DUTY IS CALLING ALL AMERICANS!

In what can only be described as blatant disregard for the rule of law, FBI Director James Comey sold his country, his oath of office and the citizenry down the river that leads to the sewer that has become Washington.

Our government is openly defying the rule of law, openly defying their public duty to ensure that the law applies equally to all, and openly defying that citizens have functioning common sense and logic. 

The new standard of "intent" or the "Clinton standard" exempts her from the law. It also allows her to have the highest security clearance even though she has proven to be a deceitful liar, and or a complete incompetent unqualified to hold officials drinking water, let alone national secrets.

This new "intent" standard"  has not been the legal standard used by the government to prosecute thousands of people in this country for generations, yet Director Comey acts as though he is judge, jury, and Attorney General while we citizenry are lobotomized idiots.

Of course there was intent, she used a private non-government server, duh? Of course there was intent she lied at every turn about it, duh? Of course there was intent, she deleted every smoking gun e-mail that linked back to both her "pay to play" Clinton foundation corruption and all Benghazi's smoking guns, double duh? 

 Incredulously Director Comey admitted, Hillary and her lawyers destroyed and unknown number of e-mails, otherwise known as smoking gun evidence, e-mails that she had no right by law to possess, let alone have destroyed! Comey has the cheek to argue that there was no intent to evade the law? 

" It is also likely that there are other work-related e-mails that they did not produce to State and that we did not find elsewhere, and that are now gone because they deleted all e-mails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery." 

It is beyond tyranny to not notice a fawning press completely accepting this destruction of our nation's integrity. To say, that morality in Washington is dead, is not hyperbole or exaggerated rhetoric it is rather a fact, and unless and until, good men and women walk away from their federal posts and refuse to serve under this corrupt administration, then trust in our government has flamed out.

FBI Director Comey made a statement that sums up the elitist corruption that places Hillary above the law, when he said.

  "To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now."

No, what Comey decided today was to throw out the nation's founding principle that "no one is above the law" in this country and re-write it to mirror Leona Helmsley "only the little people pay taxes" to only the little people, are targets of the federal criminal code!

 All Americans hearts should be grieving at the loss of our country's honor coming a day after July 5th, the celebrated day of our founding.

Now this government, this swine infested farm called Washington leaves it once again to an election. A Presidential election that was corrupted with illegal and criminals allowed to vote, with paid activist on the left voting multiple times, with ballots by conservatives shredded by corrupt polling places, by a media duplicity in covering up a Benghazi lie, and by electronic machines rigged for Democrats, that handed Obama a second term in 2012.  Nothing was done to clean up our elections except that the IRS was allowed to target those "True the Vote" that tried. So now, the party of Washington elites will hand Hillary the oval office chair!

Copy a transcript of Comey's remarks and argue to any American supporting Hillary, did Colin Powell do this? NO, she lied. Did she only send e-mails that were marked classified after the fact? NO, she lied. Do you think that if you worked for the government and did half of what the FBI admitted Hillary did that you would be allowed to dance away? NO, and it is impossible to escape the slimy, sick arrogant double standard.

Tell them, vote for Trump because if you vote for crooked Hillary  you are part of the reason we have Washington thuggery!

Today is one of the saddest days of our Republic!

WHEN DID JUSTICE DIE?

Once upon a time in America, justice was blind to whom stood before her judgment and she aggressively protected the rule of law's equality. From the wrongdoing of a homeless perpetrator to illegality done by public figures, the law was respected and upheld by apolitical prosecutors seeking justice for victims while equally deterring those thinking of committing  similar crimes. 

Rightly or wrongly, Americans today have the perception that Lady Justice is peeking behind her blind as she refuses to prosecute the politician, and rich powerful figures while instead, seeking to target only the hard working middle class offender. From prosecutorial discretion to political persecution our justice system has become a shadow of its original foundation of faith by Americans; that there is equal protection under the law.

Upholding the rule of law requires not just prosecutions of those that violate the law, but prosecutors must make egalitarian examples especially when it comes to public figures and those leading our government's policies. The perception that one will be held accountable and serve jail time, is an important tool of deterrence, but it is also a necessary nurturance to morality in governance.

When illegal activities and unethical scandals are ignored or result in watered down punishment, it not only sends the message of hypocrisy but stamps the approval to the rich and powerful that they are untouchable which leads to furthering corruption.     

