PANACEA THE GOD OF LIBERALS

The Veterans Administration heartless management is shockingly unacceptable yet not in the least surprising  for those who have a healthy disdain for bureaucracy. Government programs especially one as large as Veterans Administration will falter, fail and stumble, but when it trades veterans' lives for bonuses, then the system has a sinister incentive. We now know one can literally die by a government paper cut and it should anger all Americans. 

Conservatives have been calling for limited government because they understand  government  has efficiency limits. Bigger bureaucracy means bigger waste, bigger ineptitude, bigger fraud, bigger corruption, bigger red tape and stone cold callousness.  

The political pundits discussing the V. A. scandal seem to agree that blame falls on both political parties equally. And once again we hear the excuse from this administration's loyalists that it is not Obama's fault. Although it is true that many previous administrations Republican and Democrat, ignored the multiple complaints about the V.A. system, no previous President or political party has pushed for more big government, more bloated bureaucracy, more central control over more aspects of the American life than Obama's Democrat party. 

Absurd, that this deathly V.A. scandal replete with demons and devils should have no political side blamed more than the other. Democrats warn Republicans not to politicize this scandal for political gain, because the problems were long known. Their argument being that just because the music stopped and Obama was left without an empty chair to sit on, many previous administrations and Republican controlled Congresses sat on their hands. 

Interesting, but stupid, because when did the Democrats take responsibility for the financial housing meltdown? Didn't they blame George Bush even though it was known that the housing bubble was caused by the Clinton administration and the Democrats control of Fannie and Freddie? In fact, when has the Democrat party ever taken accountability for the myriads of failed programs it championed and supported over the years? The Democrats have tried to blame funding cuts for the fiasco of Benghazi? The Democrats have excused, denied and lied about all the multiple government scandals under their leadership. 

Yes, American voters can and should lay blame on the callousness of Washington and the inevitable ineptitude of micro and macro socialists programs instituted against the ideals of private enterprise. The nub of the scandal has a bore hole that runs deep into the heart of the debate between leftist idealism and conservative pragmatism.

Democrats support big government, unions in public service and blame every instance of government programs ineptitude on a lack of funding. In fact to all scandals, Democrats have a mantra that blames conservatives for being stingy with funding because their only solution to any government problem is ; more money. 

Equally, the Democrats constantly seek to increase the federal agencies' budgets except where? Yes, you are right, the Democrats have a long history of constantly cutting the military budget. Worse, they have played politics with our military trying to micro-manage its social structure. To Democrats having gay soldiers in the ranks is a bigger priority than the effects on the morale of our fighting force.

The Veterans Administration hospital wait list scandal may be bipartisan guilt, but the underlying causation is endemic to three known ills, big government bureaucracy, civil servant unionization and a complete absence of accountability in leadership. Sorry, Democrats but you own and champion all three of these blights on our nation's proud legacy.

Bureaucracy has always been the curse of big government because it is slow, inept and buck passing. The smaller the bureaucracy the more agile is its performance. In the late 1980's American corporations and business started to realize the need to downsize. Running meaner and leaner was both the credo and the reason that many of them no longer remain top heavy. They were able to make more profit with less mid-level management. 

Conservatives have been calling for smaller government and less bureaucracy for years for similar  reasons. One is to rid our system of the wasteful and unconstitutional Washington bureaucracies from stealing from the public wallet and the other is to ensure that the necessary and constitutional administrations of government are able to run more efficiently and responsibly. 

The Democrat Party has been fighting against small government at every turn and demonizing conservatives as selfish anarchists. The Democrats have made political sport out of slandering small government and free enterprise as inhumane ideals while it has championed collective control over the citizen.   

   

Unionized pencil pushers that work for their bonuses and pensions are replete in all of our government agencies. The union contracts are why some of them can watch porn at their desks and not be fired. It is why stories abound about lavish partying on the taxpayers dime by agencies like the GSA and IRS. It is why even when caught, (Lois Lerner) acting in a possible criminal IRS scheme to harass conservative Americans, civil servants are not fired, but instead are put on administrative leave, and or are able to retire with full pension. Democrats have propped up unions, that were once needed, but now given abundant labor laws, have become expedient organizations that use greedy extortion for monetary gain and political capital.  

Those involved in the V.A. waiting list scandal had one agenda. No, it wasn't  a respectful moral imperative to move heaven and earth to ensure that our embattled service men received the healthcare they deserved. Yes, it was the self-serving entitlement mindset to earn bonuses fomented by years of liberalism's  collective accountability. It is a mindset that suggests we are all to blame, so therefore, there is no one to blame. Because if you are looking for individuals to blame then the response is; "What difference does it make?" 

