SCOTUS RULES TWICE THAT LAW MEANS NOTHING

The history of our country and its fidelity to our Constitution that protects inherent natural rights that no human or man-made mechanism ever authored, controls or has the hubris to deny the people just evaporated out of thin air a few days ago by the Supreme Courts rulings.

Federal tyranny that was so feared by the opponents of establishing a federal government (anti-federalists papers) argued that a centralized beast would not be contained by constitutional constraints. They contended that expecting adherence to the law was not enough protection for the people's rights knowing the egos of mankind and that in time central authority would devise rationale to allow it to operate outside the scope of its defined boundaries.

The Supreme Court in its marriage decision has effectively ignored their oath to our Constitution, ignored the history, purpose, intent and the complete ideology of American liberty. No longer are they content to be a referee interpreting the law to keep all sides honest to our founding principles, they have empowered to themselves without any authority the right to rule, dictate and most deliberately to disregard their oath to uphold the Constitution.

The 14th Amendment according to the court has trumped the Constitution. The ruling has effectively silenced and castrated the Bill of Rights' while opening the door for the court to tyrannically moralize American values it deems unacceptable regardless of the will of the people.

If the court wanted to grant legal status to gay marriage it could have ruled that all states needed to provide an equivalent to marriage in legal status such as civil union. In fact, most states already offer that provision. But instead, in an act of not just unconstitutional abandonment of oath, but as false gods, they arrogantly ruled a new definition to an historic religious union that pre-dates the modern world.

It is not just legislative activism it is far more troublesome than that, it is a denouncement of everything this nation fought and died for when we established a Democratic Republic in which WE THE PEOPLE are not governed by omnipotent dictators but rather govern ourselves.

Equally in the courts upholding of the ACA law we note a glaring inconsistency of how law was previously adjudged. For any jurist or lawyer to be able to redefine the meaning of words in order to win a favorable result, makes not only mockery of the law but reduces the power of law for any plaintiff or defendant seeking the words of law to assign them justice.

No justice can be had if law is interpreted by a mere siding of intent by a jurist to one party over another regardless of the language in a contract. When the legal language loses its invincible black and white power of arbitration then all people lose the ability to seek redress from swindle.

The checks and balances of our three branches of government have been exposed to be a sham of collusion rather than defenders of our constitutional Republic. The American people have tried to elect representation that honors the pledges and promises they make on the campaign trail only to find that once elected, they instead ignore their constituents while they sit on the lap of corporate and Wall Street lobbyists, whoring our liberties for personal and party wealth.

What we as Americans should find most offensive about these latest rulings by a politicized court is the useless notion that new law will remedy lawlessness.

Another Amendment to the Constitution? Really, so the court can ignore it, in the same careless disregard as they have the 9th and 10th Amendments? Or a repeal of Obamacare that would do nothing to protect against future odious laws passed by the legislature and upheld by a legally blind court? A new marriage contract named God's Covenant that excludes the state from participation? Surely they will find a way to evince state power over private endeavors of liberty, that is what Obamacare did, forced individual citizens to buy a product.

There is really is only one remedy now for the people. Nullification by the states and civil disobedience until sanity returns to office holders.

It seems ironically eerie that we are in the midst of a debate about the banning of the Confederate flag, which in any thorough reading of the conditions set before the Civil war was as ripe for a peaceful outcome to the slavery issue rather than the destructive outcome yet that is what a corrupt Congress allowed to manifest in 1861.

The south had conceded the moral ground ideological on slavery years before succession and implored and impeached the Congress to help them end slavery in a way that was not economically punitive on the southern states alone. They asked for grandfathering, they asked for price controls on their farm commodities and they asked for federal education money to supply freed black slaves with trades and skills.

All of these proposals were reasonable and yet unreasonably rejected by a corrupt Congress lobbied and bribed by wealthy textile manufactures that wanted to lower their commodity costs by hoping plantation bankruptcies would allow them to buy these farms and exclude the middle men. The south argued that slaves to be freed should be counted in the census to afford the south more Representatives in the House than they currently were allotted so as to arrive at a fairer national sacrifice to the whole country that shared the guilt of national immorality.

