SEPARATION OF POWERS HUNGRY PARTY POLITICS

The separation of powers is a strategic foundation, in our tri-cameral form of Republic. It allows both equality of power, between the branches, and an oversight responsibility, over the others as well.

The Democrat Party apparently has lost its ability to, not only understand our Constitution, but they fail to respect, either the Judiciary or the Executive branch, especially, if Democrats don’t own the power, in all three branches.

The Tenure of office act was a law passed by Congress in 1867 that required the Executive branch to win Senate approval, of the firing of any cabinet position in the White House. In other words, Congress usurped the constitutional powers of a president to fire his cabinet appointees. They reasoned that because the Senate was allowed, per the Constitution to approve of presidential choices, it was unwritten yet implied, that Congress had the right to approve or disapprove any dismissals, by the Executive branch. This liberal progressive seer-like logic interpretation, of our framers words, has led to a number of wayward walks, off our Constitution’s clear path. 

Congress impeached Andrew Johnson over their unconstitutional grab of power, until the Tenor of Office Act was repealed in 1887, however, it wasn’t officially ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, until 1926. (Myers v. United States) 

The Senate had constitutional authority to approve cabinet nominees but no expressed power beyond that, to require a President, to check in with Congress when firing a cabinet officer.

Democrats and Republicans that do not understand the Constitution and infer powers not expressly stated in our Constitution, have been playing fast and loose with Americans rights, creating unconstitutional government bureaucracies (Department of Education) and distorting the power of the majority versus minority, in our three branches of government.

The Trump impeachment by the House of Representatives was a partisan, dangerous and complete political treachery of our system, stepping on the separation of powers, which was expressly designed, to keep the corruption of one branch from infecting all other branches and the country as a whole.

Congress has no authority to suggest that the exercise of executive privilege, by Trump’s cabinet officials to not testify, to an impaneled witch hunting committee, using invalid subpoenas, was, is, or would ever be, an admission of obstruction of Congress. Nor, does the asking by Trump of a foreign leader, (Ukraine Zelensky), to investigate a public statement by a former vice-President (Joe Biden), that he extorted Ukraine’s previous administration, to fire a prosecutor undertaking an investigation, of a company (Burisma) where the vice-President son (Hunter Biden) was receiving inflated financial gain, constitute abuse of power.

The absurdity of the charges actually makes the impeachment of Andrew Johnson based on the Office of Tenure Act, seem more legitimate. 

As Americans watch the impeachment proceedings three things become exceedingly clear and frightfully painful to discover.

One, the complete lack of comprehension on the part of our so-called representatives to understand our Constitution, as exampled in Maxine Waters statement that, “Impeachment is, what Congress says, it is.”

Two, the argument by the House Managers, Schiff and Nadler especially, that Trump officials exercising their rights, granted in the Constitution, to have a judge decide whether they should uphold the Executive branch privilege or submit to Congress’s subpoena to testify, proves guilt on the part of Trump and his administration. Put in other terms, these men have flipped the jurisprudence script to one that reads, you are guilty, until you prove and protest your innocence.  

Three that the impeachment charges brought before the Senate, should have been quickly, and summarily thrown out on multiple grounds, if we truly had smart, fair and constitutional loyal representatives in our government. 

There were no “high crimes and misdemeanors” in the House’s case. There was no evidence of Trump seeking personal gain. There is no blanket immunity given any presidential primary candidate (Joe Biden) from investigation into corruption of office. Otherwise every criminal would run for office to escape questions about their crimes. There can’t be abuse of Congress for exercising privilege not to testify, (Separation of Power) especially when the subpoenas issued by Congress were in fact, invalid.

The fact that Americans endured a torturous defaming of Trump by politically motivated party members, publically smearing his name and by default snubbing the electorate that support his presidency, shows how dangerously off the rails, the political left has become in this country.

Our government has yet to punish those that rigged the 2016 election, spied on private citizens, obtained warrants through lies and fraudulent means and handcuffed the first two years of the electorate choice for Commander in Chief, with a phony criminally engineered Russian conspiracy sham.

