I DON'T RECALL... BUT WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?

The latest information coming from the FBI's release of Hillary Clinton's interview is disgusting. Her innocence is glaringly missing, and her excuses defy any reaction save, nauseating disbelief.

The gag responses are numerous when one learns more of the details behind the evidence that led to Comey's conclusion that Clinton should not prosecuted. Even though Loretta Lynch did not need the FBI to recommend charges, the Attorney General used Comey's fanciful argument of "intent" and ducked quickly under that transparent sheer veil of corruption.

 After reading through the report one can only feel that Clinton "intended" to shield her correspondence, defy FOIA requirements, destroy public records, use the Secretary of State office as the power opportunity to make millions of tax free dollars for her phony charity foundation, flaunt the rules of classified security and pretend that both she and all her cackling cronies did not know anything.   

There has not been one public statement about her e-mails that has been found to be truthful. Not one! Yet we are told by the FBI director that there was no criminal intent. In fact, Clinton answered either "I don't recall, ...or I don't remember" to just under 40 questions in her FBI interview regarding her e-mail server. When she did have an answer, it has proven to be false, fudged and or just plainly untrue. 

Ask any detective in any major crime investigation about a witness lying to them. Ask if it raises suspicion. Ask if it shows a consciousness of guilt. Ask if people can be both ignorant and deceitful. We all know the answer. We all know that you can't have it both ways. Either you are truthful and ignorant or deeply involved and lying. Hillary played the snakes game of one side of her tongue proclaimed she did not know or understand while the other side of her tongue spit out sly lies to the public.

Hillary didn't fool the public, and Comey can't convince us that Hillary did not intend to secret her correspondence from the scrutiny of the public record because she was selling favors left and right. The evidence of her underhanded illegal misuse of public office is voluminous and continues to mock judicial fairness. 

Yet Washington and the press want us to believe that Clinton was a dumb, dufus Grandma, that even though she had been in government most all of her adult life, she didn't know (C) meant classified. She didn't know that public records meant, that she did not own those records. She didn't know public records were not hers to sort through and decide two years after leaving office what to save and or delete. Neither she nor her camp of legal lackeys, had any right to defile public records. 

Loretta Lynch and James Comey have made a mockery of their official positions to uphold the law. Clinton is either a serial mobster or a completely mad birdbrain that should be institutionalized. Prison or mental institution, take your pick, because Hillary has run out of excuses and any amount of credibility. 

I suspect that if the media found that Clinton's e-mails were on tape, and 18 minutes were erased, (Nixon) they still would be calling it a mishap rather than a scandal. It should show the nation the true savagery of a media only interested in outing the wrongdoing of conservatives while excusing the treachery of all things done under liberalism, Clinton and the Obama White House. 

Clinton claimed to have no knowledge regarding her lawyers deletions of so-called personal e-mails and what criterion was used to make those deletions. She also claims ignorance to knowing that Monica Hanley created an archive of her e-mails beginning in the spring of 2013. An archival laptop and thumb drive that conveniently got lost in the mail right after Clinton's private server was publically exposed. Damn those incompetent mailmen, they are making Hillary look bad, very bad.

 

Perhaps as bad as when it was revealed that Clinton publically claimed she wanted the server so she could just use one device rather than multiple devices, and then "oh snap" the truth oozed out that Clinton used as many as 13 devices. Worse, Hillary's staff used hammers to smash old Blackberry devices no longer in use. All innocent and forthright people destroy their devices with hammers, don't they?

She claims to have no knowledge of her server being wiped. Even though, it was wiped years after she left office, and only directly after the New York Times revealed that she had a private server. Well isn't that just some more dunderheaded bad luck? Or is it the slippery snake slithering off into the tall grass, and escaping justice yet again? Seriously Comey, no intent?

 Americans can't believe a single word that comes out of our corrupt government and that includes all our Senators and Representatives in Congress that should be passing, as I speak, an independent counsel law to lay out the facts in front of a grand jury. They should be excoriating Loretta Lynch for not prosecuting Clinton, with all the "There that is there."Instead, they grovel at the feet of Queen Hillary and ignore their constituents, while they hold hearings to feign outrage. This pretend Congress is no longer fooling the masses.

