MUCH TO DO ABOUT NOTHING

The left and its liberal media has an agenda. It has a standard playbook that uses smear to cower conservative politicians and it has been effective in the past. It has been a very successful strategy against the weak spine of the GOP, so they assume, their pompous power will be able to ruin the Trump administration. However, Trump isn't a typical GOP politician, and his supporters are not Beltway elitists, but rather a cross section of  American patriots that say to political establishment, better "think again."

Flynn didn't get pushed out of the Trump administration because of the media, and the seditious criminal traitors in our intelligence agencies that leaked classified information, Flynn threw Pence under the bus, by not being completely candid, and that was his unforgivable and regrettable mistake.

It had nothing to do with the media's comical smears that Trump is in league with the Russians. Nothing to do with the false and laughable finger pointing by Progressive Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, that Flynn was a "scapegoat" for a Putin Trump conspiracy ring. It is once again a Progressive tactic of projection. The Democrat Party's computers were hacked by the Russians during the election, not the GOP. It was  Hillary Clinton's foundation that was embroiled in a Russian scandal, not Donald Trump's foundation.

Our Justice Department and the FBI have yet to explain why Clinton's obvious conflict of interests arising out of being Secretary of State and collecting donations to her foundation at the same time, isn't public office corruption that needs criminal investigating. That's because Holder, Lynch and Comey under Obama, swept Democrat scandals under the White House rugs. I don't hear Pelosi or Schumer raging about that unconscionable Russian uranium deal, as problematic, did you?

The real Russian conspiracy scandal, is that when Hillary was Secretary of State, she allowed approval for a Canadian company called Uranium One to be sold to Russia. The Uranium One company sale from Canada to Russia gave the Russians controlling interests, in uranium mines from Kazakhstan to Wyoming. In essence, America is now fueling Russia's nuclear programs, literally.

Meanwhile the Clinton's foundation was paid (bribes totaling $2.35 million) prior to her approval of that sale, and the donors were not disclosed in the Foundation's financial records. Hillary's Russian connection under-mined (pun intended) our national security, while she was Secretary of State, but, has made few headlines, and fewer calls by Progressive Democrats to be investigated. Yet they want Americans to believe in a Trump/Russian conspiracy?

Even if Flynn is cozy with Russia (no proof) that still doesn't constitute any smoking gun connection to Trump. Yet we do know that, Hillary's shady double dealing with Russia and our national security interests in uranium, has both smoke and a dumpster fire of hot sky licking flames of cold cynical factual connected dots, of malfeasance, that Progressive Democrats, ignore.

The progressive media has covered Hillary's breach of public office, right? This act of bribed treason was in all the national headlines and hammered over and over, to force an investigation of the Clintons by Obama's authorities, right? This blatant act of corruption and betrayal of our national security along with her misuse of office, involving the Russians is a priority of Progressives as much as their speculation is about General Flynn's mere phone calls, right?

No, of course not, media and Progressives only write stories, and use their soapbox to highlight, projected speculation, gossiping smear and over the top detracting rhetoric, against Trump, conservatives and all others that don't agree with their politics. Meanwhile real sedition is kept dark, secret and wiped away with more than a cloth.

The people responsible for our national security in the intelligence agencies of our government, that leaked the Flynn conversations with the Russian ambassador to the media, need to be caught, prosecuted and be given the maximum sentence.

The spying and tattle telling on Americans, is creepy, criminal and concisely why, Americans distrust our government, media and partisan civil servants. It is precisely why Americans call Washington, a swamp.

Americans are not surprised that Trump is experiencing the Astroturf protesting marches, the media smear campaigns, the hostile leaks from the Obama holdovers still in office and the accusatory criticisms by the establishment politicians. They are swamp dwellers. They are swamp lovers. They are bitter, angry swamp rats fearful that their mucky water of underhanded double dealing might be purified by the sunlight of honesty, integrity and honorable representation. For if the swamp is drained, then they will be exposed and shamed out of office. That scares them into the corner and creates the nasty biting attacks we are seeing in the Beltway.