Americans are more than frustrated by a convergence  of current realities besetting the nation. The worse level of trust exists over our government's honesty, uprightness and representation of our needs in three centuries and three decades of our founding. In fact, the growing consensus is that Congress works for special interest monies only and by that, acts against the average American's needs.

We are losing our self governing system to career politicians who are corrupted by corporate monies and cowed by a liberal media pretending to report truth. The federal entrenched elitist government bureaucratic power continues to grow while simultaneously America's citizens fear and distrust in their government grows.

Where the law was once viewed as the pluralistic equalizer, between the governed and the governor, today the unconscionable volume of laws and regulations is a virtual pillory around the neck of hapless citizens. 

Meanwhile the lawlessness of our own government (Benghazi, IRS, Fast and Furious, DHS, NSA spying) is ignored, politicized and treated as minor missteps by those pretending to oath allegiance to our Constitution.

If Congress was serious about uncovering wrongdoing and investigating the truth over the multiple breaches of law by the government, then a special prosecutor would have been authorized long ago to investigate a warm trail of evidence. Instead, they allowed the trail to freeze over.

The people went to the polls in 2014 seeking to stop the fanatical actions of one party (Democrats) leading the country into debt, danger and ruin, only to find the other party (GOP) content to do nothing. 

The leadership of our country is so perverse and the representative rational is so contaminated with political expediency, there is a paralysis of decency, honor and trust in our government.   

Apparently it is no longer about the probity of our laws and the integrity of our Constitution, but rather it is all about politics, it is all about winning elections, it is all about 2016, it is all about political strategy while corruption marches onward without so much as a speed bump in its way.

The new normal of debauchery by government officials has replaced the respectability of public service and has the potential to dissuade the moral minded and incorruptible candidates from seeking office. Worse would be the return of a cynical public no longer seeking honorable office holders for their fight against lawless leadership.

The world outside your door might be a jungle of liars and thieves but they do not have the power to hurt or corrupt you, instead you have the power to set the example of righteousness and show that world fearlessness in the face of their false dominion.     

We Americans must be willing to confront, not bow, antagonize, not appease, vocalize, not stammer, expect, not forgive, demand, not ask, that our representative hold tightly in their hearts and minds our Constitution. The document that relies solely on the citizens preservation, acknowledgement and passionate possession.

Thomas Paine words  "These are the times that try men's souls" is as ripe today as it was then, for today is the time that tries all, of our American souls. 

OPEN NOTE TO CONGRESS

Censure the President and then pass a law nullifying the President's immigration policy. It is the only proper and honorable way to restore a lawful adherence to our constitutional Republic and the rule of law.  

Our Constitution and the separation of powers that delegates the Congress to represent the people and legislate, while the executive branch is charged with the duty to ensure laws are followed, has been turned aside, and arrogantly ignored by Obama.

Impeachment, lawsuits,  withholding government funding are all slow remedies and thereby a denial of justice for the citizens of this great nation. Americans deserve immediate repudiation of the President's lawless and unconstitutional action on immigration.

Therefore, starting in January with the swearing in of the new Congress, I urge you to both call for a vote to censure the President and pass a bill that nullifies his unlawful immigration plan. In this simple short Bill, make it clear that all agencies involved with immigration, INS, Border Patrol and DHS  should ignore Obama's unlawful edict or risk being prosecuted for unlawful action. We must immediately re-establish that Congress not President Obama writes law. 

In our system precedent is a powerful enabler of both proper and improper legal direction. This unconstitutional act by the President needs to be condemned as a break of oath to our nation's basic principles as a Republic and a vote of "Censure" of this unlawful act for the historic record.  

Andrew Jackson was censured in 1834 for overreach but it was expunged in 1837 by Democrats. John Tyler was reprimanded by the House of Representatives in 1842 for bait and switch practices with the veto power. In 1848, James Polk was reprimanded for not seeking Congressional approval for the Mexican war. 

If ever Congress had a legitimate reason for censure and or impeachment of a sitting President operating outside the boundaries of his oath of office, this current lawless action by President Obama shows contempt for our Republic.  

In the 2014 elections Americans voiced a clear choice against the President's policy direction for the country. We the People should not be ruled or dictated to by a POTUS that ignores his obligation to adhere to his oath, nor should we be subjected to a Congress that abdicates its duty to represent the people and our Constitution.


 America is only as strong as our representatives act in loyal oath to our Constitutional Republic. We trust (?) and expect Congress to do their duty.