Imagine if the Phoenix V.A. hospital was completely private and instead took government money for the care of veterans and they were called out for sending even one soldier home to die?  Heads would roll, reputations would be mud and orange jump suits would be issued (by DOJ) to all involved.  

No I am sorry but at the heart of this horrific scandal is the battle of idealism between liberalism and conservatism. Between personal accountability and collective victimhood. Between big federal government bureaucracy , statehood and local control. Between honoring and understanding that America owes its freedom to pursue happiness from the patriotic soldiers who served the highest duty and we in turn, owe them respect, dignity and promises kept, not lip service.   

  

Years of liberal mystification has been taught to generations of youth to view government as the god named "Panacea" that will cure all ills. And when that god screws up, there is only one solution, blame a lack of funding and increase the offering on the sacrificial table. And when it comes to accountability, blame it on low rung pencil pushers but don't fire them, let them sail off in a pension balloon into the sunset.

And when it comes to leadership, pretend you are just as shocked as the public because you heard it in the press like everyone else. Give a another partisan speech touting the goodness of government, while making sure you bash limited government conservatism. Act official as you pronounce that you will fix the problem after you wait for another report that investigates the report that reported the problem. Show false outrage and challenge your political adversaries to not call these mishaps of ineptitude scandals even while you stonewall the truth about dead Americans and call them bumps in the road. 

    

Yes, Americans know many in the Republican party both past and present have knelt and prayed to that same government god, which is why a groundswell has emerged by the pragmatic patriots to enlist new representation. So yes, a pox on both parties.

But also yes, we as constitutional conservative voters have the right to point political blame on liberal, big government, socialists' Democrats for the Veteran's scandal. Because, it is the demons of me-ism, unions, big government collectivism and buck passing leadership that Democrats have been promoting for generations. It is the complete opposite of our nation's heritage of individual freedom, puritan work ethic, personal moral responsibility, and devotion to God and country.  

Our brave men and women fought for their lives on the battlefield for America's values and Democrats have welcomed them home to die by government bureaucratic dispassion filled with collective cowards.

DEFENDING THE INDEFENSIBLE

The Democrat Party, media pundits and liberal activists have circled the wagon around a president that has shown contempt and defiance for America's Constitution and the value of law we inherently hold dear as a nation. 

Their defensive arguments addressing Obama's many constitutional transgressions run the childish gamut from finger pointing at the previous administration to sticking their fingers in their ears and screaming a mantra of mockery with the intend to marginalize the transgressions.

In their insulated world of Obama deification they label every American that is critical of this President as racists, misogynistic, homophobic, ignorant, bitter, tin-foil crazy and hate-filled. However this name calling kill-the-messenger campaign eventually backfires.

As the old children's retort proclaims "I am rubber you are glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you" the public is becoming weary of the Democrats and their constant pompous palliation. 

Because with the rise of independent voters, what is growing painfully obvious to party politicians is that Americans do think outside of the partisan box, and the Democrat Party is the party that fears the truth. In every scandal their party has hurled distractive insults toward legitimate questions using absurd analogies to congressional fact finding as witch-hunts and circuses. 

When Democrat Party members are asked simple pointed questions that Americans deserve answers to, they shrug them away as either administrative mistakes or obfuscate using the immature game of "He or she did it too." (George Bush) 

America was once an honorable country that took pride is always seeking, finding and exposing the truth even if it hurt our reputation. The lesson of Watergate wasn't that all Republicans were corrupt (as Democrats might want you to believe) but rather that our Constitution and rule of law is only as strong as We the People demand it to be.

Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are the faces of a party that not only  ignores the Constitution (Obamacare) but they and their members have been perpetrating a campaign with a complicit media to hide the truth from the American people. The Democrat Party's representation has dissolved to become an Obama shield party. 

We should be asking the Democrats and those supporting the left why doesn't America have the right to know the truth. Why doesn't America deserve the truth about Benghazi, IRS, Fast and Furious and any and all administration and government scandalous behavior? Why are you supporting deceitful secrecy when you claim to be in favor of transparent government?

Why don't we know who, what and for what purpose was there a gun running sting operation that illegally allowed weapons to be bought by criminals and cross our border without any effort to interdict them? Who has been held accountable for the deaths of law enforcement officials killed by the Fast and Furious guns? 