Not to worry, the public knows there are as many snakes, as rats in Washington, and soon the fight will be between evil and eviler.

So, sure, the progressives will try their best to depict the Trump administration as in chaos and turmoil, because of Flynn's resignation, but it seems a better replacement was made, in General H.R. McMaster.

So, sure, they will tout victory because Trump's immigration suspension has been temporally foiled, by a unruly 9th district federal court that plays politics with our Constitution, handing rights to non-citizens, but the long term impact will more likely backfire against this judicial hubris.

So, sure, the criminal leakers in the intelligence agencies that gossiped national secrets to the media about the Flynn/ Russian conversations, might quietly bask in smugness that they ruined the General's reputation and forced his resignation. But, Flynn will be remembered by the public as a patriot that served his country well, and unfortunately, got tangled in the slimy swamp of Washington politics.

Finally, we are more than sure, that Progressives in Congress along with their bed fellows in the media, will use every shenanigan tactic they can muster to try and thwart the Trump policies going forward, but in the end, all of those red herring fake news stories and conspiracy claims will fall upon the public's ears as just more proof. More proof that Obama's Democrats had plenty of time to fix the economy, fix national security, fix the debt burden and increase the well being of Americans and they chose instead to bash Americans, call everyone a racists and transform us into a third rate nation of dependent dupes.

Given all the scandals in the last eight years, from Fast and Furious, Benghazi and the IRS targeting, when did Democrats ever call for a real investigation into these serious abuses? When did they ever seek a true accounting that involved the death of Americans at the hands of our own government?

No, the "Murine" running down the eyes of Charles Schumer wasn't for agent Brian Terry, wasn't for Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods or Glen Doherty. For those scandals in which Americans died, the Democrats did little and said next to nothing.

In fact, the Progressives and their lapdog media is all, much to do about nothing. The left stands for nothing but what voters have rejected. America voted for Trump because people are tired of being promised something and handed nothing after the election. Trump has the support of the public, and that is something "yuge."

It is something Progressives and the media desperately desire. It is something people who continue to sell nothing but fake frenzy can't acquire. Most importantly, it is something that can't be stolen from Trump and the public, because in less than a month in office, Trump has already started the policies that will "make America great again."

LAME DUCKS GROW AMID POLITICAL QUACKERY

The term lame duck in American politics historically has been defined as the period of months when a sitting President awaited his leave of office between the November election of a new President and the official inauguration in January. Yet, it has come to include all politicians serving in their offices after their defeat at the polls.

The origin of the term references nature in that a lame duck would not be able to keep up with his flock and therefore would be a target for predators. Given that in politics, political parties are like flocks, an outgoing politician has little influence and is generally ignored. Indeed, a loyal out-going party member is expected start working on a smooth torch passing transition along with not acting or using their remaining power to stir controversy.

What has once been seen as an obvious political condition of paralysis due to election results, has now transcended into a political strategy of cowardly inaction, played by both sides of the aisle before upcoming elections.

The current thinking by both Democrats and Republican Party leaders is that in the many months prior to an election it would be foolhardy to introduce divisive legislation or make fractious public policy while voters are in contemplation. Both political parties fear doing anything significant because it might alienate their base of supporters and alter the outcome of the election to their disfavor.

"Wag the dog" was a fictional movie about a president embroiled in scandal using the political diversion tactic of going to war to redirect media coverage. The title's inspiration originated with an old expression "tail wagging the dog" to convey an opposite shift of normal control. It appears to many critics of modern American politics that instead of our media being the watch dog over political wrongdoing it has become the whimpering dog that only barks when it's owner (Obama) prompts it.

Today given the alignment of mainstream media to the current administration, and our political parties in Washington in pre-election paralysis, Americans are increasingly disgusted as we watch our country being roiled with crises after crises while our leadership hides under their partisan beds.

