I'M MELTING...I'M MELTING...OH WHAT A WORLD, WHAT A WORLD.

The left is stepping on their own agendas and succeeding, exceeding well, at failure.

Case in point: the left decided that they could shame the President, with their own policy, that separates children from parents, arrested after entering the country illegally.

For a few days, they succeeded in sweeping all other news off the boards, by decrying and showing graphics, of the dispassionate results, when parents are arrested, illegally trying to transport their families to America. One would have to be cold hearted, not to feel moved by the emotional distress, it causes young children. For a short while, no one could deny that the innocent children, were victimized by their parent's action, and certainly children are the true victims.

So as Trump responded to the real issue of wanting to detain people in the fairest way, he stroked a pen to allow families to be detained together, even though its lawfulness, would be challenge by the same people, that accused him of having no heart.

Well, as Americans lamented, over the water cooler about the issue, it did not take long, to realize that the issue was sad, but no sadder than the thousands of kids in America, that are scooped up each day, and placed in Foster Care, because Mom, Dad or both committed crimes. The angry vitriol of the left once again, was being directed at the wrong target, and the wrong issue.

The parents that operate a Meth lab in their home, endanger their children, and are breaking the law. When they get arrested, their children are equally crying and upset and completely unaware why Mommy and Daddy are being taken from them. It is tragic, very sad and yet, completely accepted as the fault of irresponsible parents, and not law enforcement.

The illegal aliens that drag their children thousands of miles, on a treacherous journey fraught with crime, fear, rape, starvation, dehydration and unsanitary conditions, are irresponsible and endangering their children. If they make it to the border, and decide to illegally cross the border, they know they will be arrested. They know, that they will lose temporary custody of their children. Just like Mom and Dad Meth-head know, that if they are caught, they will lose temporary custody of their children.

Throughout the world, this is called, law and order, and there is no get out of jail free card, based on being, merely, a Mommy or a Daddy.

So when the left's outrage started to beg solutions, and the President to his credit, tried to meet their concerns. They shouted and shouted and eventually outed, their real agenda. Their solution was to go back to, catch and release. To abolish ICE all together, and let all the foreign families into the country without vetting (even though some of the familial relationships are known to be fakes or worse, sex trafficking), because it is the humane thing to do, according to the moral minded social progressive Democrats.

So once again we have logic up against progressive sloganeering with a hidden agenda. An agenda that Democrats, were forced by Trump, to publically reveal. And that agenda, of course, is, open borders.

The left hates this President so much, they no longer can play their own game. Their game has always been, to gin up an issue and let it percolate on the back burners and then splash the hot coffee on the kitchen floor and call it accidental. They never reveal their agenda, never suggest a solution but instead sloganeer until an election is over. Or they bump one issue for another, when they find a bigger and better pot of boiling coffee, and quickly whip out their pink markers, to re-write their posters and compose their new rhyming chant, rant of the day.

American conservatives and independents were always at the mercy of a Republican Party that dealt with these theatrics by the left, in a weak kneed self flagellating way that turned our stomachs. The gutless GOP  apologizing all over themselves, in a drooling contest, that made Elmer Fudd seem like a stud. At least Elmer would attempt to catch the rabbit lies, and over the top pandering by the left.

However this time the left did the opposition's own work for them. Trump to his credit remained firm, and then asked the only pertinent question. What would Democrats do? What is their solution?

In response the left decided to demonize the border completely by calling for the abolishment of ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency.

ICE is the agency, that not only stops illegal aliens entering country, but stops drugs, weapons, cyber threats, identity theft and watches trade based money laundering, and terrorists plots. Don't Democrats care about protecting our citizens against the immigration of criminal networks?

ICE also is the agency that investigates and seeks to arrest drug smugglers, human traffickers and sex traffickers, that save countless women and children from slavery, rape and torture. Don't Democrats care about saving women and children from rape and violence?

ICE are the agents tracking down illegal MS13 gang members that are terrorizing inner city residents, and deporting them out of the country. Don't Democrats care about the safety of inner city voters?