All proposals were denied causing succession and the Civil war that killed many Americans needlessly.

Today, we have a Congress completely beholding to globalist corporate interests, an Executive branch that re-writes laws by executive order and fails to enforce laws it ideological disagrees with in a blatant abuse of power, while the Supreme Court has made recent political not legal decisions as immorally incomprehensible and reprehensible as the Dred Scott case of 1857. The majority of the judges on that court were pro-slavery when they ruled that a free black man was not considered an American citizen. Which is why we have a 14th Amendment (1868) precisely to correct a monumentally flawed Supreme Court decision.

Who would have imagined that 147 years later the 14th Amendment would be used by the court to redefine marriage and silence the voice of the people's referendums on a long standing moral and religious institution with not righteousness but against the creator's intent.

This decision is not just wrong from a ideological debate, it is as wrong a precedent against State Right's, individual rights and America's whole democratic Republic structure created to insure usurpations of authority would not trample people's liberty and independence from state control.

For those liberals espousing this decision as a celebration of democracy, take note, this wrong minded decision was made by five unelected jurists that struck down the duly cast ballots of real democracy by throwing away the results of our State referendum process and nullifying the votes of millions of citizens.

If this time you agree with a court, that trashed the majority opinion, ignored our federalism, usurped a power not enumerated to them and decided above the will of the people, will you also agree to the next encroachment by government ruled by that same court that tramples your beliefs?

Perhaps maybe in the near future if this un-tethered to the Constitution Supreme Court, decides that your right to privacy is so limited, it allows the government to place camera's in your home under the guise that the state needs to defend you from terrorists? Will you be waving in approval then?

THE TELL-TALE HEARTLESS PARTY

The progressive Democrats and their Marxists leader have fooled, deceived, conned and lied to perpetrate one of the biggest hoaxes in American history on our Republic, the writing and passage of the ACA. But some of us knew that, long before MIT Professor Gruber explained with giddy arrogance to a room of snobbish socialists' believers, how deftly sneaky and sinister sly was the masterminded plan to fool the fools and or dup the dopes.   

  

The key architect in both Romneycare and Obamacare was MIT professor Jonathan Gruber who was paid well by this administration to  devise a plan of healthcare deception and then work as a spokesman touting the bill's benefits. The media knew or should have known that professor Gruber was a paid consultant and not an independent analysts. The lack of full disclosure and transparency from Washington and the major media outlets to inform the public has never been more diabolically rigged, fixed and openly exposed, as unabashed propaganda.

Nancy Pelosi's infamous nonsensical statement on the Healthcare Law, "We have to pass the bill to know what's in it." is incredibly making more sense since Gruber exposed the Bill's legislative history. The law was a tortured use of language scripted to be unintelligible to thwart a clear understanding of its basic intent; socialized insurance. 

What Nancy could not say was "You have to read the bill and point out specifically, where and what we are lying about, in regards to taxes, premium costs and any other objections to our healthcare takeover scam." She was as confident as Gruber that the countless  pages of tortured gobble-gook would never be understood, even if read with a James Bond spy kit.   

What should not be lost in this explosive revelation of legislative corruption is how long this conspiratorial debacle has been allowed to remain secret, and how ineffective our system of checks and balances has become. The Supreme Court allowed this monstrosity of legal double speak, to pass constitutional scrutiny while the watchdog Press was on its back getting its belly rubbed.

Another important question  to consider is, when Jonathan Gruber talks about fooling the "stupid Americans", one wonders to whom is he referring?

Certainly not conservatives and independents that attended Town Hall meeting across the country protesting the passage of the law.

 

Certainly not the Republican Party that did not cast a single vote for the law.

Certainly not moderate Democrats in Massachusetts that elected Scott Brown to be the deciding single vote in the Senate to defeat the law, which was negated by Nancy's Pelosi's Reconciliation loophole treachery.

So exactly, who was fooled?