 

Americans were not fooled in 2016, and Americans are not being fooled in 2020, but will three times be a charm?

Unless the electorate makes the Democrats and never-Trumpers, pay for their lies and abuse of government power, this will continue to strain our Republic. And given the utter ignorance of some of our members of Congress, can we entrust them with the future of our Republic? 

If these Congress men and women are dumb as rocks, then vote them out, they are dangerous. If instead, you view them as corrupt and power hungry, then again vote them out, because our Republic’s fate, our country’s legacy, our children’s freedom, should never be in the hands of evil morons.

DEMOCRATS HAVE LOST THEIR AMERICAN WAY.

All this wrangling by Democrats and their propaganda media over the Iran issue certainly should leave little doubt in the minds of all Americans that the Democrat party is hell-bent and crazy for power. So crazy, they sound more like lobbyists for the state of Iran, instead of American representatives.

 

While Nancy Pelosi and her three Mice-sketeer men, Schiff, Nadler and Schumer, all play fast and loose with impeachment, the country learns that an Iranian General of terror, Solemani has been killed by President Trump.

The Democrats and media are incensed that they were not informed in advance of the strike against Iran’s monster of murder, and suggest that President Trump had no authority, (wrong) that Trump was obligated to tell Congress (wrong) and that he was bringing America into a war with Iran, (wrong). Two wrongs don’t make a right, but 3 right turns will bring you looking into the loony left’s pouting faces. Trump and America wins again.

Impeachment has become a joke, even for those who might have earnestly thought that there was some potential merit, to the ridiculous charges, because Democrats stressed its timely need, then shelved it before and after the holidays. Never mind, that Democrats cancelled Trump’s due process rights, have given anonymity to a fake whistleblower and have the thinnest of evidentiary proof to the non-high crimes and misdemeanors they cite, but now Nancy’s Democrats are holding the impeachment trial hostage, based on constitutional powers the House of Representatives don’t possess. 

What this partisan and unseemly display of Trump hatred by the left, clearly shows a Democrat party so desperate to remain in power and gain control of both the Senate and the White House, that it has vacated all remnants of moral obligation, duty to serve the people, and dispassionate critical thinking of America’s best interests.

Their siding with Iran, their fake impeachment and their refusal to work with the President on a host of looming problems in the country demonstrates to the American public, their party’s lack of any integrity. 

President Trump won the 2016 election handily; the country has been transformed from a leftist dystopia, back into a capitalistic republic, with resounding success. Our foreign Policy has been reinvigorated, to reclaim its economic status in the world, since it climbed to the top, in 1920. Our enemies know we will push back and they equally know that if they capitulate to peaceful activity, we will be willing to embrace their changing ways, but not based on promised words, but rather, only with concrete actions.

The Democrats and the media deny these successful American changes, brought about by President Trump, and instead focus on smears to his character, snobbish criticisms of his pedigree, and wholesale lies without merit or credulity. Calling the President racist, does not make him a racist. Calling the President a liar, does not make him a liar. Calling the President unfit for office, doesn’t make him unfit for office.   

The Democrats have nothing to offer the American people except leadership in an elite mob armed with pitchforks promising to run the Trumpstein monster out of office, and then replace our Republic with a socialists system destined to bring a more devastating dystopia on the Middle Class.

Make no mistake about it, any Democrat that claims to be looking out for the American people’s interests are obviously lying to you. Why? Well, ask them why they are not supporting the successes of the Trump administration that has increased employment, lowered taxes, increased wages and decreased regulations allowing workers and small businesses to be profitable again. Ask why they don’t see welfare declining numbers as positive. Ask them why border walls and laws should not be enforced. Ask them why, terror groups should be coddled. Ask them why, trade should be one sided in favor of other countries. Oh, and do ask them, how they can possible imagine that a socialistic America will rise  the income and status of the Middle Class.

