WHO INVESTIGATES A CORRUPT FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE?

 

America, we have a problem. We have a huge problem. Under Democrat administrations the Department of Justice and the FBI have been weaponized and packed with political zealots using the law to go after their political opponents, as well as shielding their political comrades from prosecution and serious investigations.

This isn’t hyperbole or perceived wrongdoing, it is open and plain for the American people to see and take notice. The long list of Democrat crooks that have been shielded by the FBI and the DOJ has been known for quite some time, while the witch hunts, raids and specious investigations of prominent Republicans and Trump administration officials has become over the top.

Even though former Attorney General Barr assured us of equal justice in the DOJ, because Durham would uncover FISA corruption, the Russian Collusion fiction and the obvious prosecutorial misconduct, double standards and over charging by the officials in our government, nothing has been exposed, corrected and or rooted out of our corrupt to its core, federal law enforcement agencies. This while legitimate evidence of office selling, bribery, extortion, leaking secrets and aiding and abetting our foreign enemies has been placed in front of the public’s eyes without any one being called to pay for their criminal and traitorous activities.

Americans are angry, disillusioned and extremely jaded by a justice system that acts like a Stasi unit rather than a group of blind Justice Prosecutors seeking to protect our laws and country from criminal and anti-constitutional activity.

It is not lost on the American people that only pro-Trump officials and everyday citizens are being targeted, investigated and charged with federal violations while Democrats skate on much more onerous behavior. We no longer have blind justice but rather hyper-political justice hypocrisy

Take Giuliani versus John Kerry, the treatment of these two men and their suspected wrongdoing could not be more disparate one the line of treason the other at best a misdemeanor. Giuliani’s office was raided with a warrant by the FBI for the suspected crime of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act or (FARA) when he was researching Hunter and Joe Biden’s connections to the Ukraine energy company Burisma. Meanwhile the FBI to date, has done nothing to investigate John Kerry’s suspected traitorous revelations to the Iranians about Israel’s covert operations in Syria on Iranian targets, which is aiding and abetting our enemy while selling out our ally.

Take Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden that extracted monies by using their political office and name connections to secure massive amounts of foreign monies by selling their office and influence in the highest offices in the nation. Even though the evidence on Weiner’s laptop and Hunter Biden’s laptop is damning, both have been able to escape both FBI and DOJ scrutiny as well as peering press coverage.

Meanwhile General Flynn was railroaded and his family finances ruined by entrapment tactics that in the end were proven groundless by bogus evidence and misconduct by prosecutors. Americans know that the only difference with all these characters is their political affiliation. If you are a Democrat, you are safe, if you are a Republican especially a Trump Republican, you are being trolled by our DOJ and FBI as they desperately seek to find you in violation of any law, and then seek to charge you with the maximum possible sentence.

When people say that not all those in the FBI and DOJ are corrupt, we should say, okay then if that is true, then we should have a boatload of prosecutors and agents blowing the whistle on the few that are corrupt. Yet do we see that? Have any prosecutors resigned in protest? Have any agents resigned in protest? Have any prosecutors or FBI agents exposed the corruption by secretly whistle blowing to the media? Are they all lacking courage, or moral fortitude to our Republic and its foundational principle of the rule of law being applied blindly and equitably? Or are they all complicity corrupt?

 Regardless of whether you actively do wrong or just watch silently as others do wrong, makes little difference. We must remember that those who remain silent while the fire burns, are as guilty as the arsonists, especially when they are the only ones holding the buckets of water. The lesson of spectator complicity being just as wrong as acting wrong was a lesson we were taught as children. Is that lesson no longer taught? Or are the FBI and DOJ systemically corrupt? The answer is apparent to most Americans.

How do we as Americans fix a broken bureaucracy that has the power to destroy our lives? We look to Congress to check these agencies and root out corruption. But what if Congress is corrupt? (We know it is.)  Then we need to continue to try and replace corrupt representatives with not just honest politicians (oxymoron I know) but with men and women that will fight corruption as their main mission. Otherwise our freedom is going to deteriorate faster than we have yet to realize. Some believe our freedoms are already dead on the vine.

