DEEP SIX THE DEEP STATE

The career government officials and underlings in our multilayered, big bloated federal system, have allegiance to their own personal political view of America, and are trying to usurp the new administration's authority by smearing the President with anonymous leaks.

The devious political hubris of career government officials that believe, only they know, what should be the policy of America, regardless of the voters voice, is the shadow that is visible at high noon. The foggy bottom (State Department) was successful at damaging America's foreign policy and covering up Benghazi, and now the shadow government (Intelligence) is fully focused on destroying our democratic Republic.

When unelected and unanswerable to the people, bureaucrats, have the power to use leaks, lies and slanderous innuendo to disrupt election results, trample civil rights without fear of reprisal and investigate people based on nothing more than political gossip, then a silent coup is in our midst.

The Deep State is no longer a suspected problem, but a tangible dangerous threat to our democracy, playing out in front of eyes, and brought to the forefront by some angry saboteurs in our government, leaking  illicitly obtained information to the media, a media that is also aligned in hate against Trump. All because Trump is neither a Washington politician insider, or a man who has his hand out for campaign money.

Think about that a moment, Trump is hated by politicians on the right and the left because he is not one of them and corporate owned media can't buy him like they have bought both parties. He is hated by the Deep State because he threatens to undermine their efforts to control America's ties to globalism, international banking and the secret oligarchy we still naively refer to as, corporate lobbying.

The real story is not about Russian. It is not about Russian election interference. It is not about Cybersecurity. It is not about wrongdoing by Trump's campaign staff, especially when America knows Hillary Clinton has been caught in multiple violations of federal law, let alone put our nation's classified intelligence on the world wide web. No the real story is that our Deep State government is trying to sabotage a duly elected President in order to keep this country moving left.

The Deep State is the Bilderberg image that no longer hides in the background, seen by only by conspiracy chasers, now the world is watching a hostile media attacking Trump and Trump voters with un-American disrespect and disregard for elections results. The media's news programming bespeaks an active leftist oligarchy pumping disinformation daily to a diminishing audience.

Americans are not stupid, gullible and easily persuaded by phony news. Even those on the left, know that the media's stories about Trump, are outrageously specious spin, but they repeat those lies  because they need to hate Trump. They want to hate America, capitalism and our constitutional Republic and gain supporters in order to transform America into a European socialist's state.

There is a lot of smoke in the Beltway about Trump that doesn't come from a fire of truth but rather a pit of smoldering embers of lies, left by the Obama Administration. Americans want our Congress and the Trump administration to investigate and give us answers to the certifiable scandals and illegal activity that was done for the last eight years in Washington and stop chasing the concocted tales by the Democrats about Russian's controlling Trump's strings. It is the Oligarchy and rich moneyed donors who have bought both of America's political parties and seeks to undermine "We the People."

Americans want answers and criminal investigations done to uncover the multiple malfeasance of office and crimes committed by Obama's hyper-political administration.

 Here is a short sample list of just some of those questions that need answers;

Why hasn't anyone been prosecuted in the IRS scandal in which the evidence is clear, that intimidation and harassment by IRS officials against conservative taxpayers was done for years under the Obama administration?

When are Americans going to see justice served in the Clinton, e-mail and Foundation scandals?

Was the DNC hacked or was the information leaked, to Wikileaks, by a Democrat operative?

Why did the DNC refuse the FBI's request to investigate their computers for hacking, why wouldn't they want to know, rather than speculate, as they have been, that the Russians were responsible?

Who killed Seth Rich and was he the DNC leaker that provided Wikileaks with information?

How long has Obama's FBI and NSA been violating people's civil rights and spying on them?

Why did Susan Rice unmask the names of Americans captured in an intelligence surveillance?

Who leaked the Flynn classified information to the press?

Did Obama order unmasking and declassification of intelligence reports in order to politically damage the Trump campaign?

What evidence did Obama give to the FISA court that allowed spying on Trump's campaign and or did that warrant ever exist?

