OWNERSHIP OF THE 99 PERCENT MYTHS

The President continues to campaign long after the turkey leftovers have been consumed and the turkey carcass has been thrown away. Apparently the President likes his teleprompter road show so much he is trying to sell his policies door to American door.

His lack of leadership of a lackluster economy that is currently not producing enough jobs while the government’s debt continues to hold investments hostage reminds one of an old time barker.

The President and his dutiful Party of Democrats are pretending to be owners of a mythical elixir that will cure America of its fiscal woes with “just a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down” that being (TTR) or tax the rich.

In typical side show fashion they hide the truth behind the curtain that this so-called curative solution only has a momentary positive effect of financial flush. The long term effect ranges from an ineffective placebo that only balances the deficit for a little over a week to a deep economic recession that creates small business sell- offs, corporate flight overseas and skyrocketing unemployment.

To understand the naïve and cynical mindset of the President and his Party of Democratic Munchkins one must understand that their comprehension of economics and business is even less savvy than a child with a piggy bank.

Even the most selfish child understands that you don’t anger the benefactor that drops allowance coins in the ceramic container and expect to grow your fortune. A poor benefactor results invariably in a poor beneficiary.

The Democrats and the President speak of tax fairness when the truth is that the rich already pay the lion share of taxation while more and more Americans pay nothing to the treasury. Even a child knows that if they demand too much from their parents the giving dries up.

This envy driven class hatred that is fomented by the President and his party for the 1 percent versus the 99 percent is three times a wolf cry of nonsense. Yet should we be surprised that the President has no history of entrepreneurship? Or that most of the Democrats in Congress equally have no history of entrepreneurship? Or that like Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts many of them are both spoiled by rich spouses and hypocritical elitists that dock their 7 million dollar yachts in States with lower taxes?

It is like trying to reason with a spoiled child to get the Democrats and the public to understand that wealth creates wealth, government doesn’t create jobs and that quarter under your pillow was not left by the tooth fairy so grow up and get real.

The fiscal cliff, the lackluster economy, the unsustainable debt and the failure to stop the spending of our children’s future opportunity is not solved by soaking the rich in greater taxation but instead it will contract the economic expansion we need to dig out of our financial hole.

Lowering taxes lowers risk that creates the incentive to invest in expansion and new ventures. Raising taxes not only limits spendable capital to invest it compels the wealthy to safely shelter their money or save their money. Businesses would not stay operational for very long if they invested in expansion without regard for expected profits. Why would any business expend capital to realize lower sales, lower profit and higher tax liability?

Yet the President continues to campaign to the country that these rich fat cats can afford to pay more in taxes and his Party will dole out those collected funds to the rest of us waiting by our mailbox for our soup-line checks.

He and his Party want us to believe in the new normal in America. That new normal is that a job is optional; self-reliance is over-rated so just sit in front of your television set holding your piggy bank and vote for Democrats who will fill up your jar.

Many Americans are buying this cynical selfish shiftless nonsense completely clueless to simple economic realities that even children understand. The child knows that the only way to fill up their piggy bank so that it overflows requires a two pronged approach. Save their coins rather than spend them and raise more coins. Getting a paper route or a babysitting job raises more coins especially when the tantrum to have their allowance increased fails to yield results.

Americans on the teat of Obama’s cash cow give-away government face two economic realities hanging over their economic ignorant heads. One, by continuing to rely on government they will never see their piggy bank grow. Two, when the 1 percent money dries up and more people are on the couch holding piggy banks there will be no more coins dropped into your Grecian urn. Worse, when you finally realize you should return to self reliant work ethics there will also be a desert of job opportunities.

Obama’s minstrel Occupy Wall Street show tours the country while the opposition (Conservatism) to this reckless policy is painted as bodyguards for the money vaults of the selfish wealthy by a corrupt media. What should the Republicans, hard working Americans and business owners do?

Stand tall on principles, conserve your money and continue to press your local representatives and neighbors to face economic reality. Self reliance always survives over dependency eventually albeit the road back from ignorance to enlightenment will come after some pain.