Lame and duck are two words that aptly describes the political failure of our current representative  leadership in all three branches of government. The President's lame actions against ISIS along with his administration's continued denial of the western world's war on Islamic radicalism are no more than political stunts for election appearances. It allows him to appease his leftist base that detests wars while fooling independents that he is defending the country against the bad guys.

Meanwhile afraid of their own shadow casting too large a specter before November elections, our Congress has been AWOL. The President's voodoo doll Harry Reid has manipulated the Senate chamber into a long running episode of the "Walking Dead" where House Bills go to die on his desk.

Let's not forget the Supreme Court that refused to hear any appeal cases on gay marriage laws versus states' rights to ban them. Some argue that the court held off because not all the cases involved in the dispute have made their way up the judicial ladder and therefore the court is waiting until the last moment to address the issue. That means that for all intensive purposes gay marriage will become by default, both legal and inexorably over time impossible to overturn.  Well now, doesn't that sound like a lame duck and a dodge to you?

We live in a smaller world made so by global corporate trade, world financial markets and transient citizenship that no longer respects borders, boundaries and privacy rights. The traditional patriotic American is now under siege by the importation of the world's problems welcomed on our shores by corrupt representatives seeking only to raise money to hold power.

Who is the tail wagging the dog today? So we must ask ourselves who is the head of the dog? Where is the head of the dog? Why can't the dog's head control its tail anymore in America?

The politicians are waiting for us, "We the People" to vote in a few short weeks, and yes, we are the head of the alpha dog. We have been leashed and chained by our wanna-be-our-masters (progressives) long enough. Time to growl, snap and bare our canine teeth, time to sic the Democrat Party that seeks to undermine our Constitution and our sovereignty.

Yet amid the political paralysis and "tail- wagging- the- dog" antics by Washington, the world grows more sinister, and the threats to our nation don't wait for election results. The terrorists are certainly not waiting. The Ebola virus is certainly not waiting.  The illegal aliens pouring over our borders are not waiting. The high cost of living, the shrinking of good paying jobs and the cultural diminishment of our values are all not waiting. Instead, for once, we the electorate are waiting for our own voices of reason to a government run by inept ideologues.

We can't act stupidly, by sitting on our hands and not voting for a Republican candidate out of protest for a lost primary race (Mississippi). We can't let Democrats win by voting for a long shot independent candidate that drains the votes needed by the Republican on the ticket. We must win and grab the Senate from Harry Reid and make this President quack and waddle.

Only after 730 days go by, (every two years) do "We the People" have the opportunity to bark the truth, scare away the quacks and reintroduce the lame duck lawmakers; to who really owns the watchdog's tail, head and all the parts in-between.  The American electorate must show Washington, that yes, our bark is loud and our bite is always to be feared.

New Year, New Battle, New Fight, New Frontier

The time has come for a meeting of like-minded Americans to come together on the critical core political issues and leave the minor nuances of differences aside. The push back against Washington elitism and corruption called the Tea Party Movement has been successful but is under-performing compared to its potential.

The reasons for underachievement are many but two obstacles still stand in the path of the people’s success. First, the demonizing campaign by media, the DNC and factions in the RNC seeking to dissuade voters from associating with the Tea Party Movement has been influencing too many discouraged voters.  Calling patriotic Americans “Wacko” birds, purists, anarchists and racists is purposefully done to discourage the growth of an informed reform minded electorate.

The second obstacle blocking the political reform progress has been a lack of cohesive unity by conservatives, libertarians and independents that agree on common core issues but continue to fracture their vote. Whether the mistake is voting out of selfish alliance to a single issue or ignorance of how Party holds power not the individual politician both locally and nationally.

The first obstacle must be addresses by the individual American, show your independent pioneer spirit by refusing to be politically labeled or be cowed by name calling.  The Tea Party Movement has been a problematic issue because many Americans wrongly see it as a third party. It is not a party but rather an agitate movement to reform political corruption both nationally and locally. However, the power brokers in both parties have managed to demonize the Tea Party name and use the vanity weakness in people to cause fear of association and or apathy toward reform.