Lastly, ICE agents investigates and provides the DOJ information on American businesses that use and abuse an illegal labor force knowingly and willfully. Not only are these businesses violating the labor laws, that requires a check on the legal status of employees by employers, but they abuse the illegal alien workers, with overwork, underpay and zero benefits. Aren't Democrats the so-called party of the poor and working class?

We have all experienced a critic over our shoulder, telling us we are doing it wrong, and the most effective way to deal with the nay saying ninny, is to ask them to propose a solution. Nine times out of ten they have nothing to say and will quickly go away.

So you see, pushing back, and holding strong on American values of law and order is what makes President Trump stronger than the GOP and more savvy than the Democrats weak and pathetic sloganeering. By calling on the Democrats to propose a solution to the problem, the Democrats have no choice but to either reveal their agenda or stop protesting.

Better still, if they do reveal their anti-American solutions, such as, a Catch and Release policy, they start losing support. Yet now totally inconsolable in their hate Trump mindset, they feel they need to ante up the stakes, so they jump the shark, and call for the abolishment of ICE. Thus revealing their ultra left-wing wackiness that no one takes seriously, and to which even liberal media has to concede its stupidity.

So in their quest to tug on the heartstrings of Americans to show compassion for illegal alien children, the left reveals its dispassion for everyone and everything.

Dispassion for  citizen crime victims, dispassion for children's safety, dispassion for environmental hazards, dispassion for worker slavery, dispassion for terrorist infiltration, dispassion for sex traffic victims, dispassion for bankruptcy of towns and communities, dispassion for overstretched resources, and dispassion for the right of a sovereign nation, to orderly control its immigration.

The left is clearly winning, their losing argument, like pouring cold water on their own campfires.

The unhinged Trump haters, are flying around looking for anything to stop the ruby slippers from remaining in the White House. As truth rains down on the country, the Democrat's voices have become shrill and ineffective. Yes, they are melting, melting, and the country is seeing the left's power vanish into the floorboards of our newfound POTUS who, echos the American people's desires, over both parties crony control.

WE ARE DEPORTING YOU,... OH WAIT,... WELCOME TO AMERICA!

Government does one thing well, it always screws up, and when it screws up, it does it so, abysmally. The latest muff, involves a list of 8oo foreigners deemed deportable, that were instead given naturalization papers. Americans can't help but think that, even a moron should have caught that mistake. Instead, we once again show our enemies weakness, a weakness caused by big government bureaucratic stupidity.

What a sad state of affairs our Immigration and Naturalization Department has been for generations. This is not the first and less likely the last, boneheaded mistake, made by a highly politicized agency that has never been modernize or managed to meet today's life threatening demands.

The fact that Obama's government fails to update this agency, utilizing the technological advances now available, to reduce both human error and favoritism in this highly politicized department, that is vital to our national interests, is "deplorable".

However, to blame only Obama and the Democrats would be unfair and ignorant of a long history of congressional fault, along with previous presidents, that equally allowed this vital agency to our national interest to be operating with such inefficiency. In fact, some blame George Bush's creation of Homeland Security as gumming up the already slow and low functioning agency. History shows however, that this agency, the INS, has been inept, corrupt and lacking the tools necessary to bring into the modern age of efficiency.

Who can forget Homeland Security secretary, Janet Napolitano's testimony about the system "pinging" when one of the Boston Marathon bombers had re-entered the country after visiting a terrorist training facility? The pinging sound was followed later by the sound of bombs exploding, on a famous marathon route, planted by two asylum seekers allowed to live among us, and deemed harmless by DHS.

No, the time is past due for the experiment with Homeland Security as a watchdog over all home security interests. This agency has not kept us safe. This agency has not stopped the stove piping by other agencies, indeed it remains a problem. This agency has not been apolitical and this agency is in charge of so many agencies, it stalls efficiency rather than promotes it.