However, like the child that mourns their loss of naivety when they accept that the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus are myths but then quickly alter their tears of remorse into a prideful mindset that they have grown up and no longer need sugar coated lies.  American values will return when more Americans grow up and realize that the cookie jar is empty.

Half the country may be in the hypnotic spell of Obama’s “ho ho ho happy redistribution” myth but the real scrooge isn’t the conservatives or the productive Americans refusing the Democrat’s gifts. Rather the real scrooges are any Americans blind or aware with callous disregard for the enormous bill they are leaving their children and grandchildren as they watch and let the Democrats rob the treasury.

Merry Christmas and May God Bless that sanity returns to 100 percent of Americans in the years ahead.

NOT THE ECONOMY STUPID!

Those that think that the 2012 election is about the American economy as the sole overarching issues of import are not only blind to the political reality but show their self-possessed issue orientated careless civic responsibility.

Never before has America’s Constitution been more under siege.

Never before has the Country’s debt been more burdensome on posterity.

Never before has half the Country’s population been non-taxpaying.

Never before has the Country’s law enforcement agencies openly admitted
spying on Americans on social network sites.

Never before has the Country gone this long without passing a Federal budget.

Never before has the Country seen an administration so hostile to both foreign allied countries and its own citizens on the opposing political fence.

Never before has the Country experienced an administration that openly mocks the power of Congress by making cabinet appointment without Senate consent.

Never before has the Country seen its Justice Department complicit in arming drug thugs in another country for the political purpose of undermining the 2nd Amendment.

Never before has the Country seen a federal government with a cadre of Czars not answerable to Congress or the people.

Never before has the Country experienced a Healthcare and Financial Bill that contains so many tentacles of regulatory power that it threatens the whole notion of private enterprise.

Never before has the Country experienced an edict by a President that openly challenges their 1st Amendment rights of free exercise of religion.

Never before has the Country experienced an entrenched media bias that wishes to propagandize for the President while American citizens are purposefully misled.

Never before has the Country seen a president in the White House that openly preaches distorted truth, re-writes the historic meaning of our founded Republic, disparages America while in foreign countries and is a pathological ideologue.

This election is not about the economy and the unemployment numbers.

This election is about America’s survival as a financially solvent, constitutionally sound and intact Republic currently under siege by the President and his Democratic Party minions.

All Americans regardless of whether they call themselves Independent, Republican, Democrat or Libertarian should clearly see that the future of our Nation is at stake.

There should be no excuses that you did not know. There should be no claims of special interest rationale. There should be no mistaking that this election is the crossroad for the future of America.

What did you do for your Country? How did you vote for your Country? What America did you leave your children? Did you leave them a Country that you were proud to hand over to them?

ONE NATION UNDER GOVERNMENT

We are seeing our country become a bastion of service workers that either work for the government or the private sector to sell goods that the United States no longer manufactures. Some say it is the natural progression of the modern high tech evolvement of our economy that has matured from the Industrial complex to the robotic age of the integrated circuit.

The human assembly line of old school manufacturing is now a line of specialized robots programmed to do the task of many while being overseen and operated by a few trained people. This mechanized production along with a higher set of skill sets for human labor has been touted as the main reason that America has shifted to a service
over manufacturing based economy.

Yet is that true? Consider the old joke “How many people does it take to change a light bulb?” Well in the past you could argue it took about 800 workers plus one. That number represents the amount of factory workers manufacturing the light bulb replacement and one to screw it into the lamp.

With automation the amount of workers in the Edison factory did not decrease however even though the laborious practice of glass blowing and filament twisting was now done by machines. There were still many jobs for the human workers from testing to packaging and shipping that remained employed throughout the modern transformation from hand to machine in the Edison invention.

Americans have been sold a lie by our politicians that good paying factory jobs have progressed out of our economy naturally through the advancement of technology. Union leaders have lied to their members that greedy manufactures ran oversees to feast gluttonously on cheap labor and higher profits.

