RINSE SPIT REPEAL AND REPEAT SPITTING

The problem with politicians isn't just that they are all talk and no action, although true, their real problem is that they live to serve their egos, re-election interests and donors in that order.

They no longer feel embarrassed at being caught in lies, because their integrity is mutable, their honor is self serving, and their expedient conscience is full of guiltless rationalizations. Politics has chemically castrated their conscience and enlarged their egos into believing that their incessant lies to the public, are fair play and necessary if one hopes to hold political power. Therefore being politically shrewd in a politician's mind, requires that you shred all vestiges of shame when speaking dishonestly.

Repealing Obamacare was a central political campaign, talking point of the GOP since it was passed in 2010. First, they promised to fight its constitutional lawfulness in the courts. Their efforts and determination to that task was, quite frankly, limp fisted.

Second, they promised to defund Obamacare in the House, again their tough talk resulted in failures because the Democrat controlled Senate slapped away all those budget provisions. Lastly, the GOP promised to repeal Obamacare, even though Harry Reid's Senate threw out all the repeal bills. However, for those that suggested that because the Democrats had control of the Senate, and that Obama would veto any bill repealing or defunding Obamacare, that it was a masturbatory political exercise, yes and no.

Yes the passing of a repeal bill was impossible, but using the Democrats defeat of repeal bills to highlight their encampment with dictatorial big government and disregard for Middle America would have been a win. Only Ted Cruz's  and Doctor Zeus's "Green eggs and ham" won.

The GOP knew they would fail, the GOP knew they were handcuffed to Obamacare, until they had the majority in both the House and Senate. So they then campaigned heavily on that issue at each election cycle, imploring voters that if they wanted to restore a private marketplace in healthcare insurance, then they needed to defeat Democrats in the Senate and give the GOP control.

The GOP was successful in keeping their majority in the House and gaining the majority in the Senate coupled with winning the White House in 2016. So Obamacare is repealed, right? After seven long years the GOP has a well thought out set of laws that help Americans see more choice and experience lower rates in their healthcare insurance costs, right? The GOP would never have played bait and switch for years and now want to go from repealing Obamacare, to saving Obamacare, right?

Wrong! Politicians tell us that it is complicated. They tell us that you can't just repeal a huge Bill that has many tangled tentacles that could have damaging impact on multiple industries and patients. They tell us that it can't be repealed but must be bailed out, and slowly unwound, in order to cause the least pain and panic to the industry and policy holders. Wait, what?

So Trump touts on the campaign trail that Congress should repeal and replace. After Trump and Americans heard for years that the GOP had better solutions. Therefore, if repealing Obamacare leaves a mess, then let's repeal the mess of Obamacare and immediately replace it with the GOP alternative. Right?

Okay, sounds reasonable, so what has the GOP come up with as a replacement of Obamacare? Is their plan a great, free market, patient driven, choice laden set of laws that would reign in insurance companies, create competition and keep government out of snooping into our lives? Nope, wrong again. It was a bailout bill for big insurance.

You see, the GOP had a campaign talking plan, not a real written down and workable plan. The GOP had a sales pitch, but there was no showroom behind them. They never had a product, just the sales pitch for the phantom product. Worse, for seven years the insurance companies have been filling the GOP's re-election campaign troughs, and whispering sweet promises of more donations in their ears, if they would bail them out when Obamacare collapsed.

Yes, most of the GOP lives in the swamp with Democrats and enjoys that the muck flows downhill and away from their fancy shoes. The GOP is as politically rotten to the core of its crabapple as the Democrats. The Democrats let the big insurance companies write Obamacare, make billions and gobble up all their smaller rival insurance companies, and now the GOP is going to bail these greedy two-timing companies out, because they bet on a lame liberal horse. Who gets the spurs to the ribs and the crop stick in the backside hide? Yes, correct, the American taxpayer. We get robbed twice in our wallet, by high premiums and then stuck in the delicate area again by taxpayer money handed over for insurance bailouts.

But that is how the Washington swamp works. This is why we refused to elect another talking head politician and Trump won the presidency. This is why Americans don't trust politicians, don't like politics and are angry at the deafening sound of our underrepresented voice.

Here is an idea: make all Insurance policies become health negotiated bond-like policies, that have a monetary price, where premiums become like monthly mortgage payments. One can buy a few thousand dollar policy (rent a room) of a few million dollar policy, (huge house) similar to house buying. When one gets ill, the money transfers out of the Health bond (not allowed to be traded in the Wall Street market) and there are ZERO provisions excluded because your policy is about having health money not a contract of coverage. Government offers low interest bonds for the poor and the insurance companies stop dictating what medical procedures are experimental and therefore, not covered. Patients can decide how to use their tax free healthcare bonds, to buy more coverage, as their wallets permit.