Democrats are at war with the facts, the truth and the reality of the American dream. We as an electorate would be derelict in our duty, to country, to our children and to ourselves, if we gave them any more power in our government. Unless the Democrat party abandons progressive socialist’s policies and starts trying to work with Trump on the country’s issues, Democrats should see a decline in votes for political office.

In fact, going forward, if any politician wants the American people’s respect, then they need to join in Trump’s mission, to Make America Great Again.

THE COUP WITH CHICKEN POOP

The latest installment of the impeachment coup, over the President's call to Ukraine, is more absurd than the Russian collusion witch hunt, with much less due process. The Ukraine coup part duex, or should we say, the coup with all the doo doo, is yet not, living up to rave reviews as a sequel. 

However, the Democrats have cooked up, a timely flightless gobbler, chest heavy, and stuffed with elitist bureaucrats, ruffling their waxed feathers over cold gravy evidence, and stale old gotcha buns. Even though none of the fixings will ever come out of the oven, and onto the table, because they already burned down, the House's integrity. Regardless of what lands in the pan, it has already has left a bad taste in the mouths of voters. Between the conniving basement hearings by REP. Adam Schiff, and the parade of deep state career bureaucrats testifying against President Trump's foreign policy, and the media continuing to report this charade as legitimate, there is little doubt by most Americans, that this angry bird, isn't a cooked goose for Trump, but rather an election turkey for Democrats. 

For even if Trump did everything the Democrats accuse him of, the over arching relevant question remains the same. What is the high crime or misdemeanor?

The Democrats want us to believe that Trump asking the Ukrainian President to investigate the origins of the 2016 election fraud, and the Burisma Hunter Biden scandal, by way of withholding military monies, earmarked to the Ukraine, was a prid quo pro, by Trump and akin to blackmail, or bribery. So according to Democrats Ukraine would not receive their military aid monies, unless they armed Trump with political dirt on Joe Biden. Okay, let's take a look at all the foibles, of this wild wattle claim.

One, the hypocrisy is stunning, that during the 2016, election Obama's coup plotters, Clinton, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Yates to name a few, were involved with planting, leaking and manufacturing smears against Trump, to promote Hillary Clinton. They involved many countries for this coup, Great Britain, Ukraine, Italy, Australia and Russia. The so-called Russian dossier, was paid for by Clinton, thru an intermediary (Perkins Coi law firm), and compiled by an intermediary, (Fusion GPS) via an ex British spy, (Christopher Steele), including a Maltese (falcon) vulture, (Joseph Mifsud) and a professor spy (Stefan Halper) in the Obama/Brennan/Comey coup operation, called at one point, Crossfire Hurricane, until it morphed into the Mueller witch hunt, that smeared and attempted to entrap, members of the Trump campaign.

This was an election fraud of epic scale and sinister traitor's scheming, that has continued unabated, from the Mueller Russian collusion hoax, to the current Ukraine inquisition. The deep state foggy bottom (State Department) dwellers, and the Democrats in the House (Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi) are accusing the President of soliciting a foreign government, to acquire dirt on his rival Joe Biden.

 Oh and I guess Obama and Hillary Clinton, can cavort with multiple countries, and plant spies in a rival's campaign? I guess if you're a Democrat, lying to a FISA court to obtain a phony warrant to spy is just fine and dandy?  I guess it is also no big deal that a vice President's son (Hunter) is showered with cash by a Ukrainian energy company just because they like the kid's smile?

If there was ever a smoking quid pro quo trash fire, it would be when, Joe Biden himself, bragged about his extortion of Ukraine, linking military aid money for the demand that Ukraine, fire the prosecutor looking into his son's Burisma connection. There was a quid, there was a pro, and there was a successful transaction of the deal, according to none other than Joe Biden.   “I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b***h. He got fired.”