What is the real truth? The truth is that our government has been the biggest saboteur of manufacturing in this country for years. The war on capitalism did not start with the Obama administration but rather has been waged by Congress for over fifty years. The socialists Democrats have been in bed with Union leaders to bring tyranny to American manufacturing in a multi-flanked imprisonment of their healthy survival. The Republicans in Congress were equally duplicitous as we watched the dying of “made in America” factory jobs become “Maids in America” service jobs.

When I say that the Unions and our Government attacked manufacturing on many flanks I refer to Labor laws, Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), Class Action Law suits, liability laws, EPA laws, Union contracts, National Labor Relations Board, trade deals, a huge tangle of import and export laws and of course corporate tax laws.

This has been the heavy hand of Federal government lobbied by unions to make profitability in the United States next to impossible for domestic manufacturing. The only reason that China is out producing the United States in manufacturing is that the Chinese do not have the American Congress to stand in their way.

Consider Gibson Guitar in Tennessee if you think I might be overselling the case that government has ruined our manufacturing industry. The Lacey Act is an old conservation law passed in the 1900 intended to stop the import sale of illegal wildlife, fish, plants and wood from poachers that was amended as of 2008 to add more prohibited items.

Gibson Guitar was raided by the Feds with guns drawn to seize rosewood purchased from India. The Indian government believed the sale was legal, Gibson Guitar believed the sale was legal but the Federal government holds Gibson’s business hostage while it investigates. This means the guitar making business is held hostage without charges and awaits an outcome with their property in seizure while they lose money daily.

Laws designed to protect the interests of Americans be it conservation, environmental, labor, and consumer safety among many other areas have effectively bullied manufacturing to leave America to find a haven in other countries with less regulation.

That leaves both union and non-union workers without jobs. Makes towns and cities run in the red financially with lost business tax revenue. It also makes many small businesses that did business with the lost manufacturing company close their shops. Moreover, like an economic domino effect even the small family run sub shop that sold sandwiches to the lunch hungry factory workers gets muscled out of the market by national franchised chains.

This is the Federal America that has been waging a hostile war against business under the guise of protecting us. This is the Federal government that once you are caught in its crosshairs, rightly or wrongly will destroy your career and reputation. This is the America we have made by asking for and allowing our legislators to sit on Capitol Hill and make laws governing every aspect of our lives.

There is no freedom to be immoral but equally there is no freedom from a mountain of legal constraints that America’s has imposed upon its economic engine.
Americans need to re-introduce themselves to the notion of freedom. Freedom entails mistakes along with fortune, tragedy along with happiness, failure along with success, thieves along with honest brokers and spoils along with victory.

Every law we make and call for to be made makes us less free. Every time we attempt by law to rid our society of bad actors socially or economically we instead trap more honorable people unaware of wrongdoing while the real morally bankrupt find another way to predate on innocence.

When a society has no laws we call it lawless and assume it is a chaotic place to live. Yet conversely, when a society has an overabundance of laws that constrain one’s ability to live then society ignores the law and equally becomes lawless. Yet, under the law is a foundation we call morality. That common societal morality keeps law either valued or diminished.

The law based on no morality or circumspect ethical value is bound to be broken by people who follow moral justification for their actions. Just as the immoral person will flaunt the law no matter how steeped it is on moral ground.

America has allowed special interest to transplant our nation from a moral society with limited laws for the purpose of punishing immoral acts to a nation that legally attacks our morality and has given rise to a din of laws based on empty human secular values.

The new immorality is to profit if you are a business, to display religious symbolism, to not re-cycle, to deny global warming, to call abortion killing, to smoke, to use salt, to be overweight, to use words deemed inappropriate, to utilize energy inefficient products, to believe in capitalism and to work hard and become rich.

The American economy is finally feeling the true results of decades of legislative overreach that has seen our nation on a path of decline from the hubris and atheistic influence of big nanny government. The once proud country of individual freedom watched by the God loving neighborhood of peer pressure to insure that morality was the ultimate enforcer to keep business and people honorable is gone.

