanded deceit and deception of the people they claim to represent. 

We are in serious jeopardy of losing our Republic to self possessed posers that pretend to love the country but in every act they take the continually tear it apart. A reckoning will eventually ensue because no matter what power Washington thinks it has, the American spirit of God loving freedom, loyalty to the Constitution not to the people who pretend to interoperate it for us, and respect and honor for those who have died for those ideals, is still alive and well in the country.

One thing is to be said about being young, when you know better you do better. The lost generation of Americans that have invested their freedom into more government control will learn the lesson the hard way, but make no mistake about it; they will learn the lesson summarized by Reagan “I’m from the government and I am here to help” are indeed the nine most terrifying words in the English language. 

 

 

   

COMMON SENSE IS BEING INFECTED BY INSANITY

When one looks at the world today and listens to local media you would think you live in a constant state of disorientation of what is up and what is down as you live and breathe.

How else does one differentiate between a dream state and reality than to rely on basic and rudimentary common sense to mark a clear line of thinking as opposed to scattered thoughts that have no basic believable foundation of truth?

Common sense grounds all of us to the identification of fact versus fiction, right versus wrong, possible versus impossible, actual versus illusion and most importantly practical versus unattainable desire.

You might want to fly, but you know you cannot. You might want to never grow old but you know you cannot stop aging. You might want to stay dreaming and never rise to reality but again the reality of life and its inviolate natural laws invoke its will over your wants and desires.

So wishing doesn’t make things true just as admonishing others to ignore common sense doesn’t justify your fantasies. And we all know this. And we all share common logic. And we all snicker when we observe someone trying to defy natural law.

Democrats and our power crazy rulers have always stretched the truth. Politicians have always exaggerated both problems and solutions. Media has always exploited the unusual and exceptional stories to get rubber necked ratings. We are being led beyond the demarking zone between fact and fiction and instead being smeared and bullied to accept not just mythical made up truth but complete fabricated reality that destroys common sense.

A coup was perpetrated on the American people’s government by Obama’s people in the CIA, FBI, DOJ along with the help of Democrats in Congress to destroy our election of Trump, his administration and subsequent elections where he and his policies would be on the ballot.

Americans have been waiting for years for the corruption to be uncovered and the guilty to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for the Russian collusion hoax, instead we are shown a report that lays out the lawlessness but blames no specific persons. Worse the Durham report exposes the Russian hoax like a story about the boogeyman that never dies, is never caught, and never faces any repercussions for terrorizing its victims.

When no one is punished it means there isn’t law for the wicked elite. When elections are rigged it means there isn’t a followed Constitution. When our Constitution is only invoked as a weapon by our government it means our Republic is already taken over by a cabal of power lusting Fascists pretending we still have a government OF the People, FOR the people and BY the people. Washington isn’t just corrupt, it is an autocracy planted in the Obama administration that has grown in power with many GOP cohorts that has infected most of those who we the people sent to Washington.

We no longer can trust any federal government institution to be fair and follow the law. We can no longer believe in our Representatives to keep faith with the people. We can no longer trust our elections at the federal and state levels as being legitimate reflections of the people’s true voting preferences.

Mockery has been made of ballot integrity, blind justice, impeachment, the rule of law, checks and balances, and constitutional limits to federal control. Those responsible for this treasonous activity of the coup taking place in our government are exempt from accountability whereas trespassing by the people in the Capital building is being treated as insurrectional treason and penalized with a complete disregard of their constitutional guaranteed Amendment rights.

When traitors with authority in government punish honest innocent citizens for the crimes they themselves commit, we have a tyrannical dictatorship in America.

 It is just common sense to see the reality unfolding in front of our eyes regardless of what the story tellers want us to imagine. What we once believed matters little and mean less than what we currently have become and are experiencing in this fraudulent governing. The growing minority in our government that remain honest and with integrity have no power, no voice and no clue how to wrestle power back from thieves of our Republic.

This is our reality; born of common sense as we witness the complete unaccountably of lawless lawmakers and egotistical enforcers running today’s government.