 

Justice has taken a huge stab into the jugular vein and if Hillary is elected the stabbing will continue into the heart of our constitutional Republic. 

When did it become acceptable for people in public office to become multimillionaires? When did justice become so short sighted? When did the prerequisite resume for the presidency fall so low as to allow this level of deviancy near the inside of the people's house?    

This woman should be wearing orange and instead of fending off press conferences, she should be fending off big burley women seeking know what it is like to be a Clinton connected insider. Justice must chase this women to the grave or it will be the death of our belief in the law, and our Constitution that governs Americans, not the blowhards in Washington.

FEMINIST FEMALE FRAUD

Hillary Clinton's lies have been documented, disproven and disclosed by a number of credible sources and yet she continues to deny, scapegoat others and arrogantly double down on her fallacious fabrications. Her sociopathic lying is neither a disease nor a calculated campaign strategy that is reliant on public ignorance to conjure an alternative narrative from what, the public already acknowledges is the truth. So why does she persist in lying?

We often hear people say "all politicians lie" when talking about the multiple promises bleated out by the candidates during the election cycle. These campaign exaggerations and carefully crafted declaratives on the campaign trail, are relatively similar to our daily barrage of commercial advertisement. Some of those advertisement claims are so fanciful in fact, that the marketers end up mocking their own products, aware that the public is aware, that the claims are so overblown, that it would be foolish to take their hyper-promotion, literally.     

The truth can be illusive in a society that no longer sees a vow as binding, and a promise as an inviolate commitment. Breaking trust once was a shamed act of betrayal, that today is explained as a pivot of opinion. Breaking a promise was once a selfish act of disloyalty, that today is explained as the fault of those naive enough to believe in promises. Lying about everything to everyone was once a defaming resume of character, in which the person's reputation as a pathological liar would outcast them from honorable society, while today we tolerate more and more immorality.

Hillary Clinton is a lawyer. Ironically, the legal profession has always been rightfully or wrongfully the butt of jeers and jokes when it comes to veracity. This profession lives in the world between actuality and proven reality, between circumstantial evidence and alternative narratives, between exacting honesty to a question posed and complete silence to the un-inquired truth. Yet, even Hillary's professional colleagues don't understand her continued insistence to lie, when the facts lay on the table in front of her.

What does it say about the state of our society, government and so called watchdog free press when a consummate, unabashed and completely unapologetic liar, continues to advertise herself, for arguably, the highest office in the world? Not all of her supporters are naive, and gullible voters, that have no clue as to her wanton, unlawful and deceitful double-dealings, and yet many continue to support her contaminated campaign. 

This Hillary support regardless of her complete degenerate duplicity that has been exposed and publicized worldwide, reflects the cultural decline in America that conservative have been lamenting for years. In any other time in American history, someone as brazenly corrupt as Hillary Clinton would be booed and booted off the public stage, let alone be required to defend her actions in a criminal courtroom. Yet, here we are in 2016, facing the possibility that this incredibly vitiated vixen might become our nation's leader.

So why does Hillary continue to lie amid the publically known information that is undeniable? Perhaps the better question is; why are Americans allowing her to lie?    

Why,  when her lies have been documented and exposed is she not called out as liar by the press? Why, is she allowed to continually promulgate this perjurious snaked tongue and spew a spat of dishonest drool every time she opens her mouth, with no one in the media calling her a fraud? Why, indeed are the families of the Benghazi victims called to defend their integrity, while Hillary's poisonous protestations that she did not blame a video-maker, be even debated as truth, let alone believed over them? 

Why is Hillary not shamed for her treachery about her many lies regarding her illegal private e-mail server, her noncompliance with national security protocol, her deletion of work related documents that she falsely claimed she returned to the State Department and her insistence that only personal materials were destroyed beyond forensic recovery. Every American heard the FBI  categorically reveal Hillary's outright lies and wholly deceitfully dishonest explanations, that can no longer be denied. Hillary may not have been indicted but it was crystal clear that she broke many laws.