Unlike bloated corporations that realized in the 1990's that they needed to downsize in order to run more efficiently, our government went in the completely opposite direction by creating another layer to an already multilayered, top heavy, bureaucratic hegemony.

There are only two things that get accomplished by creating more and more departments in government, one, is to appear to the public that you are responsive to their frustrations at your ineptitude and two, to create another buck passing scapegoat, to further insulate politicians from scrutiny.

The Department of Homeland Security is another bureaucratic layer created to supposedly make Americans feel safer after 911. The DHS has control over our Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), United States Secret Service (USSS), Directorate for Management, National Protection Programs Directorate Management, Domestic Nuclear Detection Office, Office of Health Affairs (OHA), Science and Technology Directorate, Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Office of Operations Coordination, Office of Policy, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and of course (INS) Immigration and Naturalization. That's right, sixteen agencies, that now have a new boss and a new finger of blame to avoid accountability.

Is it any wonder why Americans see government as so untrustworthy and inept? Isn't it amazing that government thinks growing more bureaucracy will result in greater effectiveness? Instead of "leaner and meaner" government thinks "bulky and bumbling" will allay the public's distaste for unaccountable waste and fraud.

Isn't it time to downsize our government and demand that it hire less department heads and put more boots on the ground, at our border and ports, along with more deportation magistrates?

Americans want simple straightforward immigration laws, that cannot be politicized by either party. They expect our security agencies to avail themselves with the latest technology equipment such as, smart green cards, invisible fencing and sophisticated tracking devices. They want sanity brought to the number of immigrants allowed into the country legally, especially during slow economic times for citizens. They want immigration laws enforced and they expect a required assimilation by immigrants that seek to become citizens of our country. They want swift deportation to those here illegally or shown to be in violations of their green card status requirements.

Can Americans have confidence in a big bloated, multilayered, constantly expanding, bulky and bumbling, bureaucratic American government? Well, if "too big to fail" is not tolerated in the private sector, after the mortgage meltdown, and "too big to jail" reflects Hillary's escape from prosecution that has created a belief in elitist's inequality under the law, then the public should rightfully be looking at our super sized government ship of state, as "too big to sail".

Freedom starts with respect for those that laid down their lives for our Constitution and kept us a nation of laws, and our allegiance is only toward a government that respects and adheres to our Constitution.    Sadly today, we see a growing disrespect for our Constitution and our country's honored history by overpaid athletes, pampered activists, pretentious professors, terrible teachers, pompous politicians, an imperious President and a government filled with obfuscating officeholders.

It is time for the country to decide its fate. More sliding down the slippery slope into the mouth of big government failure and tyranny or dump it, bump it and Trump it. Wall Street and the Beltway, will just have to lump it, because it is well past the time that main street, gets heard, loud, clear and standing as it sings, the National Anthem.

WITH SIX YOU GET BURRITOS

Doris Day's last film in 1968 was "With Six You Get Eggroll". It was a romantic comedy about the difficulty of blending families when widowers (or divorced) couples re-marry. When the children and relatives line up against a step-mother and step-father there is no pleasing either side and compromise short of calling off the romance is impossible.

At the end of the movie, all ultimately learn to not just accept the union but to soften their hearts and support the marriage. The disharmony that has been brewing over immigration is far less likely to have a fair and harmonious outcome. In fact the wedding is off! Americans are as hot as tamales and the Washington reform talk leaves a bitter sour cream  taste in their mouths.

There are six basic voices in the immigration debacle facing  our nation and its future. These are the Democrats, the Republicans, the Corporations, the farmers and small businesses, the minority liberal voters and the majority voters. Their positions on the immigration issues is as follows;

1)The progressive Democrats are seeking wholesale amnesty for illegal aliens expecting to sign up loyal voters for the future.

2)Meanwhile some members of the Republican Party worry that if they are not included in the citizenship give-away, they will lose all future elections. They have proposed a slow walk to amnesty for illegal aliens.