If there is nothing to hide, then why are people exercising the fifth Amendment?  Who in the White House directed the IRS to target conservative groups? Why is the IRS being allowed to continue to harass conservatives by subjecting Tea Party donors to audits ten times the normal average? Why did Nancy Pelosi appoint Elijah Cummings to sit as vice Chairman on the IRS oversight Committee to so-call investigate wrong-doing, when we now know he and his staff co-conspired with Lois Lerner to harass True the Vote?  

For Democrats to continue to defend the indefensible actions of this administration and provide cover for such dishonorable service leads one to only two conclusions. Either the Democrat Party have no propriety and dignity left or they were involved more closely with these scandals then is yet known. In the case of the IRS targeting we are starting to discover that some members of Congress (Cummings) were playing  the role of judge, jury, and  defense lawyer while cynically caught being one of the defendants.  

Why don't we know why Ambassador Stevens was put in harm's way in Benghazi, without security, by our then Secretary of State? Why don't we know who promoted the bold faced lie about a protest caused by an obscure video? Why didn't we try to save our personnel under attack? Why was there a young green gilled "Dude" in the situation room (National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor) while the President of the United States, the Commander in Chief, has yet to account for his whereabouts during the attack?

 

It seems that the cover-ups  and the closed curtain on the truth is the only thing transparent in our current government run by ideologues committed to transforming America by savaging all vestiges of honor and accountability.

The media has been absent at best and a tall tale teller for the elites in power at worst. However, as much power as the news media has over some Americans who are politically half asleep, truth is a powerful bestirring stimulant.

Americans deserve full discloser, candid testimony from government officials and real consequences for any in our government that acted either illegally or failed to act honorable under their oath of office. When either political Party engages to cover up the facts, lie to the American people or refuse to investigate wrong doing in our government , then they are violating their oath " faithfully discharge the duties of the office," and the public's trust.

ALL RHODES LEAD TO WHITE HOUSE

The recent disclosure from the release of more White House e-mails about Benghazi, reveal that the Rice was cooked before she went out and lied to the American people, that it was a protest caused by a video.

Interestingly enough the deputy national security advisor to the White House, Ben Rhodes, was the person that prepared Secretary Rice's risotto of lies, turns out to be the same man that came out months later on the Sunday talks shows, to defend his President against allegations that he was absent during the crises. Remember that Rhodes said that the President was engaged during the Benghazi crises yet he could not recall what room the President was in during the attack?  

Yes this is also the same Ben Rhodes, who happens to be the brother of CBS President David Rhodes, who just by coincidence  gave Mike Morell (ex-CIA deputy director) a job as a contributor to that broadcast station. You remember Mike Morell, he  recently testified to Congress that he changed the Benghazi talking points but there was no political influence involved in that decision?   

CBS President David Rhodes is the man that shut down the good reporting of Benghazi by Sharyl Attkissson, who was trying to uncover the identity of the person who had changed the talking points. Sharyl never had the support from CBS and as a result quit the network that never gave her excellent reporting air time.

The recent revelations about Ben Rhodes prepping Susan Rice uncovers the sewer cap long hidden amid the bogus finger pointing between the White House, Department of State and the CIA, that all claimed a lack of responsibility for the Benghazi video lie.

Yes, there was a White House connection. Yes, there was a planned and staged scheme to falsify the facts to make the President not be seen before the election as a failure in foreign policy and a fool claiming "Al-Qaida was decimated". Yes, we are finally approaching the  uncovered sewer cap now, but there is far more to learn as to what is crawling around under the Benghazi scandal tunnels.

Ben Rhodes doesn't have the authority or the pay grade to have been the one that ordered the Benghazi lie. He is merely a excrement dredger asked to help Susan Rice tiptoe around the noxious lies this ultra-political White House uses instead of the truth. No, there are bigger swamp gators here that are still hiding in the underground network of underhandedness in this Benghazi scourge of betrayal.

Americans died, our government lied and the truth has been cast aside by a conspiratorial political avarice to win an election. Now we are beginning to smell the rancid fumes left behind by the elites in power that orchestrated this heartless fraud and cowardly abandonment of our fighting men in Benghazi.   

How campish and corrupt this administration is, as it continues to cover-up the Benghazi scandal and the collusion with liberal mainstream media to promote the President by overt lies and disinformation. Shame on any government official in any of the many departments involved, who continue to keep silent rather than be full throat-ed and expose the persons responsible for the Benghazi cover-up.  

 

This was a conspiracy folks, and one doesn't need to wear a tin foil hat to see the smoke rising from the hot gun. The only question Americans need to ask Congress is, when will they appoint a special prosecutor to expose and aggressively uncover all the players responsible for this deadly political fraud.