Our nation's moral compass is pointing south and the path America walks is precariously fraught with a short misstep into destroying all the hard fought values we cherish. The history in the making is not about the possibility of electing the first female president but rather will Americans elect the first known criminally pardoned, pathologically crooked and deceitfully devious female president? 

Hillary's campaign will continue to speak fantasy fibs as she tries to garner the support of women to become an oval office role model. Our corrupt corporate media will continue to doctor the polls showing her in the lead or tied with Trump. Our free press is openly anti-conservative and filled with liberal propagandists painting Trump as either a clown or a goon while they crown Hillary as the first queen and put lipstick on her piggish ambitions.

If being a role model only involves being born a female, then perhaps we should take our daughters down to the nearest female prison and ask that they admire the female inmates. After all these women committed crimes of equal human debasement as men, by breaking the criminal code ceiling. Or perhaps we should take them to the nearest red light district in the city and celebrate the oldest profession of female entrepreneurs, prostitution. They certainly blazed an independent trail without male income support. Certainly we should not be teaching our daughters that "the end justifies the means" otherwise feminists would be supporting the casting couch, right? In fact, would we be talking about Hillary's career if not for Bill?

No, Hillary, and no, American women, we are not going to accept a dreadful example of unabashed sinfulness to be included in the history books our grandchildren read, when in the future they study how America's once proud nation fell into deluded destruction. Another time and another woman, but not Hillary. Women should not support this money grubbing lying wife of a womanizing groper, but instead know an honorable woman, a publically respectable woman, will find the oval office chair soon enough in the near future.

Voters must defeat Hillary the corrupt status quo candidate, Hillary the consummate corrupt insider, Hillary the lying, bribe taking epitome of elitist treachery. We must return America to Americans and our honest hard working values, we must stop the unaccountability of D.C., we must be part of "Making America great again."

SLOW AND IMPERIOUS!

On December 14, 2010  an American border agent Brian Terry was killed by guns allowed to walk across the border by the ATF's sting operation known as "Fast and Furious" that started in 2009.  Pursuant to a  lawsuit filed by Congress, the court finally burped out a ruling in January 2016, that required the administration to release a portion of documents requested by the oversight committee. 

Now three months after that court ruling and almost 5 years after the scandal first broke, the Department of Justice is releasing some, (not all) of that portion of documents required by the court ruling and demanded by the House and Senate.

 

Obama used Executive Privilege to shield Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice officers, allowing them to withhold documents for years regarding the gun-running scheme. Congress then sued for the documents claiming that Obama could not use Executive Privilege in order to deny the Terry family or the American people, the right to know the extent of the government's involvement in this deadly so called anti-crime caper.

After a long laborious court battle the square cement wheels of justice, have finally rolled the cart of corruption forward, where it is spilling a little more of its oozing load of backhanded culpability onto the public street. Congress is just now weeding through voluminous notes and e-mails looking for evidence. Meanwhile, most Americans believe justice for the Terry family and countless others, deadly affected by our government's Machiavellian arrogance, will never be served to those that deserve punishment.   

"Justice delayed is justice denied" is a quote by William Gladstone a 19th century British politician, but its razor edged truth has not dulled with time. This Administration has used delay, deflection and subversion as its modus operandi from the very first days in office and will shamelessly have all its henchmen and women safely far away, from viewing vertical iron bars and wearing orange jumpsuits, when it finally folds its occupy the White House tents, for good, next year.

It is one thing to have a deliberate and due process system that protects the rights of citizens from being falsely or unjustly imprisoned, but if our justice system is so slow and imperious to the need for a swift end to the withholding or the destruction of evidence, by our government, then there isn't justice, but rather elitist absolution.

The Obama administration has been turning its back to Congress knowing the chamber is just a room full of rubber cleavers. He is unconcerned that his iniquitous activities would earn them a stab of ethical retribution or legal accountability.