It would appear that the Democrats were making fools of some of their own party members along with their own loyal left wing base such as unions and the Hollywood crowd. So if we understand this correctly, the progressive Democrats lied, schemed and snickered with utter disrespect behind the backs of people  that handed them donations, cheered at their speeches, voted for their re-elections and believed that "Hope and Change" was real and by going "Forward" they would be able to keep their healthcare plans and doctors.

And the deception worked incredible well, until Jonathan Gruber filled with the schoolboy excitement of deceiving the fearsome principle had to brag. Now the President and Democrats leaders Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are trying to pretend they don't know what a Gruber is, as they equally try to paint him as a small, crazy, and tangentially involved ACA aide, versus architect. 

As Homicide Hunter Detective Joe Kenda would say "Well my, my, my now I'm interested." 

The President and the Democrat Party have been exposed as a progressive gang of thugs that perpetrated fraud on the taxpayer. From day one Obamacare was a conspiratorial plan.

 These progressive zealots hijacked Congress, tricked the Supreme Court, denied a full congressional vote and vetting of their scheme all because they have the collusion of a corrupt media that is also filled with progressives.

Their deceptive power, like a cult was dependent on all their progressive followers staying loyal, being discreet and only whispering the truth in the back rooms of private settings. But one of their devout  members and a rising mastermind of deception, has a vanity vice.   

Similar to the narrating character in Poe's The Tell-Tale Heart, Jonathan Gruber exposes the Democrats and the administration's ghastly deeds to pass Obamacare  by insisting that their crooked logic and brilliant subterfuge was necessary and righteous.  Gruber spoke with as much relish for his role in the ACA conspiracy as the narrator in Poe's short story praised his own diabolical murder.

"Now this is the point. You fancy me mad. Madmen know nothing. But you should have seen me. You should have seen how wisely I proceeded--with what caution--with what foresight--with what dissimulation I went to work!"

We, the public, are the old man with a vulture's eye that was stuffed under the floorboards.

Gruber is a gift of revelation, divulging the secret mindset of the current progressive Democrat political Party that abhors our Constitution, detests moderates and conservatives and betrays its own base for outcomes. The ideologically corrupt media intends to bury their treachery by silence and hope the public's memories will fade before the next election. But then you would have to be a "stupid" voter to ever trust the Democrat cult party. They stupidly assume that their fraud of 2012,negates the results of 2010 and 2014. 

 

Yet, thump, thump, pound, pound, beat, beat, louder, louder, do you hear that?

That is the sound of patriot's hearts beating to the ears of an insane Washington tyranny.

 

Pump, pump, boom, boom, bang, bang, louder, louder, do you not hear that?

Yes, we are alive and eager to emerge from the woodwork.

 We are alert, and with our eagle's eyes locked down on the progressive prey, we will wait, perhaps impatiently, but wait, until we can swoop down again in 2016.  

THE DEMOCRATS HAVE THE OBAMA POLITICAL VIRUS

Sane Americans are scratching their heads in confounded stupor as the administration in the White House continues to leave the country open for the importation of a deadly disease. 

Ironic that as our border lays open to all those wishing to come to the United States both legally and illegally, that may be carrying deadly pandemic illness, while the Agriculture Department is still stopping those unlawful fruits and stuffed animals from crossing our border. Yet no travel ban on deadly Ebola virus.

Obama's refusal to order a travel ban on the countries infected is without a rational, logical reason yet we Americans are told not to panic. When do we panic Mr. President? When Ebola infects a grade school? When Ebola infects a city neighborhood? Just when are we Americans suppose to panic?

Isolation and quarantine is the only course of action with a deadly and virulent illness to ensure it does not spread. Indeed, it was the reason for forming the CDC in the first place, yet Washington has become such a political brothel that ineptitude is not the only thing diseased in our bureaucracies; partisan patronage has overtaken government officials as they abdicate their oath to serve the Constitution. 

Apologists suggest, somewhat rightfully, that the President of the United States does not control all the multiply agencies in Washington, and should not be blamed for failures of these bureaucracies.

However, whether you are president of the United States, president of a large corporation or head of your household, your actions and responses once you discover ineptness, misconduct and or criminal activity, is where the "buck stops" and rests solely and squarely on your shoulders to address. 

