SEPARATION OF POWERS HUNGRY PARTY POLITICS

The separation of powers is a strategic foundation, in our tri-cameral form of Republic. It allows both equality of power, between the branches, and an oversight responsibility, over the others as well.
The Democrat Party apparently has lost its ability to, not only understand our Constitution, but they fail to respect, either the Judiciary or the Executive branch, especially, if Democrats don’t own the power, in all three branches.

The Tenure of office act was a law passed by Congress in 1867 that required the Executive branch to win Senate approval, of the firing of any cabinet position in the White House. In other words, Congress usurped the constitutional powers of a president to fire his cabinet appointees. They reasoned that because the Senate was allowed, per the Constitution to approve of presidential choices, it was unwritten yet implied, that Congress had the right to approve or disapprove any dismissals, by the Executive branch. This liberal progressive seer-like logic interpretation, of our framers words, has led to a number of wayward walks, off our Constitution’s clear path.

Congress impeached Andrew Johnson over their unconstitutional grab of power, until the Tenor of Office Act was repealed in 1887, however, it wasn’t officially ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, until 1926. (Myers v. United States)

The Senate had constitutional authority to approve cabinet nominees but no expressed power beyond that, to require a President, to check in with Congress when firing a cabinet officer.

Democrats and Republicans that do not understand the Constitution and infer powers not expressly stated in our Constitution, have been playing fast and loose with Americans rights, creating unconstitutional government bureaucracies (Department of Education) and distorting the power of the majority versus minority, in our three branches of government.

The Trump impeachment by the House of Representatives was a partisan, dangerous and complete political treachery of our system, stepping on the separation of powers, which was expressly designed, to keep the corruption of one branch from infecting all other branches and the country as a whole.

Congress has no authority to suggest that the exercise of executive privilege, by Trump’s cabinet officials to not testify, to an impaneled witch hunting committee, using invalid subpoenas, was, is, or would ever be, an admission of obstruction of Congress. Nor, does the asking by Trump of a foreign leader, (Ukraine Zelensky), to investigate a public statement by a former vice-President (Joe Biden), that he extorted Ukraine’s previous administration, to fire a prosecutor undertaking an investigation, of a company (Burisma) where the vice-President son (Hunter Biden) was receiving inflated financial gain, constitute abuse of power.

The absurdity of the charges actually makes the impeachment of Andrew Johnson based on the Office of Tenure Act, seem more legitimate.

As Americans watch the impeachment proceedings three things become exceedingly clear and frightfully painful to discover.

One, the complete lack of comprehension on the part of our so-called representatives to understand our Constitution, as exampled in Maxine Waters statement that, “Impeachment is, what Congress says, it is.”

Two, the argument by the House Managers, Schiff and Nadler especially, that Trump officials exercising their rights, granted in the Constitution, to have a judge decide whether they should uphold the Executive branch privilege or submit to Congress’s subpoena to testify, proves guilt on the part of Trump and his administration. Put in other terms, these men have flipped the jurisprudence script to one that reads, you are guilty, until you prove and protest your innocence.

Three that the impeachment charges brought before the Senate, should have been quickly, and summarily thrown out on multiple grounds, if we truly had smart, fair and constitutional loyal representatives in our government.

There were no “high crimes and misdemeanors” in the House’s case. There was no evidence of Trump seeking personal gain. There is no blanket immunity given any presidential primary candidate (Joe Biden) from investigation into corruption of office. Otherwise every criminal would run for office to escape questions about their crimes. There can’t be abuse of Congress for exercising privilege not to testify, (Separation of Power) especially when the subpoenas issued by Congress were in fact, invalid.

The fact that Americans endured a torturous defaming of Trump by politically motivated party members, publically smearing his name and by default snubbing the electorate that support his presidency, shows how dangerously off the rails, the political left has become in this country.
Our government has yet to punish those that rigged the 2016 election, spied on private citizens, obtained warrants through lies and fraudulent means and handcuffed the first two years of the electorate choice for Commander in Chief, with a phony criminally engineered Russian conspiracy sham.

Americans were not fooled in 2016, and Americans are not being fooled in 2020, but will three times be a charm?

Unless the electorate makes the Democrats and never-Trumpers, pay for their lies and abuse of government power, this will continue to strain our Republic. And given the utter ignorance of some of our members of Congress, can we entrust them with the future of our Republic?

If these Congress men and women are dumb as rocks, then vote them out, they are dangerous. If instead, you view them as corrupt and power hungry, then again vote them out, because our Republic’s fate, our country’s legacy, our children’s freedom, should never be in the hands of evil morons.

TRUMP IS THE SWAMP SLAYER

For all those independents still sitting on a wobbly fence about whom to elect in 2020, there is a very significant shift in Trump's message of late. He has been attacking the swamp, otherwise known as the Washington elites, and their corrupt stranglehold on our government.

Only Trump is calling out the swamp dwellers. Only Trump is ignoring their threats. Only Trump has the cheek, the gall and the righteous recklessness to shame them in public, and vow to stay out of their puppeteering clutches.

So if you're an independent because you think all politicians are corrupt, on both sides of the aisle, then you must love, that the President is calling them out. If you're an independent because you think the system is rigged, and that both parties control whom you are allowed to vote for in any given election, then you must love, that President Trump is hated by both. If you're an independent because you refuse to believe in an ideological platform, or refuse to be labeled as a partisan voter, and think each candidate should be chosen on their own merits, then you must love, to finally have a candidate like Trump.

How can you not appreciate a President, a candidate, a non-politician that refuses to be bought, extorted, cowered, and deterred by the myriads of enemies in Washington. How can you not be excited to see, what has been missing for a long time in politics, a man who means what he says, and says, what he means. How can you not be proud, that our President, has proven to be a voice from the dark tunnel of Washington, finally echoing the half century baying calls, of the forgotten American Middle-Class.

