On April 2nd a Massachusetts appeals Judge, Shelly M.
Richmond Joseph, thought she could ignore the law, and aid and abet an illegal
criminal out of the hands of federal authorities. Yet on April 26th, she and
trial court officer, Wesley MacGregor, were indicted for obstruction.
Jose Medina Perez was an illegal alien, already twice
deported, a drug offender and fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania. Judge
Joseph knew that the Immigration Customs Enforcement had a federal detainer
warrant ready to scoop up Perez and deport him. But the judge had a better
plan.
She was going to confound the nasty ICE agents. So Joseph and her court
officer MacGregor schemed to help Perez and his lawyer run out a back door of
the court and away from ICE officials. Perez is still at large.
Who knows what crimes he is committing against the public as
he strolls about free from deportation knowing he was assisted by a of all
people, a state appeals judge. Oh and of course, she is a liberal Judge and
once worked for the Democrat state committee.
It must be the Hillary syndrome, that caused Judge Joseph to
think she could get away with a completely illegal act. Her role wasn't passive
either. It wasn't just that the judge conveniently looked away as a criminal
ran through an open door. No this judge conspired with her court officer to
create a pretext to allow Perez and his lawyer to leave the bench under the
guise of needing to record his testimony in another room, and then had her
officer, open the door, and send this man out on the street. She was fully
aware ICE was waiting to take him into custody, and Judge Joseph apparently
would have none of that thing, called immigration law, enforced.
So this liberal
appeals Judge, Joseph thinks she knows best. Judge Joseph thinks that because
she is an officer of the court, that she can make up the law as she wishes.
Judge Shelly M. Richmond Joseph has the arrogance of Hillary Clinton, because
she believes she is above the law. She should know that state law doesn't
preempt federal law, especially if she pretends to act under the "color of
state law". No, sorry Judge Joseph, but you are subject to criminal
prosecution.
No, sorry again, Judge Joseph but you may be suffering from
Clinton-itis or Hillary-osis but unlike Hillary's immune system, your infection
of arrogance will not be cured by a Comey prescription pill or a deep state
trauma unit transfusing your bad blood with swamp boosting antibodies that
attack your reputational enemies. You may have the Hillary arrogance syndrome,
but you are not Hillary Clinton.
We certainly know that Senator Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren
has this syndrome, and although Warren isn't in legal jeopardy, her reputation
has been all but destroyed, when she arrogantly had a DNA test done, to prove
she wasn't lying about her claim of being a native American. It was like
hitting herself with a pie in the face, and she was not laughing. Her dreams of
higher office have pretty much evaporated.
No, there is only one
Queen Mary I of England, also known as, Bloody Mary. Only one Leona Helmsley,
also known as, the "Queen of Mean". Yes and only one Hillary Rodham
Clinton, also known as, the crooked Hillary, Shrillery, Hidebeest, Killary,
Hitlery, or Hillary Rotten Clinton.
It is Hillary, and Hillary alone, that can get away with:
Bribery (Clinton Foundation), destroying Congressional
records (Watergate), bilking (Rose Law Firm), loan fraud (Whitewater),
obstruction of justice (Hiding documents from SP Starr), SEC trading fraud
(Futures trading), violating the Sedition Act/traitor (Uranium One), violations
of the espionage Act (Clinton E-mail server), oh and not to be forgotten,
rigging the DNC primary election against (Bernie Sanders) and participating in
the worst scandal in American politics to date, the silent coup (ObamaGate and
the fake dossier).
No, Judge Joseph and the rest of you liberal progressive
Trump-hating, socialist-loving, open border and power hungry Democrat
operatives, you are not above the law. Your arrogance might be huge, grandiose,
phenomenally stupendous, but that is what makes America such a great Republic,
all must follow the same rules. The same code of conduct. And whether you agree
or disagree with it, the same laws.
Unless of course, you name is Hillary Clinton.