3)Corporations and high tech firms are not interested in amnesty but rather changing the H1B immigration laws. The claim is that American universities are not graduating high tech students with math and science degrees in sufficient numbers to fill the vacancies in their industries. Therefore they must import workers from countries such as India and China in order to fill their worker shortage.

4)Small businesses and farmers on the other hand are looking for cheap unskilled labor and are lobbying for guest worker programs. They want the law prohibiting them from hiring illegal aliens softened or removed.

5)Liberal voters don't like borders and are pushing for a dismantling of most all of our immigrations laws.

6)The majority of voters want our immigration laws enforced, the borders secured and illegal aliens deported. Americans want lawful immigrants that assimilate and swear allegiance to our country.

In order to resolve any problem, one must first correctly identify the source and cause of the problem. In the case of our immigration and border problem, there are two indisputable causes; lack of security and lack of deportation.

The reason lack of security and deportation are separate, is that, even if we were to build a wall around America rivaling the wall of China, not all illegal aliens enter the country via crossing the border. Many illegal aliens have been granted visas, and then they fail to leave once their legal right to remain in the country has elapsed.

Some states (California) give illegal aliens sanctuary while other states (Arizona) have been sued for trying to assist the federal government immigration duty to enforce the law.

The bottom line; border patrol and capture, deportation enforcement and criminal prosecution of those hiring or abetting illegal aliens has been undermined by federal and state authorities.

The next question to be rightly asked therefore is, how does changing the law or granting amnesty fix our broken immigration system? Americans know that they answer is simple; it doesn't. Laws not enforced are meaningless. And we have granted amnesty before and it only worsens the problem.

There are three main false assertions being used as arguments for the need to grant amnesty and change immigration laws.

The first argument being expressed is that there are too many to deport.  The contention being if you estimate that there are upwards of 11 million illegal aliens then it is logistically impossible to deport them all. Also, in deporting that many illegal aliens because of the misuse of the "Anchor Baby" determination of citizen by being born in America, then you would be breaking up families.

The second argument being used is that business and industry cannot fill both high end and low end tech jobs by hiring American citizens.

The third argument is that America's immigration laws are archaic and discriminatory.

Well let's take the last argument first about discrimination that is argued by multicultural liberal groups that want to make America an open border turn style for every human in the world regardless of their pedigree and loyalty.

One needs to ask these open border advocates if they leave the door wide open in their own apartment or house. Do they allow anyone off the street to waltz in and raid their refrigerator, sleep on their sheets and then claim squatters rights to half the property?  Or wipe out their families health by a contagious illness? We know the answer, and we know the radical idiocy of their open border ideas. Fail!

The second argument touted by business pushing the need to import our high skilled work force is equally illegitimate. The argument by corporations that our education system doesn't produce enough high tech workers does need to be solved. So why would they not actively recruit the freshman on college campuses to get their degrees in those disciplines rather than abandoning American youth for foreign nationals? Why do they support progressive policies and unions that have destroyed America's education? Fail!

The second argument made by small businesses that Americans will not apply and work at unskilled labor jobs is equally illegitimate. Supply and demand exists not just in consumerism but also in the labor market. The better the compensation and benefits the more attractive the jobs. If your business operating plan relies on cheap labor, low wages and no benefits and you are finding it hard to hire workers then you should either fold as a business or raise those wages to attract workers. Expecting the government to grant you slave laborers is an affront to free markets. Fail!

Finally the logistical impossibility of deportation argument that pretends a manhunt brigade is needed to do the job along with the compassionate argument against breaking up families needs debunking.
If one makes this specious  argument then the logical question becomes; why do we have any laws at all. In fact, since we can't stop criminal activity on our streets so why not argue for the abolishment of all criminal laws, release all prisoners and disband our police force?

When does our criminal justice department decide not to prosecute criminal conduct because the perpetrator is a single mother or single father with children to raise and support? Sending a single parent to prison for life certainly breaks up the family and leaves children in some cases, wards of the state. We don't as a society suggest that as long as you are a breadwinning single parent you have amnesty from prosecution, do we? Fail again!