If the warrant exists than were the individuals spied on lawfully, within the limited parameters of said warrant or broadly, which violated their 4th Amendment rights?

To obtain a warrant did Obama officials use the discredited Dossier on Trump, paid for by political hacks in order to fool the FISA court so they could spy on Trump's campaign?

If no such warrant existed, why isn't Congress and the DOJ seeking prosecution on all agency officials and Obama for spying on Americans without a warrant?

Why did FBI Director Comey not recuse himself in the investigation of Hillary Clinton, when he and those in Washington know, that he and his brother have financial ties to the Clinton Foundation?

Why is Robert Mueller, named by DOJ as special counsel, thought to be a fair and impartial choice to investigate impropriety or illegal behavior by his protégé and close friend, James Comey?

Did Obama, Rice, Brennan, Clinton, Lynch, Clapper, Comey and or others, collude over Hillary's criminal e-mail conduct, and seek to smoke screen the truth by using the intelligence agencies as political weapons to smear Trump with a Russian ruse to cover up their illegal activity?

Americans want real answers to these real acts of impropriety and possibly criminally treasonous acts.
So to the Deep State, and the shady characters embedded in our Washington political swamp, that think, they can undermine the people's President, the voters choice and the electorate's election, Americans say, think twice, think again and oh, please start thinking with your head outside of Obama's "choom" fumes.

The ratings of media mean nothing, the Congressional hearings mean nothing, the calls for impeachment of Trump mean nothing, and the Deep State's leaking smearing campaign will have repercussions. However, the repercussions will not hurt Trump. Washington's witch hunt hysteria, will only speed up the increasing downfall of the Democrat Party as they suck more wind falling further out of  power in 2018.
The Deep State's swamp of arrogant bureaucrats may think they have power behind their anonymous deep throated treason, but the truth eventually will deep six their lies. Because truth can only be outrun temporarily by lies, in the end, truth always crosses the finish line as the winner.  Savvy and steamed voters may not be able to oust the Deep State by vote but its political party of treason, is in deep deep, deep six, doo doo.

MEGA DATA COLLECTION WITTINGLY DANGEROUS

Whatever you think about the Patriot Act, as to whether it crosses the line or stays within the boundaries of the Constitution's  Bill of Rights' protections, one thing is clear, mega data unwittingly collected but allowed to be stored by our government is obviously an infringement.

When Director of National Intelligence James Clapper claimed that NSA was "not wittingly" gathering data on innocence citizens, he not only lied but failed to disclose that the government was also saving that tangential private data.

Why is our government allowed to keep this collected mega data?  Why aren't more conservative Republicans amending the Patriot Act and introducing legislation that protects the rights of citizens from government intrusion?
It seems that only Senator Rand Paul is talking about the need to reform this un-patriotic Act, but then again, Paul supported Mitch McConnell's re-election campaign in Kentucky, so they both seem to be licking the same Utah salt.

The line between private and public papers is being blurred by technology, abused by government, corrupted by elites and ignored by our courts. Hillary Clinton uses a private e-mail account and server to conduct official State Department business (illegal) while innocent citizens within range of an NSA spying operation have their cell phone data swept up and then stored by the government. Hypocrisy or downright Big Brother corrupt tyranny?

Sitting out in Bluffdale, Utah is an NSA facility called the Intelligence Community Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative Data Center or if you prefer the shorter name, the Utah Data Center.

This huge facility holds all the warrantless, unconstitutional seizure of citizen's phone and e-mail records in  brazen violation of Americans 1st and 4th amendment rights. In what can only be termed astounding arrogance, NSA wants Americans to believe that it collected this data unwittingly and  is not reading the personal information it has collected, all while storing citizen's ill-gained personal correspondence in a classified facility. Why?

I think the hills are alive with the sound of muzak.

"Do, a tale of insincere, Re, a pocketful of lies, Mi, a name WE call ourselves, Fa, a long, long way from truth, Sol, a whole cloth made of fraud, La, our representatives support for Sol, Ti, a drink to jam our heads, that will brings us back to Do, or duh a tale of insincere."