Two, since when does running for president automatically impart immunity on a candidate for past crimes? Where is that statute in the law books? Moreover, unlike Hillary Clinton's Russian paid for dossier dirt, trying to gain advantage over Trump, Trump was the candidate of the Republican party for president, whereas no one yet knows if, Biden will even come out of the primary as a winner. Joe Biden is not, nor is anyone above the law. Apparently, however, we are seeing that Democrats are never prosecuted, never held accountable for their corruption, and shameless in their finger pointing of others, as they throw rocks, from their glass house.

Three, Democrats failed to understand, that in order for there to be a quid pro quo, you need the parties involved aware of the quid, and subsequently the exchange of the quo, so to speak. Yet, no military aid was denied Ukraine, and no Biden dossier, was handed over to Trump. Moreover, the Ukrainian President, denied knowledge that aid held up for a few weeks, and Trump's main concern was about getting to the bottom of the corruption between Ukraine and the United States, both during his candidacy for President in 2016, and subsequently. His motive was not to further the corruption, done under the Obama administration, but rather, the goal, was for the truth to come out.

Since when does calling out the corruption of a country, or withholding aid, until the facts and truth is disclosed, become a crime? When Democrats spin the Biden scandal, as not a scandal, and claim Trump was looking to smear Biden with idle gossip. Biden himself, made his mafia wanna be, foot, fit perfectly inside his cheeks, like a chipmunk's acorn harvest bonanza, on a windy fall day. 

Four, President Trump sets foreign policy, not the deep state bureaucrats. Ambassador Marie Yovanovich who was fired by Trump is a staunch Trump hater and was involved in the corruption between the Obama administration and Ukraine for years. Recently, it has been revealed by the top prosecutor,(Kostiantyn Kulyk) in Ukraine, that U.S. Amb. Marie Yovanovich, handed him a list of those that Ukraine should not prosecute, at their very first meeting. Also, Ambassador Yovanovich,  started in 2018,  to deny Ukrainian officials visas, as they sought to hand over to our justice department, evidence, of wrongdoing by the Obama administration.

This information was gathered by John Solomon, an investigative reporter for The Hill. But it gets even better, or worse for Democrats, Yovanovich monitored Solomon, as in, followed his every move. Yovanovich acted like a communists minder in Ukraine against an American journalist. Amazing! This is too disturbing, and too toxic for Democrats to keep contained. One has the feeling that a small spark might blow this chemical laden coup, up, like a gas main break, under a chicken coop. The poop will finally land on the Democrat party and make their feathers stink for a long time.

Lastly, everyone except naive Democrat voters know that this impeachment is going to lead to nothing. No vote from the Senate, approving this snood face of an impeachment investigation, and no slowing of the President's popularity, among voters. However, we the American electorate, can, and should, exact our own justice for the coup, while we impatiently await the square wheels of our Department of Justice to roll over the guilty traitors, we as voters should deliver poll defeat to Democrats in political office. Taking back the House of Representatives, and giving Trump the ability to follow thru with all the policies and plans, that will leave our nation, healthier, safer, richer, and less corrupt. 

Democrats must pay a price for their treachery or they will do this again, and again, and again, in the future, and we won't have a strong candidate like Trump, to uncover their underhanded fraud.The coup party must have the bird poop, shoveled back into their party's coop, forcing Democrats to taste and smell the rancid remains, of their vile debauchery, of our honorable Republic. 

FUNDRAISING ON FAILURE, CASHING IN ON CORRUPTION

The President has become a political caricature representing all that is empty, vacuous and vapid in the jaded game of campaign fundraising. It would appear that President Obama's sphere of messianic influence has shrunk considerably, while his arrogant partisan doubletalk, has reached new heights of lowbrow barking. 

Since his election in 2008 this Democrat President has been consistently competent and tirelessly wedded to one role above all other duties as leader of the free world ; party politics.

His constant fundraising and campaigning has been one long nightmare for those seeking the leader of the free world to put away the teleprompter and lead. President Obama's political partisanship is so ubiquitous in his administration, that even his supporters realize that he places his Party and ideology well before America's wellbeing.

