SMART PHONES, STUPID REPRESENTATIVES, AND THE C-RIMINAL I-NQUISITOR A-GENCY

Is anyone shocked by the release of the CIA secret spy kit, by Wikileaks that ominously named their disclosure Vault7? Is anyone surprised our government could not keep their secrets secret? Is anyone still naive enough, to trust a government that has been exposed as a sneaky snake, injecting its viperous venom against the 4th amendment right of citizens? The short answer, and the sad answer, is no. The belief in a government conspiracy, to hack, bug, spy, wiretap, eavesdrop, and remotely control everything from cars to residential electric smart meters, is a conspiracy theory that had legs, long before it had footprints, and now it has both. Its shadow walks brazenly into our bedrooms.

Weeping Angel is a fitting name, for a spy virus that devilishly eavesdrops via our turned off smart televisions, for that is a godless fallen angel, that flies in a  warrantless hell, making us all weep at the depth of the state's devilishness.

The American public is beyond outrage, beyond trusting our Representatives in Washington, beyond ever returning to a naive notion, that our government is an innocuous federal body that seeks to protect its citizenry. The intelligence agencies in our government have been exposed, for what we always suspected them to be, a combination of corrupt and inept bureaucrats, we can't trust.

The unholy mix of deception and bumbling has left the spy door wide open for even more sinister forces to enter our homes and lives. Wikileaks provided information on our government's spyware but also disturbingly informed us that many non-government entities, sub-contractors etcetera, have this spyware toolkit.

Basically, the secret intelligence is not only no longer secret or intelligent, it has lied to American citizens, and invited security breaches into our internet devices. Through its deception and ineptitude, it has allowed this covert toolkit to fall into the hands would be sinister agents and hackers, by not keeping its own firewall hack free. Now, we all suffer intrusions into our private lives through their careless negligence. Like a doctor that treats you for an illness you don't have, then kills you with medication, the CIA has opened up Pandora's box on all our devices.

Their covert and underhanded mass spying shows arrogance and an infringement upon the right of free citizens to be protected from fact gathering before any unlawful act is committed. If upon some other time you are under investigation, can the government use the warrantless data already collected (in Utah's Metadata facility) to arm prosecutors with dirty data on you? Can they blackmail any American they wish? Can the government destroy your career, reputation and financially ruin you, even if they can't convict you. They can, they have, and they do. It is one of the big reasons Trump supporters want a smaller limited federal government.

Welcome to the new world of Orwellian order. Our smart technology has been treating us as fools at the feast, where we are the guests of honor as our privacy and rights are treated as a joke. Regardless of whether you buy or use this connected technology, you are caught up in its wide "peeping tom" snare of spying, like it or not.

You can't live today, internet connection free, it isn't about avoiding buying a smart TV or the latest cell phone to keep ahead of the CIA, for it is almost impossible to buy any product in the modern world, be it  a car, dishwasher, or a microwave or that doesn't have remote internet connections. So unless you want to buy an old fashioned washboard, build a fire pit to cook your meals, eat squirrels and live "off grid" in a cave, our government can monitor you, spy on you, keep a covert dossier on you,  without a warrant, or rhyme or reason under the guise of national security. Does this make you feel safe or violated?

There is no longer any spy-safe privacy in America today, on every street corner stop light, shop and public park have cameras today watching our movements. So don't fight that traffic ticket because the camera doesn't lie. Or does it? Doctoring video is not difficult even for a novice, so would you trust this government not to doctor the footage if they were viewed you as their enemy? We do know this, not one official was convicted, fired or even slightly reprimanded for using the IRS as a political weapon against conservatives. Shouldn't that make it clear, that our government's politicians and bureaucrats don't follow the laws they write for us? Indeed, the incredibly voluminous and capricious laws that exist today, allows the federal actors to gang up on any one of us. That's called tyrannical power.

Beyond their covert spying is the lesser known government use of "administrative subpoenas". An administrative subpoenas is just as it sounds, a subpoena (warrant) issued not by the courts, but rather by a federal agency, (such as ATF for example) that claims a right to force an electric power company, a medical records company, a phone company and or all manner of businesses to hand over access to customer information and records, per their own un-reviewed suspicions of wrongdoing. No court or independent body is required in an administrative subpoena. Does that sound constitutional to you?

Meanwhile the NSA has billions of bits of data collected on law abiding citizens, and they haven't been forced to destroy this unwittingly, ill-gotten information they are storing in Utah. No, our dufus politicians in Congress do nothing to protect our 4th Amendment rights, either before, during and even after the warrantless invasions of our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Our privacy is being violated whole scale and instead, of thwarting the contamination of our constitutional rights by elitist agencies that play god with our fate and fortunes, lawmakers grow fat with pompous proclamations that citizens are being protected.

It has been going on for years and neither Congress nor our court system seems to think this is an unlawful affront to our 4th amendment rights. The ends justifies the means, attitude by our government's anti-terror catch-all excuse, is boundary less, lawless and over ripe with corruption.