We have been told that the reason innocent people's cell phones were tapped was because the spying technology is so sensitive it picks up the electronic data from a wide swath area beyond the targeted subject. Therefore, "unwittingly" was the term used for why the agency was capturing and collecting innocent American's private information without  their consent or a court warrant.

We have been further assured that the agency is not reading the warrantless material that it snatched up in its eavesdropping trawler's net, because they claim they are not. Wow, now that's a gold standard of assurance, is it not?

Which of course brings us back to DO, a tale of insincere. For if the government claims it harvested our private data tangentially and is not using it to spy on innocent Americans, then why is it not destroying it, rather than storing it?

Fisherman using nets routinely  find many different species they are not hunting, unwittingly caught among their intended catch, so what do they do? Keep them, or throw them back into the ocean?

If you believe that NSA is being honest and not prying into data it collected without a warrant (naive is an inadequate description of your trust level) consider what might happen in the future, given what we already know has happened in the past with agencies holding sensitive information, like the Internal Revenue Service.

We have seen private information passed around by our government from conservative groups to social progressive groups by an IRS that targeted and harassed taxpaying Americans. These targeted American groups' crimes were merely to be in political opposition of the current administration and seeking to restore honesty and integrity in our political process (TRUE THE VOTE). Yet to date, no one has been prosecuted, no one has been charged, and recent news reports have charged that the targeting continues at the IRS.

But hey, if you are a lawful American citizen, committing no crimes and loyal to your country, why should you fear or care if your government has a cache of personal information about your life held in a classified computer facility, in a Utah, city called Bluffdale between Step and Sheep mountain? (The factual names are so metaphorically accurate you might think I made them up, I didn't.)

So considering that you are a law abiding citizen and in the interest of capturing terrorists, you support the NSA program and think you can trust that your government, then ask yourself; exactly what protections are in place for the government to not turn its focus on you?

Edwin Meese III wrote in an article, May 26, 2010 at the Heritage Foundation regarding the increasing trend of overcriminalization of our nations laws; http://www.heritage.org/research/commentary/2010/05/too-many-laws-turn-innocents-into-criminals

" But the typical American’s deeply held beliefs about the freedoms he cherishes and the fundamental principles of his government are no longer as well founded as they once were. Today, he is far more vulnerable than ever before to being caught up in a criminal investigation and prosecution — and to actually being convicted and punished as a criminal — for having done something he did not even suspect was illegal."

More and more we are not only seeing an explosion of laws by our federal and state government but an unmistakable, undisguised and completely brazen political corruption of our justice system. If you belong to the politically correct group, have the political correct pedigree and are part of the elite power peddlers then you are safe from prosecution. Everyone else that is not included on that safe list is fair game and vulnerable.

You might also ask, is that mega data safe from foreign hackers that could use that megadata information for identity theft? Do you think given the revelation recently that both the White House and the State Department computers were hacked that the computers storing data at the NSA would be safer? What about another Snowden, another spy slipped into the NSA with classified clearance but this time with far more sinister plans?

Americans have the right to use the latest technology under the assumption that private stays private. Just because this technology makes it easier for the government to ensnare us without breaking into our homes without a warrant, doesn't mean they should, nor does it mean that Americans must go off the grid to protect their privacy. We need to reform the Patriot Act.

The First and Fourth Amendment in our Bill of Rights has no expiration date, wittingly or unwittingly Congress must uphold our Constitution!

TECHNOLOGY OR YOUR PRIVACY? HELL NO!

American rights have been assaulted once again by the discloser of data mining by the NSA with the White House arrogantly assuring us that their actions are legal and constitutional. Americans should have two reactions to this administration’s anti-American campaign to spy on citizens, one is Hell and the other is NO.

Is anyone else sick of our government’s complete underhanded secrecy on the one hand and abject ineptness on the other? The Russians handed the FBI the information on the Boston terrorist on a silver platter. They didn’t have spy for the information or eavesdrop on phone calls to find Tamerlan Tsarnaeva.  Worse, Tamerlan was not a United States citizen so the FBI can’t argue that they were helpless to charge him with a crime until he committed one.