Do elections matter when the counting is rigged against the people? Well it appears pretty clear that most of us are living on hope and faith rather than confidence that our ballots are being properly counted and our voices are being truly represented. I guess we just have to wait and see what happens next.

SPIES LIES AND CORRUPT-A-STATE

 

Why isn’t the news that the Durham investigation just released a boom of an indictment that exposes the deep state inside spying by Hillary Clinton and her legal lackeys that undermined the necessary privacy of a sitting president and compromised our national security?

Why is this story not making the headlines of every US paper and media outlet as the top and only story that should anger, shock and cause people to demand justice?

Durham has just told the world that Hillary hired lawyers who hired techs to spy on not just candidate Trump but a sitting president for months. This isn’t Watergate, it is criminal treason, especially knowing as we do that China, Russia and other enemies use cyber warfare against our nation. Hillary used our intelligence agencies to spy on Trump before and after his election to the White House and no one on Obama’s watch in our government stopped her. Therefore they are either incompetent as a beakless woodpeckers or they are corrupt and in collusion with her and her minions. Most know it to be more the latter, or at least hope so for our national security’s sake, otherwise we are kept safe by idiots.

While Hillary’s goons were spying on the IP addresses of DNS servers used by Trump (could be any President or candidate) where was the DNI (Department of National intelligence) when her operatives were leaking fake narratives to them and the media? How could they not know that private contractors were involved with these servers, and what monitoring and protocols were or were not in place, to catch criminal interlopers undermining national security?

Given the data breach by China of the OPM (Office of Personnel Management) and the many other breaches by hackers by foreign governments, how could the intelligence agencies be as cavalier and unknowing as to the Clinton spying? Hillary put the whole nation’s security at risk to win an election and when she lost she continued to try and take down a sitting president, out of hubris and a need to cover her tracks. Unless, they knew, and allowed it because they are just so anti-Trump it has consumed their oaths, their morality and their souls. It certainly appears our intelligence agencies are either dopes or doped up on Marxists blue pills.

Worse the media has exposed itself as a left wing arm of the Democrat party that doesn’t report news to the people to protect us from tyranny but in fact they are part of the big government posse of despots.

The Mueller investigation was intended to both smear Trump some more, as well as cover Hillary’s criminal tracks in the swamp muck. We are lucky it didn’t work. Even though our corrupt government tried hard to find any Trump’s crimes and destroyed the lives of many people working in Trump’s administration. After Mueller failed to create impeachable offenses the Democrats blew the dog whistle for “Karens” (snitches) in the State Department to scandalize Trump while the lying “Schiff-less” goons in Congress carried Hillary’s water to drown Trump’s office in Russian collusion foul sluice.

So the question becomes simple: either you believe our intelligence agencies are working against the American people and dishonoring their oaths and are the true insurrectionists or our intelligence agencies are a dangerously incompetent lot that failed to protect our nation and a sitting president from having his administration spied upon, and investigated endlessly for the sole purpose to run him out of office.

 Irrespective of which you choose to believe, the intelligence departments as in the DOJ, FBI, CIA, DHS, NSA all need to be rebuilt from the ground up, after rooting out all in charge of national security being jeopardized by political loyalty instead of constitutional duty.  

Can you say treason? Can you say sedition? Can you say insurrection? Can you say it Nancy Pelosi?

Everything the Democrats accuse the GOP of doing, they have done or are in the process of doing. Take spying, the Democrats accused the GOP of hacking into their computers, then they switched to the idea that the Russians did it, with the inference that Trump was tangibly involved. The truth, well that will be buried because the DNC refused to allow their computers to be forensically analyzed because they knew it would expose the Russian hack narrative as false, because most suspect the leaks were an inside job.

The Democrats accuse the GOP of rigging elections and suppressing the vote of minorities, when we all know that Democrats have a long history of vote tampering that cancels out the vote of eligible voters by allowing ineligible voters to vote. Such as, Illegal aliens motor voter, criminals, mass mailings, vote harvesting to name a few.  