Media has the gall to defend Obama against wiretapping allegations during Trump's campaign, even when it was media that reported that un-named intelligence officials claimed General Flynn's phone calls were recorded, and that the transcripts proved he lied about the content of his conversations with the Russian ambassador regarding sanctions. That leaker to them was committing a felony.

Right, Obama is going to leave a paper trail for Congress to find, that uncovers the bugs planted in the Trump tower? Seriously? There is no paper, FISA warrant, or any trace evidence to come back and haunt Obama's covert corruption, only a whistleblower, unafraid of deadly reprisal, might unearth the buried bones of truth. Yet, even without evidence, does anyone believe it didn't happen?

There are reasons we need spying, and Americans understand that, however, there is still that pesky thing called the Constitution and the 4th Amendment, that regardless of today's technological advances remains sacred to the people. The onus is not on the consumer to live in a cave in order to protect their freedom, privacy and rights, the burden is on our government to respect due process, and get their warrantless noses out of our personal devices.

Congress should require the Utah facility to either justify keeping data on law-abiding citizens or demand we all have a copy of their extensive information on us, to insure it cannot be used in any court against us. FISA courts need to be brought out to the light of day. The Patriot Act needs to be amended to insure warrants are secured. Stupid representation must be replaced with office holders that both understand and uphold the Constitution. And the CIA needs to do less sneaking and leaking on American citizens, especially for political reasons.

Americans are not afraid of the Russians, we are pounding our shoes on the table, because we are more worried about criminal moles inside our own government, that if left in place, and are allowed to operate with reckless treason, well it would be a grave mistake. Indeed, we would be burying, the home of the brave and land of the free.

Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you! (Khrushchev)

HANGING CHADS AND RIGGED PODUIMS

Finally the last of the spooky theater of so-called political debates is over. Dressed in a pure white pant suit, Clinton tried to presented herself to voters in the color of innocence. Perhaps she thought she could fool a few naive voters, unaware of her wickedness, or perhaps it was just her costume for Halloween? Maybe she wore white because it is a color that repels flies, but her purity color didn't hide the salt in her blood. Hillary was rehearsed, robotic and not credible with her continuing lies and empty policy.

Trump was relaxed but ready to rumble, and did a decent job of holding his tongue at times against "a nasty woman" who bash him on every question, she needed to avoid. Trump was able to speak more plainly and truthfully in the shorter time he was given by Fox News moderator Chris Wallace. Wallace did little moderating of Hillary, he let her pander and blather.

At times I forgot what the question was, when Hillary droned on and on in clear obfuscation of her record of deceit and failure to point to any success in her long history of public life. Wallace allowed her to duck, dodge and control the time.

However, the most significant media bias that Wallace showed was in asking Trump the question about accepting the results of the election, knowing that fraud has been baked into the coverage. The question showed an eerie resemblance to when Fox News Bret Baier, moderator in the GOP primary, asked Trump if he would back the GOP nominee, if (when) Trump loses the primary.

Hello Bret, it was Republicans on that stage that lost and refused to back Trump. Hello Chris Wallace, it was Democrats that took their protest to the Supreme Court only 3 elections ago in 2000.  Seems Fox news is so interested in rigging the podium for Hillary, it has forgotten Al Gore and the Democrats history of not accepting defeat? Trump should have answered Hillary's "outrage" comment with baked Florida Chad anyone?

However, Hillary was not adept at evading the hard questions posed to her. When she was asked about the Wikileaks e-mail that revealed her open border speech, she claimed it was really about "open border energy". What? Is she serious? Free electricity around the world, Hillary? Does she think we crawled out of a walkway paver?

Hillary didn't stop there, she went on a question avoidance rant, by creating a boogie-man scare, by speculating that Putin and the Russians are rigging the election in favor of Trump. Not only is that dumb, but it was not the most subtle pivot. Just how gullible does Clinton think Americans have become, under our failing progressive public education system? Hillary, when did truth from your tongue get banned within a 200 mile radius around your life? Clinton's excuses were incredibly insulting to everyone's intelligence. What is scary, is her open border, globalizing of America.

WALLACE: Secretary Clinton, I want to clear up your position on this issue, because in a speech you gave to a Brazilian bank, for which you were paid $225,000, we’ve learned from the WikiLeaks, that you said this, and I want to quote. “My dream is a hemispheric common market with open trade and open borders.” So that’s the question...

CLINTON: Well, if you went on to read the rest of the sentence, I was talking about energy. You know, we trade more energy with our neighbors than we trade with the rest of the world combined. And I do want us to have an electric grid, an energy system that crosses borders. I think that would be a great benefit to us.
But you are very clearly quoting from WikiLeaks. And what’s really important about WikiLeaks is that the Russian government has engaged in espionage against Americans. They have hacked American websites, American accounts of private people, of institutions. Then they have given that information to WikiLeaks for the purpose of putting it on the Internet.
This has come from the highest levels of the Russian government, clearly, from Putin himself, in an effort, as 17 of our intelligence agencies have confirmed, to influence our election.