Denying awareness that your son, Johnny, threw a baseball and broke your neighbor's window might be understandable, but refusing to punish Johnny and pay for the broken glass is now your irresponsible mess. Examples are set, or not, accountability is taken, or not, leadership is shown, or not, hence the blame is yours, or not.  

      

Obama and the Democrat Party have the controls, and their destructive policy making has caused Americans to be economically depressed, socially repressed and our international influence, regressed.  Americans want honesty and sanity to return to Washington. Obama has become toxic for Democrats this election season.

Therefore Democrat Senators, House members, governors and state legislators seeking re-election or first terms seats, have no interest in hiring the oval office teleprompter to attend their campaign rallies. They have banned their leftist messiah from contaminating their campaigns and tainting them with the liberal sickness. The disaffection for liberal policies has made candidates desperate to try and convince voters that their views are not aligned with the President. It has become so bad in fact, that only those Democrats actively bashing Obama have any hope to re-gain their seat. 

Most Americans understand the game Democrats always play this time of year, election year. The game is simple, study the polls, find out what voters like and dislike, then claim credit for what voter's like and distance themselves from what voters dislike.

The problem this year for the Democrats is that there is little if anything voters like about Obama's policies and the Democrat led direction that has embroiled the country into a fire pit of vulnerability. 

Make no mistake, the Democrat Party is the President's Party, the Harry Reid Party and the Nancy Pelosi Party. It is a progressive liberal Party, a radical Alinsky political party and an extremely unified party that has not sided politically, with any policies, other than Obama's damning policies.

Therefore, when these Democrats, claim that they vote independently in Congress, or that if you re-elect them that they will in the future, don't be fooled and swindled by their campaign spin.

Voters need to know the symptoms and virulent nature of the infection called the Obama  political virus;

Democrats have an allergy against free enterprise, fossil fuel energy, private healthcare and limited government.

Democrats have a nauseated view of American sovereignty in which they continue to gag voters by pushing amnesty for illegal aliens.

Democrats suffer from rabid masochistic political correctness and multicultural thinking that always undermines America's protection in order to not insult the sensibilities of other nations. 

Democrats are immune to constitutional restraints on their power and will always endeavor to grow government and pass unlawful laws and regulations.

Democrats can't swallow the anti-terrorists  prescription that wages war on radical Islam. Instead of aggressively attacking the jihadists terrorists and the mosques that condone terrorism, they promote the myth of Islam as peaceful and call Americans a made up word; Islamaphobic.  

Democrats have complete paralysis when it comes to accepting responsibility, accountability, suffering consequences for actions and shame. Blaming Republicans has become their overused excuse while they repeat the mindlessness cry of racism on every issue with a Tourette's syndrome lack of restraint.  

Finally, Democrats are addicted to socialist ideology that undermines the traditional family, Judeo-Christian values,  states' rights and personal responsibility for one's success and happiness. From minimum wage to banning guns, from gay marriage to silencing the pulpits they have a political agenda hostile to what has made America exceptional and this party is exceptionally determined to alter our future toward destruction of our constitutional Republic.   

 Wash your hands before and after you go to the polls, vote out this diseased Party and wash them out of power in our government. American voters need to isolate the progressive virus (Democrat Party), recover from the feverous delusion that American values are dead, and start vaccinating the next generation against leftist anti-American ideology.

YOU CAN’T BLAME A TWO SIDED COIN

For decades the Democrat Party has promoted their socialized big government policies on the American people, and deftly managed to get feckless members of the GOP to join them. When those policies failed to deliver or came up scandalized they always had the ability to blame the GOP.

The Democrat’s excuses were numerous but predictably pre-cast protests. One familiar excuse was that the GOP resisted raising the revenue for the program and therefore its failure was caused by underfunding. It might be considered a lame excuse for any paying attention, but it has worked for Democrats with the sound-bite information voter.

Another deflection deception by the Democrats for their failed policies was that the legislation did not go far enough. They blamed the GOP for watering down their Bill to the point that it stalled and sputtered its effectiveness.

The Democrat’s remedy to all of their failed policies has always been twofold, double down on the funding and undue the Republican amendments to their bills that wrecked the workability of their otherwise successful plans.