Why have our representatives done nothing to government violators of our laws, while the average citizen experiences swift and heartless legal enforcement? Given the corruption of Holder's justice system they should have passed an independent counsel bill, to sharpen the cleaver blade. 

There is a difference between government scandals that involve innocent citizens being killed or financially ruined, versus government waste. Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS targeting, need swift justice not years of stalling. Retribution needs to be swift and harsh to send a strong deterrent message to those people in government who are involved with callous acts against the citizenry. Otherwise animosity between the government and the people ferments a cynical loathing by both, and then government power becomes routinely abusive. 

Waco, Ruby Ridge and now the recent FBI shooting of Lavoy Finicum involved in the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge center in Oregon, make all Americans wonder, "Do citizens matter"? Whether you think the ranchers should have been protesting and trespassing on federal lands, or not, was killing a man necessary? When did vandalism and trespassing rise to a death sentence in America? Why didn't the FBI let this man go turn himself in, to the county sheriff? 

Not all government corruption is equal, just as not all crime, involves sirens and paddy wagons. For instance, police are not called when there is a beating by a sadist married to a masochist. Police are not called when parents are robbed by their drug addicted child. Police are also not called when criminal gangs are warring with criminal gangs.

However, if the sadists lays hands on a unwilling victim, or that addicted child robs the neighbors, or those gangs shoot and kill innocent bystanders on the street, then police are called and the community clamors for justice and accountability.

 "Fast and Furious" did spill out onto the street. It is, the sadist government,  the addict government and the gang government spilling out of their haven and harming innocent citizens in three ways. 

First, we citizens have a masochistic tendency to call for laws on every folly in life, unwittingly causing more pain to a wider group of people. The government sadists love it, because they protect their own, but for the rest of us, more laws, only results in less freedom. Most Americans believe that our justice system has ceased to be blind, and there are sadly those who live, above the law. Today, it seems that only  unconnected citizens suffer consequences under the federal code.

Second, as government is addicted to money and power, we as citizens continue to enable our addicted Congress persons by re-electing them back into office rather than tossing them out. Too many inept and constitutionally ignorant House and Senate representatives hold on to power because we refuse to demand accountability. How can we not, expect that our rights will be altered, ignored or legislated away, when we refuse to stand up to Washington corruption?

Three, government departments are like gangs. When they engage in turf wars with each other we have incidences like 911 or the Boston Marathon bombing, in which all of us, trusting citizens are victims, thought of only as collateral damage by the bureaucracy. There are people dead and missing limbs, because the DHS and the FBI, acted politically correct rather than err on the side of American safety. (The Tsarnaev family should never have been granted asylum by DHS, and the FBI should have deported Tamerlan Tsarnaev.)

Worse, when government agencies join forces in a collective gang to harass citizens, it becomes a conspiratorial cabal as rotten and thuggish as any section of a major city where street gangs set the rules.

When citizens like Catherine Engelbrecht, start a civic minded group called True the Vote, in order to ensure that elections are not filled with fraud, instead of our government celebrating her participation in helping to keep elections clean, they ganged up to shut her down. The IRS, BATF, OSHA, EPA and FBI all investigated Engelbrecht family and their business because they don't like conservative groups exposing government and Party corruption. Countless other Americans have been harassed and financially hurt (Gibson Guitar) by bureaucrats empowered by a lazy Congress. 

Our government has spied on us, lied to us, used unwarranted investigation to intimidate us, forced lawful gun dealers to sell to drug dealers across the border and when these scandals result in the ultimate price of death, we as citizen expect more. Much, much, more than a grandstanding hearing by pompous politicians promising to make law changes to ensure abuses don't repeat. We want all those at the ATF and Justice Department, IRS, Veterans Administration, FBI who abused their power and caused citizen's irreparable harm to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Doesn't law enforce clamor for swift and strong justice in order to deter future crimes? Where is citizen justice for a corrupt government?

Unless citizens demand smaller more accountable government, from both political parties, then tyranny will slowly but imperiously shadow every citizen's doorway, and government edicts will be fast and furiously tyrannical, while guilty government officials remain free to be above the law. Is this the government, that so many brave Americans have died to preserve?  How perverse are American values today, that we are willing to allow government to get away with murder?    