The only way to return manufacturing and re-build America’s once promising future is to reverse, repeal, re-boot and return our country back to its Judeo-Christian roots as a Republic that wrote the Bill of Rights’ to expressly protect us from our current federal tyranny.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HALF “FREE WILL”

Free enterprise is a term that is used to describe business in America’s capitalistic economic system. The word “enterprise” refers to the producing and selling of goods and services in the marketplace under supply and demand’s intuitive gamesmanship. The word “free” refers to the freedom of business to not be restrained by government interference, regulation or subsidy.

Do we have free enterprise today in America when our government interferes, regulates and subsidies heavily in business? I contend as a number of economists and retired business people do that the “Free Market” or “Free Enterprise” is dead and has been killed slowly but surely in the death of thousands upon thousands of paper cuts.

Who in America today understands the four letter word that use to describe our religious, political and economic lives? Free was once upon a word in America we all understood because we lived it. It was not intended to be a qualified word but one that denoted a condition like pregnancy. An absolute state of condition as in one is pregnant or not pregnant for one cannot be half pregnant. Therefore how can we be half free? Is that like having my feet bound but my arms free?

Any Christian religious cleric would be able to explain the conundrum of why God just didn’t make humans in his likeness and thereby create a perfect world where evil does not exists. He or she would explain to you the concept of “free will” which allows us to choose the path of either righteousness or decadence. Some might view it as a test in the mortal world for one’s immortal soul whereas others might see it as a paternalistic trust in the likeness to which we were created. Either way we on earth as humans have been given “free will” not “half will”.

Equally our pious wise forefathers wanted to free the new American citizen from the shackles of restraint put upon them and others by the human enslavers of mankind. Prior to their assertion of inalienable individual rights one was a subject to State, crown or manmade body of governance and not free. Their logic was simple and humble. If the Creator who certainly had the power to control mankind had instead opted to grant us “free will” then what an arrogant notion it was for humans to claim ownership over the will of the individual.

The first commandment out of the ten guidelines set for mankind’s free will choice of behavior was to not idolize false gods. Paganism is not just the idolization of a statue but of imbuing mortal beings such as kings with the reverence reserved for God.

Therefore the subservience to the creator rested under one’s choice to abide by the Ten Commandments or not. This was why our founders adopted our system of governance based under the system of laws.

The Ten Commandments seem a paltry amount of moral laws in the governance of mankind’s myriad of choices between good and evil and yet they do cover everything. Believers see the creator’s superior handiwork in the Commandments but even the atheist can appreciate, if they believe they were written by Moses or another human hand that they are the perfect template to keeping their rights from abuse.

The difference and rightly so that Man’s laws are mutable whereas God’s laws are not, allowed both constant debate and expected perfecting to ensure a proper balance between constraint of freedom and chaos. Laws like the Commandments were seen as guidelines to either choose to abide by one’s fellowship in a community that required respect of each citizen’s rights or selfishly trample on another’s rights. The amount of laws along with the punishment and penalty was understood to be as light a touch against individual rights as was possible to bring civility while preserving freedom for all.

Today we have thousands upon thousands of laws governing our behaviors in the “land of the free”. We have lawmakers that show no restraint and have inundated us with regulations based on nothing more than junk science theory to control our very act of economic survival.
If our forefathers could rise from their graves they would be appalled and fall dead again into their coffins upon seeing America’s progression.

We are persecuting Judeo-Christian values in America today. We are controlling free thought and speech with political correctness and sophism in our media in America today. We have a government controlled economy that owns railroad and automobile companies in America today. We have more laws governing our everyday activities than even King George III could possibly have written if still alive in America today.

We are not free. We have return the shackles upon ourselves we fought so hard to escape from that were imposed upon us by the king. We have elected a leader (Obama) and given the reins of power to those (Democrats) that believe in complete opposition to individual inalienable rights (socialism) in America today.

We are in a state of unrest. We Americans have been in a “patient sufferance” for almost a century from a “history of repeated injuries and usurpations” by a Washington federal tyranny that has been flagrant in disregard to its constitutional boundaries as quoted in our Declaration of Independence.