Of course tort reform, and other legislative acts such as allowing those healthcare bonds to be purchased outside of state lines, able to be willed to surviving family members and or used to cover funeral expenses, could be enacted.

So the catastrophic health care plan would transform and become a healthcare bond similar to a (healthcare savings account) but with the benefit of buying as big a health bond dollar value as you can afford. Equally, if you default on the bond, as if when you default on a mortgage, you could lose your bond, but you could negotiate a lower monthly rate, based on a lower bond value, and as your income and financial circumstances change, you could increase the dollar value on your health bond, in the future.

This is an example of good ideas out in America (this one being mine) that the GOP could be proposing as legislation.

Time for the voters to spit out their demand to the GOP to repeal Obamacare. Time to rinse and flush out the non-conservatives in the Party in 2018. Time to spit out in e-mails and phone calls to their Representatives, the many ideas that would help healthcare insurance be fair, competitive and workable in the free market for all.

RYAN IS "MASTER OF THE HOUSE" OF THE MISERABLE WASHINGTON SWAMP

The Wisconsin Representative that bashed and dismissed Trump during the 2016 election, has introduced the new administration to his "band of soaks" that are more interested in serving their lobbyist donor masters than the American people. The GOP Congress is filled with "cunning little brains, regular Voltaires, think they quite good lovers but there's not much there." ( LES MISRERABLES, Musical from the song MASTER OF THE HOUSE)

As "keeper of the zoo" Speaker Ryan tried to hoodwink conservative Americans again, by introducing a backroom  health care bill that "Charge 'em for the lice, extra for the mice, two percent for looking in the mirror twice." This Ryancare bill once again proves that the so-called two political parties are instead, one common "den of dissolute's" that Ryan is not a "gent of good intent" as he works for lobbyists and special interest while being a hypocrite claiming to work for the average citizen.

The GOP used the voter's anger over Obamacare in their re-election campaigns. Over and over in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016, they promised to repeal Obamacare if they were given the majority. Now that payment is finally come due, what do they do? They give us, "Food beyond compare. Food beyond belief. Mix it in a mincer, and pretend its beef. Kidney of a horse, liver of a cat, filling up the sausages with this and that."

Certainly the lobbyist for the insurance companies were happy with a bill that would unwind Obamacare slowly while they scooped up their profits off the table, but it would have done little to help the average premium payer. Trump might be the President of the people, but Paul Ryan is a servant of the lobbyists, and a butler to the great swamp of Washington insiders.

RyanCare  was as slick and stealthy as Pelosi's reconciliation trickery. After years of promising to repeal Obamacare and replace it with singular reform legislation that would kick the government out of the healthcare business, we got instead, "Here a little slice, there a little cut, three percent for sleeping with the window shut. When it comes to fixing prices, there are a lot of tricks, I knows, how it all increases, all them bits and pieces" my gosh "it's amazing how it grows."

Trump should be disappointed. However, Trump did not fail his supporters, Ryan failed Trump. In fact, this failed Ryancare bill is a win. It is a win for conservative principles, a win for the Freedom caucus conservatism, that helped elect Trump, and a win against those Democrats and Republicans twits "isn't worth my spit" swamp rats, that have played us for fools for too long.

The American people are tired of being told by Congress that a huge bill must be rushed and or that we need them to "pass the bill, to know what's in it" that we suspect will screw the taxpayers, yet again.

Perhaps Trump has learned a lesson from Speaker Ryan. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on all of us. Paul Ryan is NOT the Speaker for the American household, NOT the Speaker for the working citizen, NOT the Speaker for small government freedom fighters.

No Speaker Paul Ryan coming on the heels of John Boehner is a "cruel trick of nature, that landed us (me) with such a louse, God knows how we've (I've) lasted living with this bastard in the House."

Time for Trump to take Speaker Ryan's word as the voters do, with a grain of salt, skepticism, suspicion first, then get control out of his "toady" hands so he can't renege and then, only then "Everybody raise a glass, raise it up to the master's arse.

Only when Paul Ryan and his merry band of never Trump rino swamp water inbreeds start acting on behalf of the interests of the American people will "Everybody raise a glass to the Master (Speaker) of the House. Until then, Trump needs to be leery of the "sons of whores, who spend their lives in the (my) inn."

The health care bill that was just defeated is a win against same old swamp rules, now let's put pressure on these corrupt Washington "homing pigeons" that "fly" against patriot values, that it is time to "crawl on all fours" and repeal Obamacare, completely, immediately and permanently, and pass sensible laws that help to lower health care cost to consumers while keeping big government mandate hands out of the mix.

THE TELL-TALE HEARTLESS PARTY

The progressive Democrats and their Marxists leader have fooled, deceived, conned and lied to perpetrate one of the biggest hoaxes in American history on our Republic, the writing and passage of the ACA. But some of us knew that, long before MIT Professor Gruber explained with giddy arrogance to a room of snobbish socialists' believers, how deftly sneaky and sinister sly was the masterminded plan to fool the fools and or dup the dopes.