Americans will not accept that this was just a tri-department (State Dept. CIA, White House) bureaucratic comedy of errors, for otherwise, it would suggest a deeper unfathomable corruption. No, we know it was a carefully executed public relations stunt for Obama's re-election and that is abhorrent enough. 

 

Benghazi will continue to be a an ugly act of political expediency over the lives of brave men. We will continue to prod and haunt our representatives until the shame is exposed, completely!

CUMMINGS'S OUT PARTY

The recent revelations that the vice chairman of the House Oversight Committee Elijah Cummings Democrat from Maryland, used the power of his office to unleash the IRS attack dogs on True the Vote is astounding.  Especially given the fact that this Democrat Representative wanted to shut down the investigation of IRS targeting by the committee back in June of 2013.

Cummings said on CNN in an interview with Candy Crowley “Based upon everything I’ve seen, the case is solved. If it were me, I’d wrap this case up and move on.” Now we know why the Congressman was so eager to move on. Not only was he and his staff up to their eyeballs in soliciting the IRS to scrutinize True the Vote and its founder Catherine Engelbrecht but apparently Lois Lerner provided his staff with confidential tax information. 

In fact when True the Vote's lawyer, Cleta Mitchell raised the issue of Cumming's involvement in the targeting during a February 2014 testimony before the committee. Cummings flatly denied her assertions that three separate letters from Cumming's office requested the same information of True the Vote as did the IRS. This raised obvious collusion suspicions between the IRS and Cummings that now have been exposed by recent e-mails between Lois Lerner and Cummings's staffers. 

Also noteworthy, is that Rep Cummings's sent a letter to House Majority leader Boehner prepared by lawyers claiming that Lois Lerner did not waive her Fifth Amendment rights because Chairman Issa did not utilize a procedural process in order to hold Lerner in contempt. This behind the scenes advocacy begged people to ask why Cummings was acting like Lois Lerner's lawyer?    

Why did Cummings try and make a circus out of the IRS corruption hearing in March? The Committee had recalled Lois Lerner believing she might be willing to testify, but she instead re-invoked her Fifth Amendment, and after Issa adjourned the Committee, Cummings  had a typical Democrat grandstanding temper tantrum;

" I am a member of the Congress of the United States of America. I am tired of this. We have members over here each who represent between them 700,000 people. You cannot just have a one-sided investigation. There is absolutely something wrong with that. That is absolutely un-American."

Now that a recent e-mail has surfaced from Lois Lerner to Cummings's staff intrusively seeking information on True the Vote perhaps it is becoming more filthy clear that this Congressman is all up in it to his elbows. 

Funny, that the letters from Cummings office to Catherine Engelbrecht group were mirror images of the inquiries being made of the group by the IRS. Funnier still is that the Vice Chairman of the Committee Cummings has kept this correspondence secret from the Committee and its members investigating the illegal targeting of non-profit conservative groups. Funny or tragic that these recent revelations have not caused Cummings to be removed from the Committee, criminally investigated and defamed by the media for his deception.

The stench of the Democrats party corruption is powerful strong and blowing downwind toward voters and one should expect even loyalists to gag and wretch. Instead Cummings is invited to go on FACE THE NATION to make idiotic statements about Democrats needing to speak about Obamacare being a moral issue. Moral?

 

The corruption and bullying of American citizens by progressive Democrats and their use of government unions, have corralled most all of the federal bureaucratic  agencies to ask "how high" when they are told to jump. The use or should I say abuse by lawmakers that have used federal agencies as their own private attack dogs against their political enemies is what the IRS investigation is all about isn't it? Now we find the vice Chairman of the Committee Elijah Cummings with his fingerprints are all over the IRS canine collar with the Democratic party and the sycophantic media holding the leash.

Meanwhile Obama's Attorney General "smidgeon" hunter, Eric Holder has been given the Lois Lerner contempt charges to prosecute amid the public's cynical awareness that our chief justice officer is himself contemptuous of Congress and a race baiting immoral party loyalist.

Americans are not dumb enough to believe that justice will be served while this party and administration  replete with corruption remains in the seat of power. Even the most politically unaware understands that "crap runs downhill" and low rung civil servants are just the mere shovel wielders for those elites that are in denial that their outflow doesn't stink.

Representative Cummings tirade that was plastered in the media and caused Representative Issa to apologize is endemic of the surreal world in America today. Who will be held accountable for the many unconstitutional breaches by this administration? Who will be charged and sent to jail for abuse of power, election fraud, intimidation of their office, withholding evidence, obstruction of justice?  Who will apologize to the American people for the corruption oozing out of Washington and causing a malaise of federal tyranny in America?