He has accomplished much without the help of a feckless GOP and a completely seditious DNC. Imagine what he could achieve for the people, if we gave him the majority in the House, and increased his majority in the Senate?

We have been living under a mafia government for decades, that has robbed our children of their entrepreneurial dreams, shipped our jobs overseas, burdened us all with unsustainable debt, written laws that only we the people are subject to, while they are either exempted from or excused from prosecution because of their elite status.

Lying to the electorate has become their art form. Backroom deals are only disclosed when it is too late to undue their damage. Padding their portfolios with insider trading, land deals connected to transportation bills, and phony foundations and charity organizations to enhance their private bank accounts.

Washington has been a swamp for many years, but not until recently has it become so pervasive, that it is hard to find any politician, un-tethered to its pole pushing raft, as new candidates negotiate through the Washington sewer system. An expanding swamp made greater in area and endless in depth, by a colluding and corrupt media, that cleans the Democrat's crocodile's teeth, like dutiful Egyptian Plover birds.

We have too few watchdogs in journalism today. Our so-called watchdog Press, that has no bark, no bite, no tail and no integrity, whatsoever. The corporate owned Media is the new lobbyists group, that is loyal to the swamp, the elites, the Deep State and the Democrat Party.

So if ever there was a time and place to drain the swamp, it is now. If ever there was a man we could trust, it is now, with this President. If ever we could demand actual reform for the electorate, it is now, by giving this President, Donald J. Trump the majority he needs, to slay the rats, snakes and swamp things, that have polluted our government for far too long.

THE SWAMP WATER FLOWS LEFT AND RIGHT.

The recent Democrat uproar, over Trump's supposed Ukraine extortion, is another example of the pot calling the kettle black. Trump is being accused not of bribery, extortion for money, or enriching his financial portfolio, but rather speaking to the Ukrainians, about their desire to expose the corruption of Joe Biden. According to Democrats, that is an impeachable act.

To most Americans, it is a confounding and contorting narrative, that perplexes even the most cynical and disillusioned voters. How can the exposure of criminality become a greater crime, than the crime?

Apparently, only to Democrats, can the exposure of crime, be an impeachable offense. The Democrats have become a Trump lynch mob, lighting their torches and sneaking into the dark night, hoping to catch President, Donald J. Trump, in any perceived criminal compromised position.

The problem they have however, is profoundly obvious and absurd, in that, Trump's election was all about, the voter's desire to have a real swamp slayer. A bonafide non-politician, such as Trump, that would push back against the creatures from the Washington black lagoon.

It isn't an accident or a miracle coincidence, that so many politicians in Washington, came into office poor or middle class, and have ended up multi-millionaires seemingly overnight. It isn't a surprise to an electorate, that have watched these politicians sell out American interests, while their portfolios have grown. It isn't lost on the American public that Congress can insider trade, while the rest of America would be prosecuted, for that same activity.

No the swamp is real, the D.C. swamp creatures are real, and their hatred for Trump very real, indeed, similar to the Mafia's hatred of the FBI's organized crime task force. Trump is a threat to their sinister, greedy, unethical business plans, and if they are exposed, voters will exact their worst nightmare upon those swamp members, defeat at the polls.

Our Department of Justice is anemic, and our current FBI is too busy, trying to bury its own crooked probes, unwilling to expose the corruption of dirty politicians, fearing both will drown in their marshland of mud. Our country is so steeped in the foul swamp waters of political graft, that even good guys and gals in Congress have muck in their waders, causing their protests to be silent, over their degenerate colleagues.

It isn't just Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton that have  international bribery problems, in which they have sold Americans, down the river for coin, Mitch McConnell leader of the Senate, and his wife Elaine Chao, Transportation Secretary, have a conflicted financial connection to China. Elaine Chao's family has a shipping company called the Foremost Group. The claim is that the McConnell's do not own any interest in that shipping company, but isn't that the same claim that Biden makes about his son's businesses?

The bribery loophole that does not include family and friends of politicians, and has allowed the receiving of gifts or financial gain to enrich the extended family of swamp dwellers, has been a long held swamp secret. As long as a politician can claim that they are not directly benefitting from financial graft, everybody looks the other way, and coughs.

So why is Trump being treated so badly, by not just the swamp Democrats, but by his own party member's silence, and their inadequate defense of our President, amid the left's phony attacks?

Well, simple. Trump is the outsider, Trump is the man with clean boots, Trump doesn't have the long history of marsh mucking, and double dealing profiteering, that those in Congress have exploited for years. Trump is boorish to them, because he is green to the ways, of the Beltway bribery. His mere presence in the swamp scares all the corrupt politicians hiding under the muck, worried that their abuses of power, their shady dealings and their money making schemes, will be exposed, and it makes them angry that Trump won't join their club.

For those that think that the public's cliff note, shorthand slogans, such as Swamp, Deep State, and Washington Elitism, are just exaggerated anger, at a dysfunctional Congress, think again.

The electorate has suspected the growing corruption of Washington and now knows it to be abundant. They have seen the bank accounts of politicians grow, while their salaries shrink. They have seen citizens prosecuted, while politicians committing the same crimes, receive nary a criticism. They have seen American politicians, promise equitable law changes, only to learn that the politicians exempted themselves, from that same law.

No, the swamp is an equal opportunity corrupter. It takes all prisoner. It is sinister, conniving and determined to keep its corrupt crew, safe, operational and beyond dismantling.

Trump has to wade into the right side of the swamp, but there is no correct side of the swamp, as he stands on a small ait, amid the murky, dark, dank, and immoral sewer, called, Washington politics.