It matters little if the Tea Party was called the “Conservatarians” or the “Libervatives” or some other identifying tag, both entrenched established corrupt political parties would find a way to disparage reform. The Tea Party Movement is quite frankly, part of the traditional American electorate that seeks honorable representation, common sense policies, fiscal sanity and faithful adherence to our Constitution and American values. Don’t concern yourself with labels.

The Tea Party is not a secret club, replete with a special handshake and blood brother cutting rituals to prove loyalty. It is not an outlaw redoubt where political extremists plot mayhem. It is not a top down controlled organization that demands subservience of members. Rather, the Tea Party Movement is a town square gathering of Americans fed up with elected politicians that through either ignorance or arrogance seek to diminish our country’s core belief in individual freedom or a band of patriots.

Most importantly the Tea Party Movement is a self-reflective responsible assemblage of voters keenly aware that the electorate has been the enabler of political corruption. We the People elected these scamsters into office and we the electorate must be more savvy voters to ensure that we both rid government of these representative frauds and not be fooled by new faces faking and deceiving us.

The liberal media and the national DNC and RNC have a vested interest in keeping their status quo. They embrace low information voters because they know an intelligent electorate will not tolerate their navel-gazing corruption. We need to stop focusing on a name, label or brand and instead sell the truth to voters.
Call yourself what you want but it simply comes down to two ideological choices, top-down big government bully-club control (Democrats) or free markets, limited government and individual rights as our Constitution intended. The Republican Party is filled with good legislators but unfortunately it also contains traitors.

Reform requires a battle on two fronts, defeating the main threat to your freedoms the socialists Democrat Party in the general election and weed out their enabling cohorts in the Republican Party in the primary.
The fact is that most Americans agree on the core principles of freedom but do not know how to come together at the ballot box to produce an outcome that supports honorable representation and principled constitutional adherence. The biggest hurdle for reform is the lack of understanding that Party not individual politician holds the power.

The current Democrat Party contains few moderates and those that exist have no sway with this far left party. We are in an ideological battle against the Democrat Party that seeks to undermine the Bill of Rights and contort and re-write our Constitution. We can’t win the fight if the electorate continues to elect Democrat candidates to office claiming they are different, independent-minded or conservative. The Democrat Party will either make them keel their vote or marginalize that vote. We equally can’t win the reform fight if we continue to re-elect or elect fraudulent Republicans who claim to be conservative but sell us out with their votes in state Houses or Congress.

It is time for Americans to recognize that the reason we have a government that is corrupt, over regulatory, wasteful, burdensome and a threat to our way of life is our own fault. We the People have been manipulated, indoctrinated, fooled, cowed, deceived and taught to vote for the silver tongued political rock star instead of understanding what team he or she plays for and what principles they hold.

Team or Party is where the real power lies in our Republic and we will continue to be under the thumb of big government until we defeat the Party (Democrat) that wishes to grow government and destroy our long held history of hard fought rights and freedoms.

Stop believing the political lies spewed by leftist media and the DNC about the Tea Party and the Republican Party and just ask yourself some simple basic questions before you head to your ballot box. If the Democratic Party is pro-choice, why is their solution to every problem in America taking away your choice, to own or not own a gun, to have or not have insurance, to use or not use incandescent bulbs, to speak politically correct or be out casted? Which political party supports Obamacare and seeks to keep expanding government in endless programs to destroy individual achievement, independence and freedom.

It is a really simple answer and it is a real simple solution. Stop supporting the big government Democrat Party and see American ingenuity, creativity, economy opportunity bubble up from the people. Hard working Americans built America and the socialist’s welfare selling Democrat Party is tearing it down brick by brick.

It is time for the electorate to flex its power and slap down political pretenders. 2010 was the shot across the bow, 2012 was a missed opportunity, and now in 2014 we need to take better aim. No politician that doesn’t value and hold faithful to our Bill of Rights and Constitution should never hold political office, ever.