WHEN DID JUSTICE DIE?

Once upon a time in America, justice was blind to whom stood before her judgment and she aggressively protected the rule of law's equality. From the wrongdoing of a homeless perpetrator to illegality done by public figures, the law was respected and upheld by apolitical prosecutors seeking justice for victims while equally deterring those thinking of committing  similar crimes. 

Rightly or wrongly, Americans today have the perception that Lady Justice is peeking behind her blind as she refuses to prosecute the politician, and rich powerful figures while instead, seeking to target only the hard working middle class offender. From prosecutorial discretion to political persecution our justice system has become a shadow of its original foundation of faith by Americans; that there is equal protection under the law.

Upholding the rule of law requires not just prosecutions of those that violate the law, but prosecutors must make egalitarian examples especially when it comes to public figures and those leading our government's policies. The perception that one will be held accountable and serve jail time, is an important tool of deterrence, but it is also a necessary nurturance to morality in governance.

When illegal activities and unethical scandals are ignored or result in watered down punishment, it not only sends the message of hypocrisy but stamps the approval to the rich and powerful that they are untouchable which leads to furthering corruption.     

Americans are more than frustrated by a convergence  of current realities besetting the nation. The worse level of trust exists over our government's honesty, uprightness and representation of our needs in three centuries and three decades of our founding. In fact, the growing consensus is that Congress works for special interest monies only and by that, acts against the average American's needs.

We are losing our self governing system to career politicians who are corrupted by corporate monies and cowed by a liberal media pretending to report truth. The federal entrenched elitist government bureaucratic power continues to grow while simultaneously America's citizens fear and distrust in their government grows.

Where the law was once viewed as the pluralistic equalizer, between the governed and the governor, today the unconscionable volume of laws and regulations is a virtual pillory around the neck of hapless citizens. 

Meanwhile the lawlessness of our own government (Benghazi, IRS, Fast and Furious, DHS, NSA spying) is ignored, politicized and treated as minor missteps by those pretending to oath allegiance to our Constitution.

If Congress was serious about uncovering wrongdoing and investigating the truth over the multiple breaches of law by the government, then a special prosecutor would have been authorized long ago to investigate a warm trail of evidence. Instead, they allowed the trail to freeze over.

The people went to the polls in 2014 seeking to stop the fanatical actions of one party (Democrats) leading the country into debt, danger and ruin, only to find the other party (GOP) content to do nothing. 

The leadership of our country is so perverse and the representative rational is so contaminated with political expediency, there is a paralysis of decency, honor and trust in our government.   

Apparently it is no longer about the probity of our laws and the integrity of our Constitution, but rather it is all about politics, it is all about winning elections, it is all about 2016, it is all about political strategy while corruption marches onward without so much as a speed bump in its way.

The new normal of debauchery by government officials has replaced the respectability of public service and has the potential to dissuade the moral minded and incorruptible candidates from seeking office. Worse would be the return of a cynical public no longer seeking honorable office holders for their fight against lawless leadership.

The world outside your door might be a jungle of liars and thieves but they do not have the power to hurt or corrupt you, instead you have the power to set the example of righteousness and show that world fearlessness in the face of their false dominion.     

We Americans must be willing to confront, not bow, antagonize, not appease, vocalize, not stammer, expect, not forgive, demand, not ask, that our representative hold tightly in their hearts and minds our Constitution. The document that relies solely on the citizens preservation, acknowledgement and passionate possession.

Thomas Paine words  "These are the times that try men's souls" is as ripe today as it was then, for today is the time that tries all, of our American souls. 

LAME DUCKS GROW AMID POLITICAL QUACKERY

The term lame duck in American politics historically has been defined as the period of months when a sitting President awaited his leave of office between the November election of a new President and the official inauguration in January. Yet, it has come to include all politicians serving in their offices after their defeat at the polls.