Democrats accuse the GOP of having praetorian guards at the DOJ as in Barr working for Trump rather than as an independent Attorney General. First, Attorney Generals are cabinet officials not independently voted office holders, and speaking of Holders, this AG was the most loyal partisan working by his own admission for Obama and not the country’s interest. Now we have Merrick Garland that is taking his marching orders directly from the teacher’s union to go after parents against Critical Race Theory being taught in their schools. Need we continue to show how the Alinsky Democrats accuse others of their own misdeeds in order to deflect blame?

Well here is the last big hypocrisy where Democrats accuse conservative of their own wrongdoing. The so-called insurrection of Jan 6^th is another example of lies. This was a protest by good intention minded people to stop what clearly was a problematic election. People are still angry that the voting was suspended in certain states overnight when Trump was far in the lead, only to wake up and find Biden ahead and being dubbed the winner.

The fact that the protestors trespassed into the Capital building was wrong and ill-advised doesn’t rise to insurrection. The true insurrection was being carried out for years by a Deep State that was raised by Obama to become a political weapon against presidential candidates, Presidents and American citizens. Because the political power used by the CIA, FBI, NSA, DHS to go after Trump, to win an election, impeach the President, remove the will of the people and plant a president in office (Biden) has already been partially successful. They needed a microscopic friend to be successful to planting their stooge (Biden) in office, namely Covid-19.  

The Patriot Act has been weaponized and the lackeys within these intelligence agencies willfully allowed these coup attacks on our co-equal branches of government become dominated by internal political minders who used illicit scandal data to extort their complicit shoulder shrugging.

We have always known that Congress has been corrupted by corporate and wealthy donor monies but now we know that they are subservient to the dark powers that actually run our government, the intelligence state. (Deep State)

They didn’t have to just resort to lying on a warrant request to fool the FISA Court, these political thugs used the five eyes sharing of intelligence and the media to launder their informational booty back to their own corrupt departments to make it appears as though the information organically appeared on their desks ready to investigate. It is diabolically evil and the queen of that kind of shrewd emanates from the queen shrew herself, Hillary Clinton. However, she could not have pulled it off without Obama and Biden being in the loop, as Susan Rice’s famous “everything by the book” memo inferred.

When looking back to the Obama years, from the IRS scandal to National Security Agency’s PRISM surveillance system, the strings were being pulled on Americans privacy and Bill of Rights by making intelligence gathering a partisan political tool rather than a means to protect the nation from foreign adversaries.   

Let’s face it, the federal government right now, is not operating in the best interests of our nation, is contrary to the Constitution and has a deep seated hold on despot power by American Marxists.

The protesters on Jan 6^th are not the insurrectionists; instead the insurrection has already taken place, and already running the ruin of our nation as the new 4^th branch of government that holds all the power, that being, the intelligence agencies. Congress needs to be told to repeal the Patriot Act, along with shuttering all the data bases capturing Americans information as a warrant-less violation of our 4^th Amendment rights.

The people need to fight for America’s freedom from federal tyranny at the local and state level if we ever are going to be able to wrestle away this deep wicked weed (Deep State)wrapped deep beneath the foundation of our nation’s capital, if we are to remain a free people. 

THE FJB MOVEMENT NEEDS TO TRANSITION TO THE FDS MOVEMENT

 

The voices of the next generation are calling out the President as a tyrant, and one of the least respected administrations since Jimmy Carter. Biden appears to have the anti-Midas touch, as every policy he ascribes has hurt and hindered American’s safety and well being. Therefore, the FJB movement by youth attending college football games, screaming out a curse chant against him is an historical first, and some might say an inappropriate disrespect of the office of the presidency, but when one assesses the damage done by Biden’s administration so early and quickly into his first few months in office, well perhaps Biden deserves the castigating cat call.

However, isn’t the chant directed at the wrong person? The wrong person especially knowing as we do, that Joe Biden is altogether unaware, as he suffers from early dementia. More importantly, as the world has become more interwoven and complex in both foreign and domestic policy, it has been an arguable reality that the job of president has for quite some time, been much more figurehead than a hands on, roll up one’s sleeve type of position.