The key architect in both Romneycare and Obamacare was MIT professor Jonathan Gruber who was paid well by this administration to  devise a plan of healthcare deception and then work as a spokesman touting the bill's benefits. The media knew or should have known that professor Gruber was a paid consultant and not an independent analysts. The lack of full disclosure and transparency from Washington and the major media outlets to inform the public has never been more diabolically rigged, fixed and openly exposed, as unabashed propaganda.

Nancy Pelosi's infamous nonsensical statement on the Healthcare Law, "We have to pass the bill to know what's in it." is incredibly making more sense since Gruber exposed the Bill's legislative history. The law was a tortured use of language scripted to be unintelligible to thwart a clear understanding of its basic intent; socialized insurance.

What Nancy could not say was "You have to read the bill and point out specifically, where and what we are lying about, in regards to taxes, premium costs and any other objections to our healthcare takeover scam." She was as confident as Gruber that the countless  pages of tortured gobble-gook would never be understood, even if read with a James Bond spy kit.

What should not be lost in this explosive revelation of legislative corruption is how long this conspiratorial debacle has been allowed to remain secret, and how ineffective our system of checks and balances has become. The Supreme Court allowed this monstrosity of legal double speak, to pass constitutional scrutiny while the watchdog Press was on its back getting its belly rubbed.

Another important question  to consider is, when Jonathan Gruber talks about fooling the "stupid Americans", one wonders to whom is he referring?

Certainly not conservatives and independents that attended Town Hall meeting across the country protesting the passage of the law.

Certainly not the Republican Party that did not cast a single vote for the law.

Certainly not moderate Democrats in Massachusetts that elected Scott Brown to be the deciding single vote in the Senate to defeat the law, which was negated by Nancy's Pelosi's Reconciliation loophole treachery.

So exactly, who was fooled?

It would appear that the Democrats were making fools of some of their own party members along with their own loyal left wing base such as unions and the Hollywood crowd. So if we understand this correctly, the progressive Democrats lied, schemed and snickered with utter disrespect behind the backs of people  that handed them donations, cheered at their speeches, voted for their re-elections and believed that "Hope and Change" was real and by going "Forward" they would be able to keep their healthcare plans and doctors.

And the deception worked incredible well, until Jonathan Gruber filled with the schoolboy excitement of deceiving the fearsome principle had to brag. Now the President and Democrats leaders Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are trying to pretend they don't know what a Gruber is, as they equally try to paint him as a small, crazy, and tangentially involved ACA aide, versus architect.

As Homicide Hunter Detective Joe Kenda would say "Well my, my, my now I'm interested."

The President and the Democrat Party have been exposed as a progressive gang of thugs that perpetrated fraud on the taxpayer. From day one Obamacare was a conspiratorial plan.

These progressive zealots hijacked Congress, tricked the Supreme Court, denied a full congressional vote and vetting of their scheme all because they have the collusion of a corrupt media that is also filled with progressives.

Their deceptive power, like a cult was dependent on all their progressive followers staying loyal, being discreet and only whispering the truth in the back rooms of private settings. But one of their devout  members and a rising mastermind of deception, has a vanity vice.

Similar to the narrating character in Poe's The Tell-Tale Heart, Jonathan Gruber exposes the Democrats and the administration's ghastly deeds to pass Obamacare  by insisting that their crooked logic and brilliant subterfuge was necessary and righteous.  Gruber spoke with as much relish for his role in the ACA conspiracy as the narrator in Poe's short story praised his own diabolical murder.

"Now this is the point. You fancy me mad. Madmen know nothing. But you should have seen me. You should have seen how wisely I proceeded--with what caution--with what foresight--with what dissimulation I went to work!"

We, the public, are the old man with a vulture's eye that was stuffed under the floorboards.

Gruber is a gift of revelation, divulging the secret mindset of the current progressive Democrat political Party that abhors our Constitution, detests moderates and conservatives and betrays its own base for outcomes. The ideologically corrupt media intends to bury their treachery by silence and hope the public's memories will fade before the next election. But then you would have to be a "stupid" voter to ever trust the Democrat cult party. They stupidly assume that their fraud of 2012,negates the results of 2010 and 2014.

Yet, thump, thump, pound, pound, beat, beat, louder, louder, do you hear that?

That is the sound of patriot's hearts beating to the ears of an insane Washington tyranny.

Pump, pump, boom, boom, bang, bang, louder, louder, do you not hear that?

Yes, we are alive and eager to emerge from the woodwork.
We are alert, and with our eagle's eyes locked down on the progressive prey, we will wait, perhaps impatiently, but wait, until we can swoop down again in 2016.