 

Yet, what do they say now that the American people know that Obamacare is wholly a Democrat Bill? There is not one GOP fingerprint on that bill. It is their healthcare reform bill, their scheme of funding, their rules and regulatory dictates without a peep of input from the GOP.

Well, we see that Obama and the Democrats are desperate to seek a scapegoat. Their usual straw man is absent from the room. So guess who Obama and the Democrats are trying to pin their donkey tail on the excrement leaking from their uni-corny healthcare bill?

Yes, the insurance companies, the same companies that jumped into bed with the Democrats out of lust and fear. Americans should not feel sympathy for those Insurance companies, but we should know that they are getting screwed. Why did they agree to lie in bed with Democrats to begin with, you might ask?

Well, here is the short simple basic answer; greed and control. You see, the insurance industry knew that the Congress was going to pass legislation governing their industry sooner or later. They knew that some of the proposals being kicked around by both Democrats and Republicans would hurt their profits.

Therefore, it is like a child being told by parents that their room will be cleaned, either the child will clean it, or the parent will come in and clean it. The child knows if the parent cleans it then they will throw out their prized possessions not appreciating the treasures and treating them as trash. 

The Democrats allowed the insurance companies to write Obamacare under their editorial approval. This allowed the big insurance companies two benefits. One the insurance companies would have more control over their own fate. Two, these big insurance players would be able to handcuff their smaller competitors legislating them to fail under Obamacare and then gobble them up and to grow and get bigger. The fact is the Democrats have screwed those insurance companies. Well, suffice to say pity, is the last thing Americans should feel for any companies in bed with Washington.

Americans knew that Obamacare was not written by Senators and or House members especially when Nancy Pelosi intoned the infamous oxymoron “We have to pass it, to know what’s in it.”  Yet cynically, the Democrats and the White House made fools of both the insurance companies and the American people.

They knew that they needed a bridge to cross the country’s private insurance market ocean before they could institute a single payer government run healthcare system like Europe. Deviously they intend, and still do by the way, to tank the big insurance companies profits (by regulating them to fail) then get Congress to come to their bail out rescue.

Once the government takes over WellPoint, Cigna, Aetna, Humana and United Healthcare as it did General Motors then passing a single payer plan is easy. Americans will be duped into believing in free healthcare even though as we all know nothing is free. The cost of every commodity in the American marketplace will skyrocket with increased taxes in order to pay for the single payer or national healthcare. Worse the quality of healthcare will take a nose dive.

The Democrats assumed that they had snookered enough American and that the website would be functional, such so the sheeple would flock to sign up for Obamacare’s exchanges and it would be popular even though some would be unhappy by cancelled policies. In fact Obama and some Democrats still believe they can sell this turkey forward. Sorry but this tofu turkey and all its fixins can’t be blame on the GOP.

Did Obama lie? Did Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat Party lie? Wake up Americans, they not only lied they are still lying to you about this fraudulent bill that dances with the devil of details. This is a one sided coin in a con game that is still being tossed in the air to decide America’s future.

The bill has never been constitutional regardless of Justice John Roberts legislating from the bench that a penalty is now known in our English language as a synonym for a tax. Next time you get a speeding ticket, or watch a football game you might as well call your ticket a tax and the referee’s flag for a face mask grab, a 15 yard tax. 

Obamacare needs to be repealed. Obamacare needs to be seen for what it is, a fraud. The Democrats need to be told again by the electorate that we don’t want a single payer big government solution to healthcare as we expressed in 2010. This time we need to work extra hard to cull the cancer of liberal ideology that threatens our nation’s foundational free market and small government history.

Democrats have no shame. They continue to lie about Obamacare, when they ask that it be fixed. How do you fix a con game? How do you fix a rigged outcome? When should you expect a coin to come up heads when it has tails on both sides?

Obamacare isn’t a train wreck it was a planned crash of the private market that just imploded years before it was intended to blow up. Don’t be fooled by the Democrats that are falsely feigning both ignorance and sympathy for the millions suffering shrapnel, they are still playing their con game.