Along with E-Verify we should be requiring hospitals, social services police officers, landlords, employers and any other individuals to report illegal aliens or face stiff fines and possible criminal charges in the quest for deportation tracking. We could create a self-deportation campaign (2-3 years) where a public service message tells people to report themselves to authorities and have their deportment transportation costs paid. The benefit being that before that 3 year period expires they would not be placed on a permanent list banning them from future entry. Once the grace period is over then people would be warned that they would be deported with prejudice, meaning they would lose the opportunity to ever come back to America's front door.

The truth is that America has the right to sovereignty just as individuals have the right to deny trespass on their properties. We have the right and the obligation to keep citizens safe from seditious cultures, pandemic illnesses, criminal importation and proportioned absorption per our economic situation.

No other country in the world is the haven for the world, and no other country in the world can offer the exceptional opportunities that American citizenship grants to those lawfully seeking to become a loyal assimilated new American immigrant.

The talk of amnesty by the left, the Democrat Party and the sell-outs in the Republican party are not just wrong, they are cynically immoral for choosing illegal aliens over law abiding legal immigrants.
The big and small business lobbyists are wrong because they are seeking to solve America's high and low skilled labor market shortage by quick government fix rather than to invest in our American workforce.

The only group that holds the moral high ground is in fact the majority of Americans. The majority that wants our borders made secure. The majority that wants the government to do its job and deport illegal trespassers. The majority that is against amnesty. The majority that wants the rule of law to not be politicized by Washington bureaucrats. The majority that wants legal immigrants to be honored and respected and not feeling foolish that it would have been cheaper and easier to ignore our immigration laws.

Americans heard Obama say that the 2014 election was about his policies. Americans voted and spoke to those policies. The results were not fuzzy and or hard to discern. From his foreign policy, domestic regulations and amnesty open border dreams, Americans said NO, NO, NO and enough, enough and enough.

The American people know the difference between an eggroll, a burrito and Gruber-ville crap sandwich when it come to comprehensive immigration reform.

It is time for the newly elected Congress of 2014  to represent the majority voice when they take office in 2015. It is time for our representatives to represent citizens not special interests. It is time they adhere to their constitutional oaths and stop acting as though the immigration issue is complicated, it isn't. The only reason it has become convoluted is because of political expediency, by both political parties.

Calculated Chaos

The  administration and his Democrat Party  have been sending the world the clear message  that our American borders are open for illegal entry. Obama's lawless lack of border enforcement and continual public advocacy for immigration reform that would reward lawbreakers with amnesty has led to child exploitation.By Obama's unilateral implementation of the Dream Act and not enforcing deportation laws, the President mocks his sworn oath of office and has created a humanitarian crises.

Poll after poll, time after time, the American public in plurality have sent Washington a clear message against proposed amnesty for those who have demonstrated contemptuous ignorance of our nation's bedrock basis of freedom; respect and compliance with the law.

There is no rule of law on immigration under Obama for he and his Party have politicized America's security. The Obama arrogance and his party of progressive prevaricators keep suggesting that America is a democracy; wrong, and that the people support immigration reform, wrong; and Congress, specifically the GOP has stopped immigration reform; wrong again. America is a democratic Republic; correct, the public is clamoring for border security; correct, the constituents or the taxpayers stopped the gang of eight's amnesty bill; correct.

Politicians on the left treat America as neither a democracy nor a Republic for they ignore the public will (Obamacare), ignore  Congressional decisions (recess appointment, defeat of Dream Act) and ignore state rights.

They have used their statists mindset to appoint the activists judges necessary to misconstrue our Constitution and nullify the voice of the majority. No greater example of this elite statism are the liberal judges on the Federal Circuit Court and their esoteric leftist nonsensical interpretations of the 14th Amendment that has born America "anchor babies", and overturned people's referendums on marriage laws.

This fickle adherence to comply only to laws that one agrees with while discounting those one dislikes is the loose thread, that continues to be pulled by Obama and his party that is fast becoming the unraveling of the fragile fabric of American justice.