The FBI should have deported Tamerlan Tsarnaeva based on his extremists views and at the very least kept him under surveillance and let the local Boston police in on this potential terror suspect. However, the FBI did none of these things and Americans families suffered losing loved ones and limbs thanks to their PC correct; no jihad threat to see folks.

It was this administration’s DHS that granted the Tsarnaeva family asylum. It was this administration that ignored the warnings from Russia. It was this administration’s FBI that failed to give the local Boston police the information that may have saved lives.

Oh but spying on Americans and data mining our phone records in the interest of finding terror plots is suppose to make us feel warm and fuzzy that our government is protecting America?

Which is it? Are we at war with jihad or is this a police action against terror? Obama wants it both ways. Which is it? Is this an unconstitutional breach of law enforcement spying on private citizen’s phone logs or a suspension of the Bill of Rights while we are at war with jihad? Either way Americans say “Hell No”.

If we lose our liberty because of terror threats than the Muslim terrorists have won already. The Patriot Act was not intended to give the federal government “Big Brother” omnipotent power. Now that it has been revealed that this is exactly how it is being abused by our government then it is time to seek repeal of the Patriot Act by both sides of the political aisle.

Some have suggested that if one doesn’t want the government to spy on you, then don’t access the internet, don’t use your cell phone and I guess we would also add, don’t make a salary (IRS target) and don’t see a doctor when you’re sick (Obamacare). NO, technological progress does not mean a waiver of your inherent right to privacy. Just because technology makes it easier for government to data mine information on citizens does not make it legal, constitutional or moral!

The Fort Hood shooter, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan is another example of the Political Correct numbness of officials in authority refuses to exercise their common sense and recognize a terror threat peculating in front of their noses. This Army psychiatrist was spewing praise for suicide bombers to American troops and the military brass looked the other way. He was communicating with Anwar al-Awlaki the American born terrorist Obama killed in Yemen without a trial that his administration claimed incited terrorism like the Fort Hood killer.

Which is it? Did Anwar al Awlaki incite Hasan to commit workplace violence or terrorism? Which is it? Did you drone kill a terrorists or a criminal? If you drone killed a terrorists that incited a terrorist then why is the Fort Hood massacre still called a workplace domestic incident and not a terror attack?

Which was it? Was Benghazi a protest caused by a video or a terror attack? Which truth was it? Did the President call it an act of terror immediately at the Rose Garden, or was the fog war making it unclear and the President, Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice were misled by bad intelligence?

This administration has been standing on its head while turning our country upside down against our Bill of Rights, traditional values and common sense. Stop allowing the government to pretend that invading our liberty is necessary to keep us safe.

Obama and the Democrats need to understand who the real enemy of America is,and it is not the Tea Party, conservatives, Libertarians, Patriots, Constitutional educators, traditional Americans, or JFK Democrats. It is not Christians, Jews or law abiding atheists. It is not soldiers returning from war, or legal immigrants assimilated and studying to be citizens or newly sworn citizens that respect America’s constitution.

Stop pretending that it is politically incorrect to “profile” those traveling or immigrating to the United States from countries ripe with extremist Muslim radicals but okay to “target” God fearing Americans that reject your socialist, big government policies.

Americans know who the enemy is. Americans know it is possible to thwart terrorism while keeping our Constitution respected and upheld. Americans know that yes we are in a war, against a caliphate, against Muslim religious fascism that will not rest until it dominates the world.

Americans are not the enemy! Using the social media the internet or the cell phone is neither a crime nor a waiver of American’s right to not have our government seize our records, read our e-mails or spy on us.
If Obama’s government cannot use technology responsibly and within our constitutional rights then we should make our government communicate by carrier pigeons.

Americans have the right to use our modern world with all its modern conveyances and still be assured that our rights are not trampled by big government statist that spy, lie and say trust us. Hell NO!