We are confused, angry, partly to blame and wholly answerable to the next generation if we do not heed the call of our civic duty.
Free? Free Enterprise? Freedom? Liberty? These words were once the luxurious prize of calling oneself an American because these words were practiced and cherished. Today, these words are still here but their meaning is hollow, lacking any truth as with half pregnant, we in America are half free.

The chains that bind our freedom, strangle our economy, silence our right to speak and hear truth, belittle our right to display our traditional Judeo-Christian culture in the public square and dissolve our right to have government restrained by the intent of our Constitution have been caused by our own inattention. Our own misplaced trust in American representatives we assumed would never breech faith with the past sacrifices and struggles that then providence bless us to enjoy in wealth and wisdom.

We elected those representatives who have “free will” to make policy either by choosing to serve the people’s constitutional interest or choosing to serve their own corrupt selfish statist interests.
The good news for America and Americans is that we can return our freedoms. We can demand her principles be reinstated. After all it is recorded in history that it was America that exampled freedom in the world. It was America that freed the world. It was an America that saved the world.

America it is time for you to save America. Time for America and Americans to re-birth freedom as an absolute truth “we hold as self evident” and cherish with our “sacred honor” to insure its future remains as our duty requires us as free traditional patriotic citizens.

BIG GOVERNMENT IS KILLING JOBS AND THE QUALITY OF THOSE JOBS IN AMERICA!

The Tea Party Movement does not want smaller government because of high tax burdens and the encroachment of unaliable rights but economic freedom as well.

Example;
Yahoo news writer Michael Snyder’s story THE MIDDLE CLASS IN AMERICA IS RADICALLY SHRINKING. HERE ARE THE STATS TO PROVE IT

http://finance.yahoo.com/tech-ticker/the-u.s.-middle-class-is-being-wiped-out-here%27s-the-stats-to-prove-it-520657.html?tickers=^DJI,^GSPC,SPY,MCD,WMT,XRT,DIA

We all know even without the STATS that America’s middle class and her American Dream has been slipping away from our grasp for a long time and it is the fault of Washington and Big Government interference.

Snyder is right to argue that global competition is to blame for the “GIANT SUCKING SOUND” which is a term made famous by Ross Perot in describing what would happen to American jobs if NAFTA was approved. However, the real vacuum cleaner that has been sucking away American’s opportunities belongs to Washington D.C. and its assault on capitalism.

I believe if the American worker has an even playing field we can and would outperform other labor markets because we work smarter not harder as our innovation over the years has proven.

He is right that in a global competitive workforce Americans cannot compete with other countries and their workers when you compare the cost of labor for a Corporation today in America after years and years of Washington’s interference in the free market system.

We in the Tea Party Movement understand what is wrong with the Country’s shrinking economy and our transition from manufacturing to a service workforce and it is NOT the sophist’s argument of corporate greed but the (sucking) sound of Washington’s big government taking away our once competitive marketplace.

The list the real reasons for the shrinking of the American middle class; Unions, Government labor laws and regulations,
America’s corporate tax structure,
litigiousness of our society requiring costly insurance and labeling on products that increase consumer costs,
Government spending that decreases low cost credit and lines of credit for business,
minimum wage laws and equal benefit laws that take away employers salary discretion in a merit system of compensation,
equating and lumping together small farming, logging and fishing in environmental regulations that kill small independent business when the real culprits to say over fishing are huge corporate owned trawlers,

requiring business to hire full time lawyers, accountants human resource personnel just to keep up with the ever changing laws coming out of Washington lawmakers and bureaucracies.
I could go on and on but the bottom line is that our GOVERNMENT has over regulated and overtaxed American businesses out of competitiveness in the global world of competition.

There is no question that Americans hold some responsibility to their fiscal folly in living beyond their means and using their credit cards in a childish ignorance of the financial consequences that come from being over-extended and in deep debt but our society has enticed them as well with no-money down encouragement. (Sub-prime lending, Fannie and Freddie Mac)

The reality is that the middleclass is becoming a dinosaur right in front of our eyes and our children will not just be saddled with debt from an out of control spending spree in Washington but a BUREAU-REGULA-TOCRACY that puts their future employment options in ever increasing over qualification and under compensated economic death of the American Dream!