The origin of the term references nature in that a lame duck would not be able to keep up with his flock and therefore would be a target for predators. Given that in politics, political parties are like flocks, an outgoing politician has little influence and is generally ignored. Indeed, a loyal out-going party member is expected start working on a smooth torch passing transition along with not acting or using their remaining power to stir controversy.

What has once been seen as an obvious political condition of paralysis due to election results, has now transcended into a political strategy of cowardly inaction, played by both sides of the aisle before upcoming elections.   

The current thinking by both Democrats and Republican Party leaders is that in the many months prior to an election it would be foolhardy to introduce divisive legislation or make fractious public policy while voters are in contemplation. Both political parties fear doing anything significant because it might alienate their base of supporters and alter the outcome of the election to their disfavor.

"Wag the dog" was a fictional movie about a president embroiled in scandal using the political diversion tactic of going to war to redirect media coverage. The title's inspiration originated with an old expression "tail wagging the dog" to convey an opposite shift of normal control. It appears to many critics of modern American politics that instead of our media being the watch dog over political wrongdoing it has become the whimpering dog that only barks when it's owner (Obama) prompts it. 

Today given the alignment of mainstream media to the current administration, and our political parties in Washington in pre-election paralysis, Americans are increasingly disgusted as we watch our country being roiled with crises after crises while our leadership hides under their partisan beds.

Lame and duck are two words that aptly describes the political failure of our current representative  leadership in all three branches of government. The President's lame actions against ISIS along with his administration's continued denial of the western world's war on Islamic radicalism are no more than political stunts for election appearances. It allows him to appease his leftist base that detests wars while fooling independents that he is defending the country against the bad guys. 

Meanwhile afraid of their own shadow casting too large a specter before November elections, our Congress has been AWOL. The President's voodoo doll Harry Reid has manipulated the Senate chamber into a long running episode of the "Walking Dead" where House Bills go to die on his desk.

Let's not forget the Supreme Court that refused to hear any appeal cases on gay marriage laws versus states' rights to ban them. Some argue that the court held off because not all the cases involved in the dispute have made their way up the judicial ladder and therefore the court is waiting until the last moment to address the issue. That means that for all intensive purposes gay marriage will become by default, both legal and inexorably over time impossible to overturn.  Well now, doesn't that sound like a lame duck and a dodge to you?

We live in a smaller world made so by global corporate trade, world financial markets and transient citizenship that no longer respects borders, boundaries and privacy rights. The traditional patriotic American is now under siege by the importation of the world's problems welcomed on our shores by corrupt representatives seeking only to raise money to hold power. 

Who is the tail wagging the dog today? So we must ask ourselves who is the head of the dog? Where is the head of the dog? Why can't the dog's head control its tail anymore in America? 

The politicians are waiting for us, "We the People" to vote in a few short weeks, and yes, we are the head of the alpha dog. We have been leashed and chained by our wanna-be-our-masters (progressives) long enough. Time to growl, snap and bare our canine teeth, time to sic the Democrat Party that seeks to undermine our Constitution and our sovereignty.

Yet amid the political paralysis and "tail- wagging- the- dog" antics by Washington, the world grows more sinister, and the threats to our nation don't wait for election results. The terrorists are certainly not waiting. The Ebola virus is certainly not waiting.  The illegal aliens pouring over our borders are not waiting. The high cost of living, the shrinking of good paying jobs and the cultural diminishment of our values are all not waiting. Instead, for once, we the electorate are waiting for our own voices of reason to a government run by inept ideologues.

We can't act stupidly, by sitting on our hands and not voting for a Republican candidate out of protest for a lost primary race (Mississippi). We can't let Democrats win by voting for a long shot independent candidate that drains the votes needed by the Republican on the ticket. We must win and grab the Senate from Harry Reid and make this President quack and waddle. 

Only after 730 days go by, (every two years) do "We the People" have the opportunity to bark the truth, scare away the quacks and reintroduce the lame duck lawmakers; to who really owns the watchdog's tail, head and all the parts in-between.  The American electorate must show Washington, that yes, our bark is loud and our bite is always to be feared.