Obama and his party claim that child crises on our border is spontaneous and unrelated to Obama's policies yet on the other side of their mouth they argue that the solution is immigration reform or policy change. Not only is this another Democrat lie and a ploy to import more votes for their progressive causes it shows their utter disdain for the human tragedy their political goals have created.

Those paying attention to the unconscionable flood of illegal child immigrants pouring into our borders understand that an Obama policy generated the crises. They equally know it to be a cynically calculated political ploy (Cloward-Piven strategy) to challenge compassionate Americans to soften their deportation desires of illegal aliens once they see the sad faces of innocent children warehoused by our government.

The theater is not yet full but backstage the props are almost set up for Obama and his socialists actors, to give their command political performance, to beseech the American public to have pity for the plight of these foreign children or should we say their new group of politically exploited victims.

We can hear the them murmuring their scripted lines of lies backstage, as we buy our popcorn and wait for their new political ploy play that is as dog-eared and hackneyed as bad soap opera re-run. The plot, big bad conservatives against child loving liberals, bigots against dreamers and of course as always the appeal to citizen's compassion for the new victims of the big bad heartless conservative America and its border laws.

Get ready for their amnesty push, pout and shout, about the need for immigration reform. Be prepared that the crises will be ramped up as their amnesty talk encourages more parents to hand over their children to the unscrupulous human trafficking network. Be ready for their false arguments, phony excuses, empty promises and complete denial of responsibility for this incredibly cold calculated callousness of standing behind innocent alien children to promote their agenda.

From closing the White House tours to this reckless child migration this President and Party has shown the public their empty agenda souls will exploit anyone, yes even innocent children. Any real leader and compassionate President would be handling this humanitarian crises of children suffering at our borders by both discouraging it through use of the bully pulpit and organizing a task force to return these children to their parents.

How many times has Obama called a press conference to tell parents abroad to stop sending their children? Informing them that their children will be deported quickly? Scolding them that they are sending their children to a possible death, worse case and multiple abuse by traffickers, best case? When has the President of the United States used his international podium to discourage illegal entry?

Yet unlike legal entry, the children currently being imported to the United States have been abused on their journey to the border, abused by the false promise of freedom once over the border and politically used by the Obama administration to force Congress to vote for amnesty.

Once upon a time in America a call was sent out around the world for working immigrants between 1851 and 1900 to come to America to become new citizens. America needed workers as our industrial economy was expanding. Many foreign families came but equally many unaccompanied children also arrived at immigration ports like Ellis Island, San Francisco and the New York Barge office in Boston Massachusetts.

Even then however, we did not just take in all the children and adults who arrived by boat wanting to become American citizens. We discriminated against immigrates from communists countries fearing the importation of political and cultural subversions. We also discriminated against immigrants who were infirm because of age or handicaps. Lastly we also rejected immigrants with incurable contagious and or infectious diseases that would lead to infirmity.

Why? To ensure three common sense principles of homeland security. One, that we do not allow cultural or political activists into the nation to create subversion to our American Constitution and way of life. Two, to not import into our nation an abundance of people unable to work thereby creating an impoverished nation as opposed to a vibrant one. Three, to protect the health and productivity of American citizens from the importation of contagious diseases that would eventuate in infecting the health and productivity of our growing nation.

Obama's Democrats cannot make the argument that America needs to import workers so they have calculated this chaos and crises manufactured by their Alinsky's playbook. This administration is dumping children rife with contagious disease and parasites into politically red states which threatens the medical health and the financial health of American citizens, yet again, impeachment is off the GOP table.

Obama is inundating  America with illegal aliens at a time when jobs are scarce, drug and terror networks around the world are more pernicious, America's welfare rolls at their highest, nearly half of our state governments are teetering at bankruptcy. Our nation's debt continues to be the "lead anchor, baby" to America's future sailing and under Obama's stewardship America's ship of state has become a shipwreck decaying at our economic dry dock.