We the people need to enlist lawyers to represent pro-bono all Americans subjected to the shaded tactics of our government, as well as working to educate liberals about the danger of supporting targeted investigations without due cause making them understand that unbridled and corrupt power only leads to tyranny for themselves eventually. And yes, we need to recruit and vote wisely in the primary process to both rid ourselves of dishonest politicians and enlist a new crop of Constitution faithful representatives.

DEMOCRATS DESERT OF ALL THAT IS DECENT

The leader of the Democrat Party, President Obama has not only defied his oath of office, violated the National Defense Act but he has without the consent of the people, endangered all Americans both civilian and military by returning five mass murdering assets to the terror network. 

Congress needs to justify or impugn this President's dictatorial actions. Congress must answer to the American public, why the President is above the law, above the Congress, above the Constitution and above the security of more than 320 million Americans? 

Article III.

Section. 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
Article. II.
Section. 4.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

How much more aid and comfort can be given to America's enemy then by releasing their captured 5 top terror commanders ? When will their release cause more American life lost; because it is not a question of; if, these 5 mass murdering thugs will plan and carry out more unspeakable evil and death, just when. Who then is going to be held responsible if Americans die in the future due to these released mass murderers?

Our government is now facing an integrity crises. Congress has an obligation to represent the people's Constitution, defend this nation and it citizens, and ensure that the rule of law is applied to all, including the Executive Branch. The National Defense Authorization Act of 2014 required the President to notify the People's Representatives prior to taking any action on detainees. Securing a soldier held hostage is not an excuse to violate the law, regardless of the so-called exigent circumstances facing what we now know is a soldier who deserted. 

A signing statement does not contain the power to override the Constitution, rewrite law or grant imperial power to the Executive Branch. Most certainly it does not allow the President to unilaterally put our country and its citizens at risk. 

In fact the release of these dangerous men back to the battlefield goes against Obama's own words in his signing statement on December 26,2013 on the National Defense Authorization Act of 2014.  "Of course even in the absence of any statutory restrictions, my Administration would transfer a detainee only if the threat the detainee may pose can be sufficiently mitigated and only when consistent with our humane treatment policy."

 

How have these dangerous, destructive Islamic killers been mitigated? They have been released to the country of Qatar to be restricted from travel for one year. Really, is that a genuine mitigation of their threat to American's lives?

All the congressional Democrats supporting the betraying actions of this administration must answer 3 questions to the American people. 

One, show the American people the armistice agreement in which the Islamic terror groups have agreed to abandon all acts of savagery and violence against Americans? Calling this horrific negotiation with terrorists a P.O.W exchange, is an incredibly nonsensical analogy, as the war rages on.

Two, if the war is not over, then how is the return of senior office holders in the terror network not a violation of title 18 U.S. Codes against supporting terrorists? Where is the Commander in Chief exempted in title 18 § 2339A that starts with the declarative "Whoever provides material support or resources..." under the heading providing material support to terrorists?  There is no greater assistance that can be given to terror groups, then returning  their evil war criminals back to the battlefield to kill more Americans.

Third, is your Democrat Party supporting  an unaccountable executive dictatorship that answers to no authority; is your Party supporting a war on the Constitution?  

If not then your Party should be standing with the Republican Party and calling for impeachment  and a criminal investigation of the President of the United States for treason and high crimes.

Congress must grasp that the precedent set would be a fatal blow to our Constitutional Republic if this President is not impeached. Democrats must understand that by allowing this unilaterally rogue Executive Branch to wield omnipotent power and flaunt the law openly, it invites citizen oppression.

Today, the Democrats may have control of the White House and the Senate but in the future they will inevitably be sitting in the minority position, are they prepared to be silent if a conservative president acts with imperial deafness, ignores Congress, ignores the rule of law, and targets liberals?

The political parties are intransigent on public policy yet if ever there were to be bipartisanship it would be now. It would about preserving the rule of law, the Constitution and the preservation of the integrity of our Republic.

Democrats must take a stand against an unlawful and a dangerously unscrupulous President that has appointed to himself powers that would undermine the very fabric of our government.

If any Democrat supports this President's unlawful release of Islamic mass murderers and is unwilling to investigate his conduct for malfeasance in office under his sworn oath to defend the Constitution then they have deserted their oath of office as well.

They will be deserting  the Constitution, the rights of the American public, the role of Congress, the military, the rule of law, and the very foundation of our Republic for generations to come. Democrats cannot justify this action by their President and not be rightfully charged by every American as deserters from basic common sense decency!