 

His cynical promises, out-right lies and arrogant taunting of conservatives, that never let up, before, after, and in the years between elections has finally caused his supporters to cry uncle. His partisan bashing at the teleprompter has been so unrelenting, it has caused sane voters to question whether the President leads the nation or the Democrat Party.

Prior to Obama's presidency Americans believed that once a politician, especially a president, was elected, then campaigning and fundraising would be put aside, for the oval office demanded a leader to make non-partisan decisions to serve all citizens of our nation. Yet instead, this President and his progressive Democrat Party have fused political power and ideology into a new cultism. The agenda for this progressive Party is but one agenda; to sell their ideology tirelessly to the American people until all capitulate to their view. 

However, the ideology of Obama's leftist Party is not just a delusional denial of history, (socialism creates a diminished enslaved society at best) its practical implementation under his pen and phone directive has proven to be not just a failure, but a regression. A surprise to his loyal followers, perhaps, (not for conservatives) that their progressive regulatory crony capitalism has caused a stagnant economy. Obama and the Democrats  continue to call it a recovering economy, but most recognize it as a contracting economy, especially the current  generation of educated but underachieving youth, struggling to claim their financial independence.

The ideology of diplomacy and concessions to our enemies on the world stage, fairs even worse, as America's power and prestige among allies and enemies continues to degrade, leaving a void of deterrence and emboldening sadistic aggressors. Like a toothless lion sitting on the outside of a pride's territory, no longer growling, absent the ability to bite, America's foreign policy under Obama has devolved into a bystander nation that shows disinterest while the world rightfully ignores us.

The poll numbers reflect that finally Democrat voters are waking up and are no longer willing to give the President and his Party a pass, as they once did. They understand that the Party's excuses from blaming Bush, to the market meltdown amid their constant finger pointing at Republicans, does not answer why, the oval office has moved onto the putting green.      

        

In fact, with Obama's ratings so low the Democrats must find something more than the "War on Women" to rally voters to support their Party in the November elections. Cynically Obama's new campaign strategy is to claim that Republicans are going to try and impeach him for "doing his job." Those in the know realize it is a political tactic straight out of leftist manifesto.

 He is using Alinsky rule for radicals number 10 below; 

  “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog." (Obama has co-opted impeachment talk to become the victim, falsely suggesting that there is no wrongdoing while he dares and taunts Congress to go up against media and public opinion.)

Obama and the Democrats are extorting money from their donors claiming phony victimhood. Amazingly there are fools opening their wallets to the Democrats under this incredibly arrogant administration that mocks our foundational system. Obama now wants to play the poor besieged underdog while he has bashed his political opponents unrelentingly since taking office? Of course, because any good progressive Democrat politician knows about radical rule number 8.

  “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Bash conservatism continually as the reason for all American woes, regardless of facts and truth forcing conservatives to always start a debate from a defensive posture.)

The progressive Democrats have insinuated themselves into the three most powerful places of influence in American culture, our schools, the media and in the public unions that operate our state and federal government. They have been controlling the dialog with a strange elixir of half truths, exaggerated ideology and false humility.    

We have been told that America is in a culture war between liberal ideology and conservatism. However, the problem is that both liberalism and conservatism have been incorrectly defined by the progressives elites causing millions of Americans to line up on the wrong side and millions more to refuse to line up at all. 

From the problems at the border to our local school's curriculum and all the regulatory big government interference in-between, Americans know that the problems are caused by politicians and money, that have failed us.

But we also know that the solutions are not elusive, instead they are already baked in America's apple pie recipe, the Constitution. Our Constitution served us well before progressives infiltrated Washington and stacked the judicial branch with jurists loyal to liberalism transforming this nation into a perverse classist elitism of big government with federal nanny control freaks.

We as citizens have the deed to Washington, we own the capital outright but just like those that have crossed over our border ignoring our laws, Democrats led by Obama defy and taunt us as they ignore their oath of office. November will be another chance for Americans to support their country and Constitution by taking the Senate away from this corrupt and cynically shameless political party.