CLINTON: So I actually think the most important question of this evening, Chris, is, finally, will Donald Trump admit and condemn that the Russians are doing this and make it clear that he will not have the help of Putin in in this election, that he rejects Russian espionage against Americans, which he actually encouraged in the past? Those are the questions we need answered. We’ve never had anything like this happen in any of our elections before.

Wallace did not call her on avoiding the question, but Trump did. Wallace let her continue skating around her political rink of slick slime, and avoid tough questions, all debate long. The debate allowed Hillary to talk...talk...squawk about what she want to talk about, while Trump was forced  to give loyalty pledges and defend against her attacks.

Trump was right to not answer the pledge question at the primary debate and was also correct to not answer the question regarding accepting the race's outcome, even if fraud turns up bigger than it did in 2012.

We know Democrats commit voter fraud. We know the media is trying to pump up Clinton and disparage Trump, to influence voters. We know the IRS continues to target conservatives. We know both the DOJ and the FBI is lead by corruption. We know the Obama administration has used every department of government to push for the interests of the DNC. We know Hillary should be in jail rather than running for the highest office in the land. So yes, fraud is all over this election, but this election isn't over.

In fact, the only thing good that came out of the debate was the airing of public awareness that Hillary, the administration and the media have all joined the Democrats in a gang, mob and mouthy thuggery of intimidation by name calling good Americans, to try and defeat the will, of millions of citizens.

Americans can tell the pollsters nothing. They can tell the pollsters that they are politically correct supporters of Hillary (with their fingers crossed) in order to keep face but secretly support Trump. They can say they dislike both candidates. Yet, when the first Tuesday of November arises, that ballot in front of us all, is secret. Will you support someone who should be in jail and aims to dismantle more American freedoms, or will you restore order against progressive chaos?

Americans can negate the media fraud, voter fraud, administration fraud, government fraud, but only if we go in large numbers to the polls and vote for Trump. We must address the demons corrupting our nation. There is only one thing not debatable, We The People, are in charge of our destiny. God help us, to choose righteously.

ALL RHODES LEAD TO WHITE HOUSE

The recent disclosure from the release of more White House e-mails about Benghazi, reveal that the Rice was cooked before she went out and lied to the American people, that it was a protest caused by a video.

Interestingly enough the deputy national security advisor to the White House, Ben Rhodes, was the person that prepared Secretary Rice's risotto of lies, turns out to be the same man that came out months later on the Sunday talks shows, to defend his President against allegations that he was absent during the crises. Remember that Rhodes said that the President was engaged during the Benghazi crises yet he could not recall what room the President was in during the attack?

Yes this is also the same Ben Rhodes, who happens to be the brother of CBS President David Rhodes, who just by coincidence  gave Mike Morell (ex-CIA deputy director) a job as a contributor to that broadcast station. You remember Mike Morell, he  recently testified to Congress that he changed the Benghazi talking points but there was no political influence involved in that decision?

CBS President David Rhodes is the man that shut down the good reporting of Benghazi by Sharyl Attkissson, who was trying to uncover the identity of the person who had changed the talking points. Sharyl never had the support from CBS and as a result quit the network that never gave her excellent reporting air time.

The recent revelations about Ben Rhodes prepping Susan Rice uncovers the sewer cap long hidden amid the bogus finger pointing between the White House, Department of State and the CIA, that all claimed a lack of responsibility for the Benghazi video lie.

Yes, there was a White House connection. Yes, there was a planned and staged scheme to falsify the facts to make the President not be seen before the election as a failure in foreign policy and a fool claiming "Al-Qaida was decimated". Yes, we are finally approaching the  uncovered sewer cap now, but there is far more to learn as to what is crawling around under the Benghazi scandal tunnels.

Ben Rhodes doesn't have the authority or the pay grade to have been the one that ordered the Benghazi lie. He is merely a excrement dredger asked to help Susan Rice tiptoe around the noxious lies this ultra-political White House uses instead of the truth. No, there are bigger swamp gators here that are still hiding in the underground network of underhandedness in this Benghazi scourge of betrayal.

Americans died, our government lied and the truth has been cast aside by a conspiratorial political avarice to win an election. Now we are beginning to smell the rancid fumes left behind by the elites in power that orchestrated this heartless fraud and cowardly abandonment of our fighting men in Benghazi.

How campish and corrupt this administration is, as it continues to cover-up the Benghazi scandal and the collusion with liberal mainstream media to promote the President by overt lies and disinformation. Shame on any government official in any of the many departments involved, who continue to keep silent rather than be full throat-ed and expose the persons responsible for the Benghazi cover-up.

This was a conspiracy folks, and one doesn't need to wear a tin foil hat to see the smoke rising from the hot gun. The only question Americans need to ask Congress is, when will they appoint a special prosecutor to expose and aggressively uncover all the players responsible for this deadly political fraud.

Americans will not accept that this was just a tri-department (State Dept. CIA, White House) bureaucratic comedy of errors, for otherwise, it would suggest a deeper unfathomable corruption. No, we know it was a carefully executed public relations stunt for Obama's re-election and that is abhorrent enough.

Benghazi will continue to be a an ugly act of political expediency over the lives of brave men. We will continue to prod and haunt our representatives until the shame is exposed, completely!