More than just delegation, whereby a president directs his or her staff to carry out directives, a president’s office is filled with advisors from the army of agencies our government has acquired over the years. Indeed the rapidity of weight gain by our expansive and growing government in the 20^th century is akin to an obese an unrepentant shut in, reliant on fast food policies and the creation of half baked agencies, to sort out the inability of our bloated government to react quickly and intelligently, to the myriad of crises that arise daily and hourly in the world.

Rather than go on a restricted diet and exercise restraint to become more nimble and responsive to the fast paced demands of running a nation, our government chooses to chow down on more processed bureaucratic junk food, rather than simplify lethargy by cutting back on the empty and caloric heavy reliance on agencies and administrators, government doubles down adding bureaucrats to solve administrative sluggishness. And of course those extra layers of government blubber are only effective at bloating pensions, and keeping waste and corruption growing ever menacing to our free society.

Who is running the country has been the question, since we have witnessed the addle-brained POTUS try and read a teleprompter without stammering, mumbling and then explaining with aphasia what message he wants to impart to us. It is a horrific thing to witness, especially as we wonder what our enemies in the world might be thinking. It is distressing to watch this man akin to Mr. Magoo, parading our weakness and vulnerabilities in front of the eyes of our treacherous adversaries and worrying if they might attack us.

 We all know that any president in the last half century or longer, hasn’t carried the full reins of our nation’s actions and activities singularly in their hands of course, and administrators direct and control a galloping race of incidents, events and consequences that occur worldwide and constantly. Perhaps before Trump’s presidency, we assumed those helping to hold the carriage reins, (Deep State) would not, and do not, act to illegally handicap our nation to lose our way, yet Americans found out during Trump’s presidency that the “Deep State” is sinister and seditious. Americans have been shocked and dismayed to realize how treacherous Washington has become, and how powerful the non-elected bureaucrats misuse their power.

It seems we no longer can trust the career government bureaucrats to adhere to the Constitution, the law and their oath of office. Now colloquially called the “Deep State”, many Americans view this extra-branch of government known as the administrative state as the enemy of the people. The “Deep State” isn’t elected, isn’t vetted, isn’t answerable to Congress, isn’t fired, isn’t answerable it seems to anyone as it operates anonymously using its own radical Marxist ideology to steer our ship of state. Many in the “Deep State” are loyal to Obama and the radical Democrat policies, and are heel-bent on transforming our nation into a social Republic regardless of our casted votes.

Therefore, FJB should be FTDS or F@#$ the Deep State. It is our intelligence community, our Pentagon, our DOJ, FBI, NSA, CIA, DHS, IRS and all agencies from Energy Department to Bureau of land Management that have been infiltrated with ideologues, that have wriggled their way into power positions and usurped our nation from the inside. They do not fear of reprisal, prison, shame or condemnation for the sabotaging of this great nation and the cause for which it stands.

So F@#$ the Deep State! F@#$ the ideological hacks that sabotaged Trump’s administration and continues to lead our nation into Marxists socialism. Indeed F@#$ also those wimpy condone-ers who quietly allow these thieves of our Republic to continue to operate in the dark shadows, without doing more to root out these seditious subversives.

F@#$ all the Washington prosecutors, lawyers, and Capital Hill police that spend their time covering up their crimes rather than expose and enforce our laws. Yes, F@#$ Joe Biden and all that the “Deep State” stands for, because their elitist power grab has weakened our nation and polluted our freedom.

However a word of caution to the elites in the Beltway, I would suggest you temper your hubris because this country’s citizenry may feel helpless while you pull the strings of this nation’s flag apart, but remember that Americans know how to sow freedom back together.

If we have to put this nation back together again from scratch, we can do it. Whereas, it is apparent that you in the “Deep State” only know how to destroy things that work, and create things that are inoperable before they are even used. So don’t feel so smug, because more Americans are angrier than ever before and as vulgar and inarticulate as it might sound, sometimes there is a place for the sentiment, F@#$ YOU!