CUMMINGS'S OUT PARTY

The recent revelations that the vice chairman of the House Oversight Committee Elijah Cummings Democrat from Maryland, used the power of his office to unleash the IRS attack dogs on True the Vote is astounding.  Especially given the fact that this Democrat Representative wanted to shut down the investigation of IRS targeting by the committee back in June of 2013.

Cummings said on CNN in an interview with Candy Crowley “Based upon everything I’ve seen, the case is solved. If it were me, I’d wrap this case up and move on.” Now we know why the Congressman was so eager to move on. Not only was he and his staff up to their eyeballs in soliciting the IRS to scrutinize True the Vote and its founder Catherine Engelbrecht but apparently Lois Lerner provided his staff with confidential tax information. 

In fact when True the Vote's lawyer, Cleta Mitchell raised the issue of Cumming's involvement in the targeting during a February 2014 testimony before the committee. Cummings flatly denied her assertions that three separate letters from Cumming's office requested the same information of True the Vote as did the IRS. This raised obvious collusion suspicions between the IRS and Cummings that now have been exposed by recent e-mails between Lois Lerner and Cummings's staffers. 

Also noteworthy, is that Rep Cummings's sent a letter to House Majority leader Boehner prepared by lawyers claiming that Lois Lerner did not waive her Fifth Amendment rights because Chairman Issa did not utilize a procedural process in order to hold Lerner in contempt. This behind the scenes advocacy begged people to ask why Cummings was acting like Lois Lerner's lawyer?    

Why did Cummings try and make a circus out of the IRS corruption hearing in March? The Committee had recalled Lois Lerner believing she might be willing to testify, but she instead re-invoked her Fifth Amendment, and after Issa adjourned the Committee, Cummings  had a typical Democrat grandstanding temper tantrum;

" I am a member of the Congress of the United States of America. I am tired of this. We have members over here each who represent between them 700,000 people. You cannot just have a one-sided investigation. There is absolutely something wrong with that. That is absolutely un-American."

Now that a recent e-mail has surfaced from Lois Lerner to Cummings's staff intrusively seeking information on True the Vote perhaps it is becoming more filthy clear that this Congressman is all up in it to his elbows. 

Funny, that the letters from Cummings office to Catherine Engelbrecht group were mirror images of the inquiries being made of the group by the IRS. Funnier still is that the Vice Chairman of the Committee Cummings has kept this correspondence secret from the Committee and its members investigating the illegal targeting of non-profit conservative groups. Funny or tragic that these recent revelations have not caused Cummings to be removed from the Committee, criminally investigated and defamed by the media for his deception.

The stench of the Democrats party corruption is powerful strong and blowing downwind toward voters and one should expect even loyalists to gag and wretch. Instead Cummings is invited to go on FACE THE NATION to make idiotic statements about Democrats needing to speak about Obamacare being a moral issue. Moral?

 

The corruption and bullying of American citizens by progressive Democrats and their use of government unions, have corralled most all of the federal bureaucratic  agencies to ask "how high" when they are told to jump. The use or should I say abuse by lawmakers that have used federal agencies as their own private attack dogs against their political enemies is what the IRS investigation is all about isn't it? Now we find the vice Chairman of the Committee Elijah Cummings with his fingerprints are all over the IRS canine collar with the Democratic party and the sycophantic media holding the leash.

Meanwhile Obama's Attorney General "smidgeon" hunter, Eric Holder has been given the Lois Lerner contempt charges to prosecute amid the public's cynical awareness that our chief justice officer is himself contemptuous of Congress and a race baiting immoral party loyalist.

Americans are not dumb enough to believe that justice will be served while this party and administration  replete with corruption remains in the seat of power. Even the most politically unaware understands that "crap runs downhill" and low rung civil servants are just the mere shovel wielders for those elites that are in denial that their outflow doesn't stink.

Representative Cummings tirade that was plastered in the media and caused Representative Issa to apologize is endemic of the surreal world in America today. Who will be held accountable for the many unconstitutional breaches by this administration? Who will be charged and sent to jail for abuse of power, election fraud, intimidation of their office, withholding evidence, obstruction of justice?  Who will apologize to the American people for the corruption oozing out of Washington and causing a malaise of federal tyranny in America?
